If you dont buy their socks (which are normal non-slip socks) they do not want to let you in, even if you have your own special socks. The park was meh. Clean, small-ish and too loud. Be careful if you have a complaint or a problem: like in many places in Spain they will make it look as if everything was your fault and not even compensate you. I recieved pretty bad service there and asked them to compensate me by giving me a pair of their socks and they threatened to call the police if I didn't stop asking. Just poor mentality people and a very badly managed company. Not really recommended.

CUIDADO! MUY PELIGROSO! I used to love this place but it’s not being maintained and the equipment is now very old and the soft protection no longer works! There is metal and wood exposed all over the place which left me with a severely cut foot last week. Extremely dangerous! I reported it to a staff member and they didn’t even react - which is expected given that the average age of the staff there is around 18! Children are going to get seriously hurt! UPDATE (17/07/21): I've tried to contact Fun Jump on two ocassions after their offer and they have failed respond each time. I also went back (paid) to check and they haven't fixed anything since they last replied saying that they had.

Cool place for kids, but be aware.. they take no responsibility whatsoever, and we seen kids get hurt receiving no help or assistance at all.

Messy and noisy place to spend an hour

Very Nice instalation and very Clean!!! Finally a very Nice place with good security for Kids and they clean continously. The staff are very nice and professional with some interesting demonstrations!!!

Great place to take the kids to let off steam. We went on a Saturday midday at 13.10 and there were plenty of staff nd not too many kids. Sessions start on the hour or half hour so best not to arrive at quarter past or quarter to, FYI.

The place is vey spacious and with lots of trampoline options for kids and adults. The only disappointment might be you have to buy their socks despite you’ve brought your own anti-slip ones.

Stay away during hot weather! The area where the kids are jumping is unbearably hot. They are charging 8,5€ for one hour and don’t want to turn on the AC. There was a single fan that of course does nothing to keep the kids cool. This is unsafe, I cannot understand how they can keep this open

Disgraceful,when we arrived at 11.00 with our 4 year old doughter A lady inside she told us we open at 17.00 online and even on the door there is written opens from 11.00 a.m till 14.00 p.m We traveled for 1hr 23 mins for nothing here They do not care about costumers Especially for kids They need to change the Web information earlier then the same day they ate going to be closed Shame on you I do not recommend this company at all,unprofessionally

Very few entertainment options. Old equipment. There is no soap in the toilets. And you must buy their socks - this is the first trampoline park with such rules in my experience.
