Mike and Gustavo are very good at what they are doing. They are very professional, attentive to details. Mike always think of ways to make the installation smooth and nice and good looking. My windows are old and not even, Mike thought of ways to make it work and look their best. Gustavo is a very hard working young man. He did great jobs and cleaned the windows very well. I highly recommend them for window installation and more! I also highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and doors for any windows and doors project. From the start of having salesman Dave came out to talk to us to critical measure guy to final installations. They kept us informed every steps of the way. It’s a name that we can trust! We chose Lake Washington windows to replace 3 large picture windows and 3 smaller picture windows. The entire process was smooth and painless. The installation crew was professional, responsive and did amazing work. We had lead Josue, Erik and Daniel as assistants. Installation was quick and flawless and they cleaned up very well post installation. I would work with the entire team again.

We had two HUGE sliding doors installed at our home. Riley, Chris, German and Victor did an amazing job. They were efficient and had a great work ethic. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Excellent experience from start to finish. We initially went with a lower bid, but that company started coming up with hidden costs. Lake Washington windows and doors was transparent with the final cost from the start. Lots of great communications at every step of the process. They were quick to respond to questions. Install was scheduled to start at 0800 and they were at the front door right on time. The install was expected to take about 4 hours, but the original sliding door had major leveling issues and the install took about 8 hours with a trip to Home depot for extra material. No bill for added cost due to the issues found. This did not phase the professional installers. They fixed the issues and installed the French doors including trim. No shortcuts to quality even after a long day. Only minimal touch up and painting required for me and this was communicated prior to install. We are very happy with Lake Washington windows and doors.

Best experience I have had with a company. Seamless from start to finish. Starting with my Sales Consultant Dave Judge who was extremely helpful; Mike who performed the final measurements on kitchen window and sliding patio door was very knowledgeable; Ireland who did all of the scheduling and kept me informed and Thomas and Xavier who did a great job installing the sliding patio door and kitchen window. Lake Washington Windows and Doors replaced windows in six rooms for us. In four of the rooms, they replaced only the window. In two of the rooms, they replaced window and trim, a "full gut out." LWW did a great job on the window-only replacements. We're very happy with our new windows and have had no problems with them. However, our experience with the full gut out window replacements was less positive. In the most egregious case, the installer left us with windows that were bowed, leaving an oval-shaped gap between them. The installer put a shim (fitted piece of wood) in the wider part of the gap and just left the gap at the top and bottom. When we questioned him, he informed us that our house was crooked and it wasn't possible to do any better. He also installed trim that wasn't even on another window sets. He acted like our complaints were unreasonable and we should be happy with the job. My husband and I aren't window experts, but after sleeping on it for a couple days and seeking a second opinion from a contractor friend, we contacted LWW. They came back and redid the job, fixing the issues we'd raised. That's why this review is 3 stars, not 1 or 2. I believe the installer was well-intentioned but simply didn't have the skill to install the full gut out windows properly and also felt under schedule pressure. That's fine. But he should have been willing to ask from his boss, and he shouldn't have tried to tell us that everything was great or something was wrong with our house.

Lake Washington Windows and Doors did an exceptional job of replacing our two sliding glass doors! The price was fair, and their work is quality. One of our sliders was replaced with a set of French doors, while the other we chose to build up and put in a large window. We had a mishap only a week after installation. My cat decided to rip up the weather sealing strip at the base of one of the French doors. I contacted them to go about paying to replace the weather stripping, and they came out and did it free of charge as a good-will service. All employees are extremely friendly, patient, and funny. Our sales rep Dave Judge, their billing department (Candice), their scheduling department (Ireland), their installers. AMAZING. I will definitely be going back to them in the future for additional replacements, and will recommend them to anyone looking. I cannot recommend them enough. -Mackenzie Huseth

I worked with Jon Wood and Ireland Wood prior to the installation and they were fantastic! I appreciated their frequent communications and knew where we were in the process at all times. The install team was Thomas, Daniel, and Rob, and they were also amazing. They were prompt, respectful, efficient, and did beautiful work. They replaced aluminum windows that were in the house we recently purchased, along with repairing the water damage caused by the poor installation/maintenance of those windows. The job was expected to take two days, but they were able to complete it in one. The new windows are gorgeous and I only have good things to say about everyone I worked with.

Our company, NW Lifestyle Homes, is completing a large remodel on the Mercer Island waterfront, and we were delighted to work with our Sales Rep, Dave Judge, and the whole team at Lake Washington Windows and Doors. Dave is on top of every need and easy to work with. We ordered new windows for almost the entire house as well as 3 large format exterior glass sliders. One of the sliders is so big, it services a 26' wide opening, but it slides as smooth as butter. The doors and windows arrived on schedule, are perfectly sized, and were beautifully installed by German - Crew Lead, and his crew. They are professional craftsmen, and German is a true leader. We can't say enough about this whole team and the products from start to finish, and we look forward to using them again.

Lake Washington Windows & Door did a fabulous job on my installation! They clearly communicated when trying to schedule installation and even worked around my schedule due to work travel. The day installation started the team showed up on time and were courteous and very professional! They walked me through the completed work to make sure I was happy with the results, and I was! Great company and would highly recommend.

Josue (Lead) and assistants, Luis & Daniel arrived shortly after 8:00 am. They removed and replaced three windows, a large front picture window and two windows, one on the side and one on the rear of our house. They completed the installation in about six hours. We were kept informed as the work progressed. The window installations look great--as good as new. They cleaned up the work area and washed and cleaned each window before they left. I would recommend them all.

The consultation process to design & install a new 10 foot window unit and adjacent sliding glass door was a great experience. This is my second purchase with LWW&D. I'd highly recommend them for replacement, new construction design and thinking beyond the existing structure to get a great look for your space.

This team, lead by David, was very fast, very professional and paid great attention to detail. They cleaned up all the debris and kept me informed before, during and after the installation. Their front office staff were very friendly and very well informed, especially Jamie and Dave. I selected Lake Washington because of its reputation for professional and responsible service. The price was consistent with other window companies. The crew was courteous and considerate. Eight windows were in installed in a day and a half. Some damage was done to the exterior wrapping around one window. The head of the crew did not blow this off. He acknowledge the damage and assured me I there would be follow-up. I only did not give five stars because I am waiting for resolution of that issue.

The person who worked with us to pick out the best windows for our needs was knowledgable, friendly and genuine. The installers were outstanding; they explained the process thoroughly at the start and address any question we had related to the installation. They work efficiently as a team and finished on time and the new windows looks great.

I've only started the process, but it's been absolutely amazing. The introduction, quote process, and discussion has been fabulous. They are down to earth and reasonable. They know how to read a room and don't go crazy with their presentation. I found the conversation concise but Jon was willing to answer any questions I had. All around, I'm super impressed.
