We
stayed
here
for
two
weeks
as
a
couple
all
inclusive.
I
was
in
a
wheelchair
due
to
a
unexpected
injury
prior
to
our
holiday.
This
hotel
is
not
wheelchair
friendly.
The
rooms
are
clean,
comfortable
and
spacious,
large
walk-in
shower,
two
single
beds
pushed
together,
plenty
of
wardrobe
space
but
lack
of
draws.
Fridge,
kettle
some
tea
and
coffee
supplied
but
no
milk
more
tea
and
coffee
will
be
supplied
at
extra
charge.
At
the
time
we
visited
the
A/C
was
not
on
even
though
there
was
a
heatwave
with
the
nightly
room
temperature
reaching
26c
(we
did
ask
for
the
A/C
to
be
turned
on
but
like
most
requests
at
this
hotel
ignored).
We
had
requested
by
email
a
quit
room
with
high
elevation
but
we
were
given
a
fourth
floor
room
above
the
children’s
playground
(We
requested
a
room
change
and
this
was
done
for
the
second
week).
The
restaurant
(canteen)
has
a
dress
code
of
long
trousers
but
few
take
notice
with
most
people
wearing
shorts
and
at
times
bathing
costumes.
The
food
is
buffet
style
with
a
variety
of
hot
(warm
at
best)
and
cold
food,
a
pizza
and
pasta
counter,
you
won’t
go
hungry
but
it
does
get
monotonous.
Filtered
water
is
supplied
(free)
with
every
meal
as
well
as
alcoholic
drinks.
Prepare
yourself
for
a
noisy
eating
experience
with
lots
of
screaming
children
running
round,
this
is
not
a
quiet
relaxing.
We
were
offered
a
A
la
carte
adults
only
dining
for
one
night
during
our
two
week
holiday,
this
was
awful,
the
table
wasn’t
ready
and
asked
to
wait
and
have
a
drink
but
not
enough
staff
to
serve
a
drink
and
it
went
down
hill
there
after.
I
think
the
meals
came
from
the
main
canteen
but
you
were
just
severed
(slowly)
at
the
table.
The
adults
only
pool
area
has
three
small
pools
open
from
10am
until
7pm
(you
will
need
to
queue
from
9:30
to
get
a
parasol),
the
sun
loungers
are
not
comfortable
the
more
comfortable
beds
(like
Bali
beds)
are
in
the
children
splash
area.
The
bar
serving
the
adults
area
you
can
get
drinks
and
ice
cream
but
only
one
girl
serving
(she
is
really
helpful)
but
expect
to
wait
in
the
queue.
The
bar
serving
food,
snacks
and
drinks
is
next
to
the
child’s
splash
area
but
we
saw
pigeons
landing
on
and
eating
the
food
so
gave
that
a
miss.
These
are
supposed
to
be
no
smoking
areas
but
people
smoke
and
no
one
says
anything.
The
only
bar
to
have
a
drink
in
the
hotel
has
limited
staff
so
there
is
always
a
queue
in
the
evening
expect
a
long
wait,
we
really
couldn’t
be
bothered
to
queue
every
evening
so
didn’t
bother
also
because
this
is
the
same
area
that
the
children’s
entertainment
takes
place
so
it’s
very
noisy.
Overall
this
is
hotel
may
be
ideal
for
families
but
does
not
really
cater
for
the
adults
or
wheelchair
users
looking
for
a
relaxing
holiday.
We
asked
several
times
for
the
gates
to
be
opened
so
I
could
get
out
onto
the
seafront
path
but
the
usual
Estival
answer
“THIS
IS
NOT
POSSIBLE”.
Even
having
a
conversation
with
the
management
he
doesn’t
understand
the
customers
requirements.
This
is
a
badly
run
hotel
and
does
little
to
achieve
customer
satisfaction.
Needless
to
say
we
will
not
return.
