I’ve had acupuncture off and on for over two decades. The effectiveness of the treatments I receive from Alex have been the best I’ve had. I get them as part of my self care but also focus on specific areas of need when they come up. She has definitely helped me to continue a very active lifestyle of playing basketball and lifting weights into my 50s. I recently started massage therapy with Dea and she clearly has “the gift”…releases so much tension, it’s awesome. Lastly, G&L totally takes care of billing my insurance, which makes it incredibly easy…my favorite provider!

Before going to Alex, i have had over 15 years of acupuncture and TCM experience. In the first visit, I immediately noted that Alex was very experienced and on point coz my TCM doctor in China stimulated the exact same pressure points. Alex is very caring and patient. After 3 months of treatment, my low blood pressure condition has improved. My upper pressure is now 3 digits vs 2 digits before the treatment. Dee, the receptionist, is very friendly and detailed-minded. I enjoy my experience with them very much and I will keep visiting in the future. Keep up the great work, ladies !

I was having knee tightness and pain for months and my wife suggested me to try acupuncture. Alex's treatment eliminated the pain after several weeks. Now my knees are no longer sore and hurt after playing basketball. Highly recommended.

Best wellness center team I've been lucky enough to experience. Its truly been a blessing to recieve treatment from Alexandra. I previously visited G&L acupuncture a couple years ago when experiencing depression and anxiety and the treatment is still absoultey incredible. Alexandra takes the time to get to know you and truly wants to help you experience life better. Recently I was struck by a moving vehicle as a pedestrian and I came straight to Alexandra for help. After just a couple sessions my back and shoulder pain significantly improved and she also helped with my recurring sleep paralysis. After just a couple more sessions the pain is gone and I only experience discomfort when working out. In addition to Alexandras amazing work Dee from the front desk (who also dpes massage) has the best smile and conversation every time I come in. Being a Acupuncturist novice (one who hadn’t tested the waters),  I found myself in a position that I would try anything.  Having searing  nerve pain in my lower neck I was looking for something or someone to help me.  When a good friend mentioned G&L Acupuncture in Hillsboro, I called immediately.  Alex (Alexandrea) fixed me right up after a couple of treatments I was pain free.  I continue to be pain free three months later.   Also the benefits of wellbeing followed after occasional treatment.  I rate this office highest in professional service and positive outcome.  —Victor

Incredibly caring and thoughtful review of my health followed by a very relaxing and helpful treatment. Alex went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and that I understood how the healing process works in this treatment environment. Do not delay in scheduling with Alex if you are looking for help. I left feeling better and already have more treatments scheduled.

My only regret is not starting sooner with Alex! I have had inconclusive lab work and a long list of complaints. They all could be summed up by saying I just felt blah… and now I am beginning to feel vital again. She’s not only helping me but also my athlete daughter came in with a sports injury and she got her back in motion and playing games again. The front desk is helpful and kind and the overall environment is soothing.

At GL, I see Alex and I am very please with my sessions with her. She made me feel at ease and listens to all my woes afflicting me. I see her for joint pain, tinnitus, and now treating for menopausal symptoms. I would definitely recommend her as I have improvements in my some of my afflicting symptoms. The front end receptionist , Dee, is great with a wonderful disposition in dealing with clients. Overall, I would definitely recommend GL Accupuncture for their wonderful service.
