Great products, great location and great staff! I was there a few weeks ago, I really love the products and was helped by a lovely girl named Maguette who helped me finds the products right for me!

I bought a bar of Lavender soap and some body lotion from a really nice young rep who spoke both English and Spanish. She wore a headscarf and did not waste time finding out exactly what I needed and also gave me a free sample foot balm without me asking. Thank you! Sorry for the late review but I still remember you!

Super amazing location . You enter the store with super fragrance . They give you the option to try everything and then chose . You can also make a customise package to gift your loved once .

Amazing people work here! Im really sad I did not get the name of the girl that helped me, but she said she is relatively new, wears glasses. She helped me big time with body moisturizing bar, helped me choose the best smell, I am very picky about smells and I am so happy with the one she recommended! Good job Lush 💕

I had such a positive experience at the Lush Spa in Madrid. Lujain helped me find some great products for my skin that I can’t wait to try. Luyain was so helpful and answered all my questions. Wonderful staff and wonderful store with great, natural products.

Employees were quite cold towards us, unlike I'm used to from Lush! Normally they're very inviting. Also a rather small range of products of the new collections.

Perfect customer service! I really appreciate the help with choosing what to buy (because its so hard to choose when in Lush!). When I’ll fly back to Madrid I will definitely come again. Gracias! :)

Sorry to have interrupted your gossip. Walked in, got ignored, walked out. We shop at Gare St Lazare, Paris, Glasgow and Covent Garden, London. This store is an insult to the Lush ethos.

Visited whilst doing some Christmas shopping this weekend and was attended by Cotu. I was initially looking for gifts for family and friends, but ended up taking a treat for myself! The products are great and Cotu helped me find those which best suited me, as well as suggesting some fantastic ideas for Christmas gifts -so I’ll definitely be returning soon!!!

I was there with a friend and, in fact, only for him. He needed to find a present for his girlfriend, and we found a great service, really kind, careful, custom at the needs of him, honest, and also a bit funny. We spend a nice moment in a "hard" situation. I recommend 100%. ONE HUNDRED PER CENT. Also, but not less valuable, great products! All the staff was very professional and kind. Thanks!

Store location is very good. I just don't know why the personnel have to tell me how a bath bomb works when I wasn't even asking about it, like he assumes I don't know anything. It's either that or the personnel just want to make it seem like they are doing their job but I just wanted to say it comes off as offending

It's a nice store in a very good location. The employees there are very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the employee Desi she was so nice and generous she helped try so many products beside what I went to the store for, she gave me a couple of samples. Very kind and friendly person 🤍

Lush has amazing products and as a regular customer, I have been to many stores around the world. This place has the rudest staff!!! I left without purchasing anything and will walk 2 miles tomorrow to get my products at the other store north.

This has been an outstanding experience, from minute 1 you’ll enter into a tale worth living. The environment, the treatment itself and the staff where absolutely awesome and dedicated. Natalia has been extremely kind. Highly recommended.

is ok, same old lush, but way too many employees per square meter, each asking if you need help is pretty disturbing. there is a difference between helping and suffocating... is a small store with like 10 people one next to the other, approaching you one after the other... the products are always nice, doesn't matter the country you buy them from. i love especially their body scrubs.

I love this store! Everyone is always super helpful when we go there, most of the staff speak very good English as well so no worries if your Spanish is not up to it. I also had a treatment at the Spa, it was incredible! A treat well worth the money. My only tiny complaint is that twice now I've been given samples with honey in them despite stating that I'm vegan.

Great experience from start to finish, the staff greets you at the door and help you with everything you need. Went in to buy a gift for a friend and they helped me inform myself as well as recommended great options. To sum up, great place and staff!

I had The Good Hour massage and it was a fantastic experience! The massage itself felt like a journey and it was highly personalised, treating the body parts that needed it the most. I left Lush feeling like a different person :). Very recommended!

I was promptly greeted by cheerful staff. The Lush Spa Madrid is a very clean and lovely establishment hidden above the store. I experienced the Synaesthesia treatment and was delighted the entire length (80+ minutes) of the service. Highly recommend.
