I haven't had an appointment here as of yet. I plan on asking Doctor if I can be referred to another specialty clinic. The workers I've encountered have been extremely unprofessional. I received 1 call and voice message from them back in November. I've called three times within the last week to schedule an appointment. The first time a woman told me that someone would call me back that they tried reaching me in November. Then this past Wednesday or Thursday a man told me their system was down. Today I called back and PJ was rude telling me Jamie called and left a message for me on Friday. She didn't. I checked my phone records and voice mailbox and nothing is there. I'm sick of the runaround and I don't appreciate the unprofessional ism.

I saw Hematology at the Tacoma location, and felt as if I had been written off before I was even seen. The support staff were wonderful, but the provider I saw was belittling and dismissive. She was a student under Dr. Zhang, and refused to believe that my symptoms could be cause by anything other than my vegetarianism (which she repeatedly mistook for veganism). After asking me multiple times if I "really have a good diet", being unsatisfied with my answer, she turned to my husband and said "I don't know Mr. Daugherty, is she telling the truth?" It was degrading and unprofessional, and ultimately delayed the diagnosis of my condition.

Great medical staff and doctors. Wonderful folks in the Infusion Center. However I have been frustrated with their internal communications. Their administrative systems could be improved. I still would recommend.

I go here for my infusions, the staff is always warm and friendly. I am able to get appointments that are convenient for me. I go every week so it's nice to have the same consistency.

Would encourage you to find another office if you can. My experience: 1. I was AT the office for an appointment when I received a phone call and email that I had a telehealth appointment. 2. Staff didn't take vitals for in-office appointment. 3. Dr. Zhang- often interrupted me, didn't address all concerns. 4. Staff tried to get me schedule an appointment I didn't need.

I cannot say enough good things about my village at this office. My treatment was hard & lengthy, but they carried me through it. Now that I'm showing no signs of cancer, they are still here for me with such support when concerns come up. Thank you NWMS for taking such good care of me.

Dr Martin is the Best! Her staff and her really care. Was well taken care of. I'm Alive. They saved me! So grateful. Stage3 ovarian cancer.

kind, understanding, patient, shows concern and empathy, Dr even keeps his head shaved to relate to patients, he is wonderful, my path was difficult but he kept me going and would check in on me at home to see how I was doing, he is the best and so is the entire staff!
