I guess they really don't know how to mix color formulas right I wanted root touch up and pull the color through with a 4 and 5 which everyone knows its dark brown and medium brown. After 3 hours it was light brown and she redid the highlights. I never mentioned about redoing the highlights. She never even wiped away the color stain on my forehead and sides and my shirt was totally wet from the rinsing process most places would see that wet and ask for it to be blow dried. And it was super expensive. I even told her it was three to four colors too light she just gave me a sad look and never offered to fix it. I won't go back. So disappointed. Hair stylists listen to what the customers want!!!! I even showed pictures of the dark I wanted. Really!!

Went in to get a Men's facial and had a 10/10 experience. Becca McKay is the one who helped me and I highly reccomend getting any work done with her!!! Super relaxing and easy going time. The entire experience was a hit. Lots of great smells and massages. The place is way bigger on the inside than you would expect!

I HIGHLY recommend Becca McKay, esthetician. I've struggled with my skin for my entire adult life and made some progress getting into skincare over COVID. I visited Becca to get some professional help (YouTube can only teach you so much!), and my skin has never looked better! I've religiously used the products she recommended to me and I've had noticeable improvement in my rosacea and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I trusted her recommendations and I'm so thankful I did (and still do!). Every time I've left after a facial with her, my skin glows. Not only does she know her stuff, she cares and knows how difficult troubled skin can be to deal with. I'm looking forward to continuing to take my skincare to the next level with her!

Booked a facial for my wife with Becca, my wife was very happy with the results and I could really tell the difference. She got a nano infusion facial with red light therapy it’s supposed to help with fine lines, it really made her skin glow… I would recommend booking a facial with Becca for your significant other, my wife was so relaxed after and her skin looked great. Also she has gift certificates available !!! Great gift idea for sure, we will be returning

Another update. I must keep singing the praises for this business. I love going here because it is near my home, is clean,friendly and I have the best stylist in the whole world.. Lauren….She listens, she has never given me a bad haircut. I just can’t say enough about her cuts. When they grow out they are still pretty darn cute. I have the sad problem of thinning hair but she always cuts it so it doesn’t show as much. Shout out to Miss Lauren…. UPDATE: Fast Forward one year. Took me years and years to find the perfect hair stylist …I think Lauren is the best I’ve ever had cut and style my hair…Even when it’s time for another cut I can still fake it until my appointment. She is so darn good and the shop is so clean and friendly and it’s close to my home. I love this shop and Lauren. Had a terrible color mishap and called to see if someone could fix it. Expected to have to wait but I was scheduled for Monday as I dreaded showing up for the Holidays looking like a home dye job. Fast forward to Monday night and Lauren fixed it beautifully and the color is what I have strived for forever. Excellent job, excellent salon and shout out to the owner for getting me in such short notice.

Lindsay is a Genius, if you aren’t getting your hair done by her what are you even doing with your life? 10/10 would recommend!

My hairdresser is Asmah! She is so so good with color! I’m a brunette that loves going platinum! I can fully put my trust in her! Highly recommend this place!

I booked for the first time here. Showed my stylist Lindsay my reference photo for bangs twice. Long fringe expected. A total fail. Chopped them short and it looks awful. Layers off too. Will not return.

This salon is in such a fun part of downtown Gresham. Right on Main street, surrounded by lovely restaurants and boutiquey shops. There are burgers, pizza, Mediterranean, ice cream, and strong margaritas all within a quick hop, skip & a jump from Brilliance. I've only had my nails done here, but each time I arrive for my appointment upstairs, I walk past lots of gorgeous hairdressers busily tending to some equally beautiful clients. All smiles and looking fabulous. Deborah is my NUMBER ONE favorite manicurist on the planet! She is so exceptionally talented, all her products are high quality and her attention to detail is simply wonderful. My nails look splendid much longer than what I have experienced from other manicurists in the past. My habit now is to schedule with Deborah for next time, at the end of each appointment. I'm a customer for LIFE!
