Couldn’t have had better service. I submitted a maintenance request, Vitaly called me right away to gauge importance of water heater leak (it could wait an hour or two), he showed up, fixed the parts that were needed, lent me a fan to make sure the area fully drys and that was it. Fast, friendly and efficient. 5/5

I had a stuck porch door lock. Vitaly came right over and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He was also very helpful in the past when I had a leak in the hose that goes to the kitchen faucet.

Moving from New England to Issaquah was a daunting task. I had to find an apartment sight unseen. I called Windsong and Tiffany was more than happy to help. She reviewed my options in detail and gave me a FaceTime tour of a unit, even including the nearby trail access. She immediately contacted me when a unit was available and made the rental application smoothly sailing. When my dog and I finally arrived she welcomed us with a smile and beautiful plant. She has been incredibly responsive to all of our questions and requests. So far I have had a top rate experience! Vitaly, maintenance manager, has been wonderful to work with. He is kind, prompt and excellent at his job. I am so grateful for his help!

Vitaliy came and repaired our front door that was sticking. He did an excellent job. He was meticulous and checked several items that may have caused the problem and adjusted them. Vitaliy is also very friendly and personable.

Vitaly is the nicest, quickest and most professional handyman we've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Used booties to keep our carpet clean, fixed a squeaky washer, and helped jump our car when he saw us having trouble outside later. It makes a world of difference in apartment living to know we'll have that level of friendly and effective service when we need it.

Our overall experience has been nothing short of most excellent! Sure, there will be some hiccups - it comes with apartment living, BUT Tiffany does an excellent job handling issues that arise. We have found her to be communicative, professional and personable. In addition to Tiffany, Vitaly is a most welcome addition. He definitely knows his stuff, and is super responsive to maintenance requests. They make a great team! Although the apartments are a little dated, everything is clean and operable, plus the park-like setting and location is ideal!

I have just recently moved to these apartments and I cannot absolutely express my gratitude for Tiffany or Vitaly they both are amazing people who are very prompt about getting things done. They take care of you as a resident. Some of the nicest people I've come across and I truly appreciate that.
