I
travel,
a
lot.
I've
had
great
brisket
in
Missouri,
Georgia,
Tennessee.
I
have
no
idea
why
this
place
is
rated
so
high.
We
stopped
by
on
Saturday
evening
at
6.
Theres
no
parking,
and
there's
rarely
parking
on
any
evening.
My
wife
did
a
walk
up
order
for
takeout.
She
was
told
they
had
no
brisket
left.
This
has
been
a
thing
here
for
a
long
time.
You'd
think
they
would
know
by
now
how
much
food
to
make.
Having
the
food
customers'
want
make
them
happier.
It
turns
out
they
had
some
chopped
brisket
left.
We
got
the
side
coleslaw,
1
pound
of
brisket,
and
'made-in-house'
banana
pudding.
The
brisket
was
$26,
pudding
$6,
Coleslaw
$5.
It
took
15
minutes
to
get
3
items
that
are
already
prepared.
I've
had
this
BBQ
3
times,
hoping
it'd
be
better.
Nope.
The
brisket
was
dry
and
had
so
much
oil
on
it.
You
can
see
in
the
pictures
the
brisket
dunked
half
in
oil.
Almost
felt
like
they
added
all
the
oil
to
make
it
weigh
a
pound
(for
$26).
The
bbq
sauce
was
just
okay.
The
coleslaw
was
tasteless
with
minimal
dressing.
No
zing
to
it.
The
pudding
didn't
seem
like
homemade
banana.
Between
the
camped,
crazy
parking
lot
to
the
prices,
Briley's
just
ain't
that
big
of
a
deal.
I
know
there
are
diehard
fans,
a
few
of
my
friends
included.
If
you
are
a
BBQ
place,
your
brisket
should
be
your
best
item,
this
wasn't.
Expensive,
hard
to
get
to,
and
not
what
I
would
expect
for
quality.
Pass.
