Called your office to confirm if you accept our insurance PHCS, was put on hold and then hung up on. Tried calling back several times and your office did not answer. I guess you aren't too concerned about getting new patients. I will just note for our health insurance company that you evidently are not willing to work with us. Best of luck.

Dr Leng & his staff are absolutely amazing. They not only take the time to address my needs & concerns during my visits but they have taken the time & extra steps needed in order to fight the insurance companies, L&I & social security on my behalf, to make sure that I receive the care & treatment that was needed, which is pretty rare these days. Seems like most doctors just rush through their appointments & do the bare minimum for a paid for a consultation as they cram in as many patients as possible & they don’t advocate for what a patient actually needs. Forever grateful for what Dr Leng & his staff have done for me over the years

I am so thankful that I have Dr. Leng as my doctor. He is not only kind and easy to talk to he is very knowledgeable and is just all around a nice person. He has never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. He has always had the same great attitude every visit and takes my feelings and my care seriously and that means everything to me! I am grateful to have found such an amazing, intelligent, and kind doctor. I am very happy with my care at the Family Medicine Clinic. The receptionists are also so sweet and easy to talk to. They try to always make appointments to work around my hectic schedule. I would definitely recommend Dr. Leng's clinic as one of the best Family medicine clinics in the federal way area!

Dr Leng and his staff are outstanding!! They are professional and caring. I’ve been his patient over 5 years and have no complaints. I alway get seen right away and they get things done timely. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for office appointments. Even getting refills the same day. They also have a wide range of services. They go above and beyond to care for their patients.
