A few years ago, I came here for a second opinion about a diamond ring that my mother had given to me. I had taken the ring to a well known jewelry store that told me that the majority of the diamonds were loose and would cost around $600 to repair. When I took it to NW Diamonds and Gold, he told me that the majority of stones were perfectly secure with the exception of maybe two of them. He saved me so much money with his honesty and integrity. Today, I took in some jewelry to be repaired and he went above and beyond to repair it. The owner is friendly and honest and I would recommend everyone to this business!

My boyfriend and I came to Mark at NW Gold and Diamond to sell some of our old gold. We were so impressed! He took his time and explained everything to us as he went along. We loved doing business with him so much that we decided to look into ordering an engagement ring from him (We had been looking everywhere and nothing was just right) Mark exceeded our expectations! We picked out a design (he also does custom). He took the time to show us different diamonds, allowing us to see them under a microscope, and describing the different aspects of them. Now we are getting married in 4 months and I get SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on my beautiful ring! Mark is the best!!

I just happened to come across NW Gold & Diamond and the owner, Mark one afternoon. I walked in and told Mark what I was looking for...a sparkly nice size diamond ring. After talking for a few minutes Mark was able to draw a picture of what I had explained. He then found the right size, clarity and cut of diamonds to fit the design. I picked up the finished product today and it is more than I could have ever imagined. Mark is an artist. He is kind, knowledgeable and trust worthy. I have already recommended him to friends and family. Thank You Mark!! The pictures just don't do the ring justice. It is absolutely gorgeous.

Walked in to inquire about sizing a couple of rings. Mark was so transparent in discussing his concerns about sizing the rings and gave me honest feedback. He also took a look at some gold and other precious metal rings I have to tell me the value of each. He was so gracious and helpful and gave me about 30-minutes of his time which was so valuable to me! I highly recommend NWG&D because Mark offers unsurpassed 1:1 attention! I will return to him again because I'm considering a custom ring sometime in the future!

I went in with an old, broken charm (no chain) that I didn't even know could be repaired or restored. Not ONLY was Mark able to repair the item, clean it up, help me select an elegant chain for my wife, and get it all done in a little over a week, but he ALSO went out of his way to find earrings that matched the necklace perfectly. I was completely blown away with the service and by how much Mark cared about my plans to restore this long-forgotten piece for our anniversary. Everything went perfectly and for a price far below what I had expected for this level of personal engagement. Mark is amazingly talented and was very passionate about designing my dream wedding ring. I went in not totally sure what I wanted but knew the look I was going for. I have my grandma's wedding ring and didn't want to change it, but wanted to do something to make it more me. Mark came up the idea to make a ring wrap that would fit snugly along my ring and cover the band part, which would preserve the design and original and heirloom ring, but create a detachable band. I came in with pinterest pics and he listened and pulled out and antique spoon that was the exact look I was going for. He spent hours drawing up the design and I couldn't believe he created exactly what I had imagined. Mark is super professional and really wants to make something amazing. He came recommended by a coworker and looking at the crazy prices at jewelry stores, I figured something custom would be WAY out of our price range but he didn't gouge us at all. The quality we received was incredible and worth every penny. I love my ring and that he was able to interweave my style with my Grandma's heirloom ring.

What a fabulous experience. Mark designed my dream wedding ring. He listened and did exactly what I needed for my very hands on job. I get a compliment every day on my ring. He cleans it once a week for me as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very very happy!!

I have been consistently impressed with the quality of service that Northwest Gold and Diamond offers. I have been in several times for work that I needed done on my wedding set, and each time, they have been kind, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. They do excellent work, and they do it quickly. Today I brought in my wedding set to get it reshaped because it had bent, and they repaired it within five minutes (and even fixed a prong on the solitaire that I didn't realize was bent). They have my business permanently-- my experiences have always been positive (even when I've had to have my two kids in tow) and they make it so clear that their customers are their top priority.

Mark was awesome! I went with my mom to get some pieces evaluated to help pay for a relative’s extended health care. Understandably, my mom was having a difficult time emotionally and Mark was so kind and empathetic. He patiently listened to her concerns and carefully (and thoroughly) went over each piece she brought. He gave us a great quote on several pieces and paid cash on the spot for the pieces she decided to sell. There was no obligation, and there were several pieces he recommended NOT selling because of their sentimental value. All in all, it was an amazing experience! Mark has been doing this for many years and knows the market and current trends. I even went back to him to get some of my own pieces evaluated and to get some of my jewelry repaired. I will definitely be going back to him for any future transactions or repair work!

My wedding ring was crushed flat and I was freaking out. Read the reviews and went in and they were comforting and I felt better. They were upfront on letting me know that it may be a difficult job that may not work but they'd try their best. That's exactly what they did and I had a ring that was made into its original form all spruced up within a week. Thank you, Mark and your colleague(so sorry I'm blanking... was it Paul lol).. You guys rock! (Get it? Diamonds? Rock? I know pretty lame.) Seriously though, thank you for being attentive to me and getting the ring back to its original form.

Mark helped me with a last minute gift. he was reasonably priced, very helpful and professional. compared to some of the other coin/jewelry shops in town, these guys went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!!!!
