The vegan bao bun was so full of flavour and very satisfying. The gyoza were also delicious. Great customer service and a nice shaded outdoor area made it a place I'd love to revisit time and time again.

Imperfecto was the first place we stopped to eat in Corralejo and what a wonderful surprise! Located in a quiet square away from the bigger tourist areas Imperfecto serve beautiful food from a simple but varied menu to suit carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. We've eaten there twice already and will be going back to sample the rest of the menu during our stay.

Gyoza & Bao Buns are amazing! I can highly recommend this place. You can choose between 3 different Gyoza and 4 different Baos (vegan, vegetarian, fish, meat). Very tasteful combinations. Place itself is very authentic and owners are super lovely! Check it out if you’re around

This is one of the places that might go unnoticed even after passing by it a 100 times. Upon arriving in Corralejo and waiting for our hotel room, we ventured out for lunch in search of a burger (I craved 🍔 😀). Accidentally stumbling upon Imperfecto Gastrobar on Google Maps, we were pleasantly surprised by its well-deserved 5.0 rating. The experience was exceptional 👏. This isn't your typical burger, it's a symphony of flavors combined into 4 different types of burgers. The homemade bread, not overly salty but slightly moist, harmonizes flawlessly with the other ingredients, creating a phenomenal taste. We're definitely returning this New Years visit, and plan to revisit whenever we're in Fuerteventura. P.S. The owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. A solid 10/10 experience and absolute recommendation.

Fabulous little place, great food, worth a visit if you’re ever in Corralejo !

Ended up here by accident, but so happy I did. The food is simple but divine. Italian quality! What makes the place a five + is the flavor combination. A lot of thought have gone into it (for example orange peel on the dumpling) these small adds to the whole and make it the extra! I recommend the vegetarian bao 👌🏼
