This is an amazing box. Huge facility. Great coaching and really helped us out with technique. Especially as my Spanish isn't perfect. Big shout out to the coach and team who helped is on WhatsApp before we started.

Heaviest/ CrossFit in Valencia- They put together some of the most difficult workouts, combining skill and techniques. I trained there for 6 months and grew tremendously.

A place that transmits a different energy. Good material and facilities, and good organization of the activity. Long schedules and very professional trainers, understanding and incisive in improving technique and exercise. Whenever you need them, they are there for any questions. Everyone follows the same line of work but you learn different things from everyone, so I recommend working with everyone if you can. The atmosphere is good, and there are colleagues who always offer to accompany you in the session when you are starting and help you improve. The girls at the reception are charming and always smiling. My experience after 4 months could not be more satisfactory.

It was fantastic. I went with my girlfriend through Urban Sports Club, we booked the course with Angela on the phone, she was super friendly. Our coach Robert then talked to us before the course, and asked about our skills (we're CrossFit newbies), he then split the people in different groups by difficulty. It was a great workout, but also very intensive. Even though the group was big, Robert found time to watch our exercises properly, show us stuff and translate a little to English for me, since I don't speak that much Spanish. Overall we enjoyed the course a lot and believe that CrossFit Grau ist probably one of the, if not THE best CrossFit gym in Valencia.

I’m on holiday in Spain and dropped in to do a class, the coach did not introduce himself or mildly try interact with me, he was on his phone most of the wod and then proceeded to rearrange all the wall balls in perfect coordination whilst the class was doing 100 deadlifts. No sign of music except for the vacuum cleaner going around us during class, I left with out a word being said to me in that hour. 👎🏻

Good gim to train bjj. Maybe the class is a bit expensive (€12)

It is an excellent place to train, if you are passing through or live in Valencia. A very complete box and above all the classes are super well directed and explained. I recommend it to the 💯!! 🏋🏻‍♀️

One of the best boxes I've ever been to. They have many disciplines such as swimming techniques, grappling, hyrox and CrossFit, in the latter the professionalism of their four coaches stands out, who pay special attention to technique and constant improvement. There is also healthy and quality restoration

Coach Alex has an innate understanding of what it takes to improve upon a technique same as with GI and same in Grappling🤼, he explains every little detail of those moves and you are able to learn them in short period of time. Also Jiu Jitsu Grau has very friendly training team, and possibility to compare with other academy's students and coaches when they are invited to Grau academy. It's a new academy so it's very big pleasure to train on totaly new equipment with best training partners 🤙🏻
