Probably the biggest Desigual shop in Spain, hosted in a four floor building in downtown Madrid. The last floor is entirely for sales and the others have the decoration and offering that you can expect on this clothing branch. The other floors are organized, by genre with new and regular items for men's, women's, children's clothing, accessories and women's shoes. This shop in particular has open floors and you don't feel cramped with the other customers as you look the items on display. The staff is helpful and kind as usually in this branch. There're escalators and stairs if you prefer to go on foot as you go shopping by the floors

This Desigual store is unbelievably big. It has 5 floors and tons of clothes that I haven't seen anywhere else. However, there seemed to be too few people at work, as it was a bit difficult to find help.

This is the biggest Desigual I have ever been to and it has 5 floors. If you are a fan of the brand, you will enjoy the visit. Make sure you visit the last floor where there is an outlet section with some great discounts. Also, visit before 9 pm, as they close earlier than 10pm.

I really liked this store. I generaly like the Desigual design. The prices are standard for Desigual at the 4 floors, and there is even an Outlet at the 5th. They offer 30-50% discounts. And if you are registered online you can have some promotional offers too. The floors are not too large, so you can go aroudn the entire store pretty quickly. It is really nicely organized and easy to get around. I liked that they divided everything into collections. The staff is very helpful. It was not too crowded. The fitting rooms are ok too. The only minus is general Desigual prices.

Biggest desigual with 5 levels catering for men, kid ,women and even an outlet level at the 5th floor. There are loft and escalator access for convenience. The staff are generally friendly and greet you with a smile. Just a tip to ask for tax refund when buying, the staff will gladly assist.

The outlet in 3th floor, with very good discount, don't forget to ask for tax free, if you are leaving outside EU.

Worst service ever, it’s taking some ages at the register, the personnel is not friendly at all. And the prices are so high.

Love this place, everyone is really helpful and the clothes are exciting and original.

Always interesting brand, there is also one floor for man, and on top floor there is a nice outlet.
