I just enjoyed the experience. I really felt safe in any moment. Before, I was afraid of practically any aspect, but I was just overthinking. Indeed, my mom (76 years old) did it too and loved it. She only speaks Italian, so she appreciated the fact that the instructor speaks italian too. So, I decided to get the certification up to 18 meters. I took the course in spanish, but I am pretty sure it´s avaiable in english too. In one week I got it. It´s necessary to check its availability. It takes three days in a row. So, if you plan to use your holidays, I suggest to book it in advance. What surprised me the most are the underwater landscapes and the wildlife. Much more than I could expect: dolphins, morays, octupuses, thousand fish. All in few hundred meters of coast. I took all the photos with my underwater camera, an Olympus TG-5. They are not stock photos. So it´s exactly what I saw. I didn´t take the photo of the dolphin (Sara M. took it), but I was there.
