    Going to the Emergency Department of a hospital is almost always an unwanted adventure and will take up at least 4 hours of your day. For something not life-threatening, the urgent care clinic is a better choice. This one, Indigo, is located at Point Ruston and is part of the MultiCare network We had made an appointment over the phone and, upon our arrival, a friendly staff member quickly checked us in. We waited for about 15 minutes in a clean, comfortable and modern waiting area with a beverage station offering coffee, tea, water and juice. All the providers we saw, including the doctor, were very professional, took the time to answer all our questions, promptly sent referrals to specialists and prescriptions to the pharmacy. MultiCare uses MyChart, so all the information was available to us online after the appointment. Since there wasn’t a long wait, we spent less than an hour at Indigo urgent care and felt very well taken care of. If you have an emergency that’s not serious enough to warrant a trip to the ED, I would highly recommend this place. Just make an appointment beforehand and remember to validate your parking once you arrive.

    Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had, from the welcome through evaluation. The clinician had her colleague be a « second set of eyes » looking at my eye problem. Thorough work up and efficient and friendly!

    When I first went to Indigo Urgent Care on a Monday afternoon I was told there would be a “several hour” wait and was offered an appointment for the next day. I was not available for the only appointment time offered and opted to return the next morning as a walk in. The next morning I had a wait of more than an hour and noted that only two practitioners (neither an MD). Once I was admitted, everything went quickly and smoothly. All staff I encountered were pleasant, professional, and efficient. My only complaint is that the facility seems not to have enough practitioners, and an MD should be on staff at all times.

    This visit was amazing! The front desk was so gracious and helpful, Austin (the attending nurse) was very kind and pleasant to work with, and Kevin (the doctor) gave me all the information I needed and was very patient and down to earth. Definitely recommend seeing them if you have health issues.

    The actual visit was great! It was the follow up instructions. Didn’t ask where I wanted prescription send to…they just assumed it was the place written in the follow up paperwork. I work as a Territory Manager I’m on the road a lot. Please ask where you would like to pick up your prescription! Also when I called And spoke to someone they assured me that my prescription would go to the correct location (Moses Lake). Not more than 10 minutes later I get a call from the clinic stating that they had my prescription going to two locations!!! Her exact words were “how do you spell this Lake place?” You mean Moses Lake!?

    Excellent care! I have been on vacation from Maine to visit family and I didn’t have any other option for medical services, but I came across Indigo, and I have to say, it was a quick walk-in experience with great staff! They were patient with me when I got emotional about my insurance issues (which will be taken care of when I get home), but I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes (when there was still 3 people ahead of me), got my diagnosis immediately and my prescriptions were ready at a nearby pharmacy within 30 minutes! Highly recommend their services!!

    The reviews don't lie! I haven't had insurance for a couple years because I don't like being scammed, and in the meantime I've had my eye on Indigo as a place to go if I ever needed urgent care because the reviews were all excellent and the self-pay price is reasonable all things considered. Well I finally needed to go after getting my ears all messed up and badly blocked with earwax, and they took great care of me. Wait time was less than an hour for walking in, staff were all super kind and helpful, facility was clean and inviting, and the care providers did a fantastic job. The initial care provider was super friendly and upbeat and understanding and helpful. And then the person who fixed my ears did an amazing job and really made it happen because they were extremely blocked lol, super gentle but thorough and made the process enjoyable. The care was professional and top notch and I am pleased. Hopefully I never need to go to urgent care again obviously, but if I do I will be going here without a doubt. Also I should probably get insurance ugh smh

    The staff at Indigo were all amazing. Our wait was too long at the first clinic we went to, so they found us a nearby one with open slots. A short drive later my daughter saw a Dr and they were able to prescribe what she needed to help her ear infection. They even helped find me a pharmacy to get her medication the same night.
