Gil is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had and I have had many in my 70 years. He uses just the right amount of pressure and is very conscientious. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him over the years and always look forward to my massages. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and helpful.

I have been coming here since before Covid, and I absolutely love every masseuse I have seen. Personally, Sarah is my favorite masseuse. She does an excellent job and is very friendly. The entire staff is also very professional, and they all do an excellent job personalizing your sessions. The front desk is also very friendly and welcoming.

First time at massage envy and I had a great experience. Woke up with some shoulder pain and was not expecting to be able to get an appointment but David had a cancellation that I was lucky enough to snag. He was such a great massage therapist! Friendly demeanor and excellent firm/deep pressure and therapeutic type muscle work. I would definitely go back to see him.

Sarah did a great job relieving the lower back pain and lower extremities. She’s one of the three therapists I go to at Massage Envy Tacoma. You will leave the clinic at a much better feeling and more relaxed. Highly recommend her for those of you who prefer between light and medium pressure.

Fantastic massage! Robert was friendly and attentive. He did a great job giving me the massage I wanted and checked in to make sure I didn’t need him to adjust. Pressure and technique were some of the best I’ve encountered. Additionally, he was able comfortably to improve range of motion on both shoulders! Highly recommend him as a massage therapist.

I have worked with David quite a bit in the last couple of years and there is a reason I keep coming back. He is very knowledgeable and understands treatment massage very well. I have a lot of pain and tightness from my work and I always feel better after seeing David. I also enjoy the professional nature of our experience as well as the front-desk staff always being helpful and respectful. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Ericka and it was THE best facial I have ever received. She was so kind and accommodating and I felt the passion of her within her work. Will absolutely book another appointment with her! There was a woman at the front desk who was extremely nice as well-- I don't remember her name, but she had dark straight hair and was just all around a lovely person. Great experience!

I go to Massage Envy Tacoma every month and never had any problems getting an appointment based on my schedule and preferences. I prefer Sarah to be my massage therapist because she has done an amazing job since I started going to Tacoma Massage Envy. She can work between light, medium and firm. I almost always getting a good nap for about 2 hours as soon as I get home and fall asleep right away when I sleep later that night. If you want a relaxing and at the same time a recuperating massage, ask for Sarah.

Natalie from Massage Envy gave me one of the best massages I have ever received! I asked for a deep tissue massage and for the next 50 minutes I was taken on a very intense but therapeutic journey that was transformative. All the deep belly breathing for a full hour gave me sort of a high and I left feeling pretty loopy and convinced I had been cured! This massage reminded me of what it feels like to be my best, most present self. I am so grateful to Natalie for working so hard to help me heal. I’ll definitely return!

Ari/Sarah gave an amazing massage! Perfect amount of time spend on the areas I requested, and perfect amount of pressure. She was very easy to talk to and listened to my requests. I’ve had many massages and this was probably the best I’ve had. I will definitely be returning and requesting the same therapist! I appreciated the quality of the spa as well, it was well maintained and clean. (Classier than I expected for the area.) Music was at a good volume. Everyone was professional, and the gated entrance was a safety precaution I appreciated.

I am always nervous going into a massage with a new therapist. I just give a huge shout out to Jessie! She isn’t only great at what she does but made me feel comfortable and really listened to my concerns. I went home and was able to have a good two hour sleep without waking up in pain. For facials, Marjorie is awesome. She takes her time explaining the process and is friendly as well. I recommend this location because it is not only located conveniently at the mall but they have more availability.

Robert O has been absolutely magical - he's so responsive to what I need and ask for both before and during massage. I have some really specific health nonsense going on right now and he's been absolutely perfect to take muscle hinkiness out of the mix of pain and horribleness that I'm dealing with. SERIOUSLY appreciate him!

I've never had a massage before but Massage Envy made it easy, convenient, and stress free to wrap up my birthday week with a full body massage. Xue (pronounced like Sue) was amazing!! I entered the room, she asked me a few questions regarding my problem areas and got to work. I left feeling not a care in the world. All props to you Xue! Great staff, great experience.
