The store they have is very complete and ask for a shirt from last season that may be discounted. (Translated by Google) After having visited the Vicente Calderón tour years ago, I am delighted with this renewed version of the tour at the Wanda Metropolitano. All the sites that can be seen in the stadium are very good, modern facilities. I like the route seen and the order of it. Vip area, box, changing rooms, benches, press room ... With small exceptions (and this I compare, without offending, with the tour of the Santiago Bernabéu, which I also visited), and they are the following: I would have liked to see the Visiting changing room as well as I would like to have seen more facilities of the premises, such as the showers, recovery area, etc ... For the rest, it worked. Now comes the museum. I have found it magnificent, interactive, and novel. Nothing to envy to the already commented Tour of the Santiago Bernabéu (list of honors aside), since this museum sets it up very well and takes advantage of absolutely everything. I liked the experience "From Parents to Children", the story of the Child is moving. I like the interaction with the phones to call your favorite players (although a lot of key tapping for the times ...), the very cool "karaoke", especially for the little ones. The VR experience was also very satisfying, and the collection of t-shirts was very remarkable. The best thing was the "Beat by Beat" experience and what it hides behind ... I'll let you see it with your own eyes. As the only "buts" I only have two, one of them to personal opinion and the other a simple complaint with an easy solution for the rest of the visitors. The "but" is that the drawer system for viewing documents, some medals, gifts, etc ... seems somewhat tedious to me ... In addition to all the text they contain. I am more from the old school, from the showcase of a lifetime, from the visual to the read, but this is my opinion. The second "but", and it is more a complaint, is that I found, and I was not the only one, problems with the visualization of a series of videos on some tablets, right next to the model of the stadium. They are screens that, putting on headphones, show you and tell you about historical moments, such as the 2010 Europa League Final, the 2017 Super Cup, the 2014 League, etc ... Well, the videos were stumbling, no I know if because of the internet, because of the optimization of the videos, overheating of the screens ... But they were not going well. This caused general discomfort, and that this experience was not enjoyed by the visitors. See if you can fix it, because despite the stops, I saw them all, and they are worth it, as long as they look good. In general, despite these things, the Wanda Metropolitano tour seems to me an experience at the height of the times that the club lives, and the stadium they have. Modern, fresh, futuristic, interactive ... The Vicente Calderón museum, as well as its facilities, did not honor the good times that the club is going through, and its growth. This yes. My sincere congratulations to the creators of the museum and to the donors of the material offered to the public.

Among the "holly" places to visit when in Madrid. A state of the art athletic settlement, which houses the people and history of a historical FC club. You should definitely visit even if you are not someone into sports, just for the feeling and the history involved.

We did a tour + museum visit. On a Monday at 12, we brought the previously purchased tickets. It is an itinerary that is not 100% accessible since there are sections with stairs that are not saved by a ramp. Overall recommendable and very interesting

Hello, the store itself is very good, the staff is very friendly, but the clothes seem too expensive to me.

Highly recommended experience, also for people with disabilities. I went on Saturday with my parents. My father and I are disabled (no wheelchairs), and he also has reduced mobility. The girl who helped us at the ticket sales point was very kind and gave us a boy to accompany us during the visit so we wouldn't have to go up and down stairs, due to our difficulty. We did the visit with Daniel Portillo López, who in addition to making the visit super accessible, explained things to us and gave us a super enjoyable tour. We couldn't be more grateful to him, for the patience he had with us (walking slower than normal) and for how friendly he was at all times. As for the Atleti Territory, I can only comment, as an improvement, that they should also have some discount for companions of people with disabilities.

(Translated by Google) The Tour has been phenomenal! Our guide, Marta, made it very enjoyable, leaving time to take photos and giving curious facts. It is a stadium of a very high level! The Museum is also spectacular, very interactive with VR activities, jumping, agility, parts of the Vicente Calderón (irreplaceable) and many other elements that were not in the Vicente Calderón. 1000% recommended! Beautiful modern stadium! You have plenty of time to see the museum and appreciate the stadium field. 23E seems a fair price for the whole tour!

Perfect. Please spend your money here and not in Barnabéu at least during the rebuilding phase of Real Madrid Stadium. Here in Wanda Metropolitano you can make your tour without restrictions and the staff is friendly.

Very rude young man on reception didn’t let us take the tour we payed 46€ for 2 persons. We came on time and asked if we can get a coffee inside. He told us we can take the coffee from the coffee shop outside and didn’t told that this will affect the start of the tour as this is a group tour. We didn’t knew that. We were late 20min after that and I asked him if we catch them and he said: it is not my problem.

A great, modern and interactive museum showing the entire history of Atletico Madrid. You can see football kits, photos, newspapers with articles about the team, cups etc. A great attraction is also the opportunity to "take a photo" with the players or the coach 😉

I was recently at the stadium and it was great. The museum is very nice and a very handsome and nice guide named Daniel who explained curiosities about the stadium to us. A great experience that I hope to repeat again to cheer up my day.
