Very good medical clinic and outstanding doctors. Just a warning. I was told that they needed to test my blood, I said sure. 600 euros later I was told my blood is fine. I would have appreciated a warning on how expensive that was going to be. What if I couldn’t afford that. (Not that I really can at the moment) I was left feeling a little robbed to be honest. Other then that it is a good clinic.

Germans do well. A bit off on appointment on-time. Waiting...PCR 155euro. Nose + throat zzz... 95 euro across the street. Not sure price diff is worth it.

I was in Palma on vacation and landed feeling rather uncomfortable. A quick search yielded mixed results and luckily I found the Palma clinic. It is located inside the black and green building in the middle of the parking space on the 3rd floor. My initial visit was modest for a private no insurance run practice. My concerns were immediately addressed with my urgent walk in appointment and bloodwork taken within 30 minutes. 3 days later dr. Fritz (Neuro) called me personally and a follow up appointment to discuss all the results. Although I still have some work ahead of me, finding out and getting me on the path to full recovery was well coordinated and I felt taken care from start to finish. Thank you.

Nightmare The treatment of my illness by Dr. Henningsen developed into a real nightmare. The stately bills that Dr. Henningsen issued, led to queries from my health insurance company. Dr. Henningsen only answered part of the questions and only very briefly. His reason: the request was unreasonably extensive and labor-intensive. Of course, the insurance company didn't agree with that. With invoices of several thousand euros, this is somehow understandable. I asked Dr. Henningsen to adequately answer the health insurance company's request. He declined in rather rude terms. Very rude, as was one of his employees. I showed the correspondence to other doctors in my circle of acquaintances, and they just shook their heads. I have a colleague of Dr. Henningsen asked to mediate, she tried - without success. Conclusion: the correspondence with the health insurance company lasted more than a year, they have now, as a gesture of goodwill, agreed to reimburse me the invoices from Dr. Henningsen. This whole story was an absolute nightmare for me. After all, it was about 6,000 euros. It is a pity that a single doctor in this clinic (albeit one of the responsible ) has such a negative impact on the overall impression. Because I have had positive experiences with other doctors and their employees in this clinic. But at least with this doctor, my personal experience is : never never again.

Very good clinic! We went there twice during our stay in Majorca. Waiting time was alright, about 20 minutes. Staff was very kind and helpful. Doctors seemed competent yet down to earth.

Gute Koordination mit auswärtigem Röntgen und MRT/MRI/CT. Das Mitarbeiterteam an der Rezeption ist ebenso grandios und ermöglicht im Notfall auch kurzfristig einen Termin. Die ärztlichen Honorare liegen in etwa im Rahmen der deutschen GOÄ, sodass die private Krankenversicherung ohne Abzüge erstattet. Falls auf Mallorca mal wieder ärztliche Hilfe vonnöten, ist die Palma Clinic erste Wahl.

Ich war zur Behandlung meiner Migräne in der neurologischen Praxis von Dr. Nobbe. Das Team war sehr freundlich und ich hatte kaum Wartezeit. Jetzt wird auch noch behauptet ich hätte angerufen und einen zweiten Termin vereinbart. Ich habe meinen Zahnarzt in San Augustin seit 2 Jahren und bin dort zufrieden. Bin mit ihm auf Whatsapp im Kontakt wenn man was ansteht. Wieso sollte ich bei euch anrufen? Der einzige Kontakt den ich zur Palma Clinic pflege ist die Dermatologie. Ich möchte gar nicht wissen wie oder was ihr mit den Daten eurer Patienten macht das solch ein Missverständnis entsteht. P.S. Man sollte vorher mit den potenziellen (privat ) Patienten klipp und klar kommunizieren das bei eventuellen nicht erscheinen eine Gebühr entsteht.

Wir haben Prof. Garcia um eine Empfehlung für die weitere Behandlung unserer Tochter gebeten. Die Terminvereinbarung erfolgte per Mail schnell, effizient und angenehm. Der Empfang in der modernen Klinik war sehr freundlich und professionell, es gab keine Wartezeiten. Prof. Garcia ist sehr sympathisch, er hat uns aufmerksam zugehört, ergänzende Fragen gestellt und unsere Tochter eingehend und zugewandt untersucht. Seine Einschätzung hat er sehr kompetent und plausibel vermittelt und uns einen gut begründeten Vorschlag zum weiteren Vorgehen unterbreitet. Wir fühlen uns bei ihm exzellent medizinisch betreut und bestens aufgehoben. Die Assistentinnen der Klinik sind sehr freundlich, empathisch und hilfsbereit, was die äußerst positive Erfahrung in der Palma Clinic abrundet.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter wegen einer Blasenentzündung bei Doktor Haak. Ein ganz grosses Lob an diesen tollen Arzt! Hier fühlt man sich als Mensch wahrgenommen und nicht als Nummer. Falls Sie in den Ferien auf Mallorca ein krankes Kind haben sollten, ab zu Doktor Haag, sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich habe im Sept 21 in der Deutschen Augenklinik bei Dr. Beckers meine beiden Augen operieren lassen - Grauer Star in beiden Augen mit Ladertechnik inkl. Einsatz von 2 intraokulären Linsen. Bereits die Vorabklärungen mit pers. Gespräch bei Dr. Beckers war hoch professionell, sehr aufschlussreich und überzeugend. Kurz darauf entschloss ich mich zur Durchführung der OP. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben und begleitet durch die freundliche und sehr professionelle MPA von Dr. Beckers. Die gesamte Organisation des Eingriffs war perfekt und die OP durch Dr. Beckers und auch die nachfolgenden Checks und Beratungen waren für mich jederzeit überzeugend und absolut gut und vertrauenswürdig. Ich bin mit dem Resultat und dem ganzen Prozedere höchst zufrieden und sehr glücklich, dass ich diesen Eingriff vorgenommen habe. Ich kann die Deutsche Augenklinik in jedem Sinne nur bestens empfehlen.

Ich kann die Klinik Palma nur empfehlen. Man bekommt kurzfristig einen Termin, es ist hoch modern und das Personal ist freundlich. Ich war dort für meine Ernährungsberatung bei Frau Anna-Lena Middledorf. Als jemand mit diversen Lebensmittel- und Gesundheitsallergien wusste ich nicht mehr, was ich eigentlich täglich zu mir nehmen kann. Anna kennt sich in ihrem Fachgebiet sehr gut aus und ist außerdem eine sehr einfühlsame Person. Ich hatte auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass ich beurteilt oder zum Verlassen der Praxis gedrängt wurde. Ich werde wieder hingehen. Vielen Dank dafür! :-)

Wir waren bei Dr.Henningsen und Dr. Nobbe. Leider müssen wir aus persönlichen Gründen Mallorca wieder verlassen und das Team wäre ein Grund alleine um noch näher nach Palma zu ziehen. Durch das schnelle handeln von Dr. Nobbe wurde uns zweimal sozusagen das Leben gerettet. Die komplette Clinik ist sehr sehr freundlich und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist noch gehobener als vergleichbares in Deutschland. Ich kann diese Clinik ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.
