Underwhelming. Hard to book an appointment online. Receptionist that kept giving us a hard time: "Tell your child not to touch my plastic toy pumpkin" (the irony is we are at a pediatrician's office). "Take your child to cry on this side of reception area vs over there"... This is where kids come to cry and employees couldn't appear any less unconcerned about making parents life easier. The nurse was very nice but overworked, told us she will return with our chart and some stickers and never came back.. eventually we just opened the examination room door and left

The reason for the 1 star is how the service has changed since Allegro took over. While the doctors are still good the online portal doesn't work properly and you literally can't reach anyone there by phone. So it's super difficult to communicate with your doctor. Their voice mail goes in a circle and it takes forever to get a return phone call. Was much better when it was Pediatric Associates. I called today and was advised the return call timeframe was a few days - this is ridiculous.

Highly recommend Dr. Cannel and this specific location. First: when they did rounds on our little one in the hospital Dr.Cannel was the first doctor we met and she was above and beyond. We were the typical first time parents asking every little thing we were concerned about and she answered everything with such reassurance and never once made us feel dumb for asking such questions. We decided to stick with her and make the 30-40 minute trek to specifically see her. She’s thorough, reassuring, competent, and is so caring. She remembers everything and again, never once makes us feel dumb for all of our concerns/questions. Second: this system is so well managed. While in the hospital with our newborn they set up ALL of our future appointments for the next year. Third: whenever we need to be seen for urgent matter(s) we are seen within that day and if not the next and sometimes it means going to a different location than we’re used to but ALL of the locations we’ve been to are phenomenal (Redmond Ridge, Redmond & Kirkland). The nurse line (24 hours) is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond with providing education on what to do/what to watch out for in regards to your situation and are extremely reassuring. They also have great judgment calls on taking children to urgent care vs ER and they also take the time to help schedule you to get in urgently within allegro if appropriate. These clinics also give a lot of very helpful handouts on what to expect at the current stage your child is in. The check-in process is seamless and we have never had any issue with insurance. I highly recommend any location with Allegro pediatrics for a newborn or a child of any age.

My now 2 year old son has been seeing Dr Chattra for about 2 years now. We couldn’t be happier with Allegro Pediatrics. The Medical and administrative staff, online portal and nurse after hours helpline has been a giving lifeline for us. Thank you all for the amazing resources you send us in the mail to Allegro speaking series. I highly recommend this facility to meet your child’s medical needs.

Review: Allegro Pediatrics' Policy on Sick Children I want to share my recent experience with Allegro Pediatrics and their policy regarding sick children. Unfortunately, I must advise new patients to steer clear of this practice. This review specifically concerns Allegro Pediatrics' requirement for a scheduled wellness check-up before attending to sick children. When we made the decision to transfer our children to Allegro Pediatrics, we expected timely and comprehensive medical care for our family. However, we were disheartened to find out that the earliest available wellness check-up appointment was scheduled three months later. The challenge lies in the fact that our children are currently unwell and in need of immediate attention. Despite our children's urgent medical needs, Allegro Pediatrics adamantly refused to see them without the completion of the wellness check-up first. This predicament left us in a difficult position, as our previous pediatrician declined to see us due to the transfer of our medical records to Allegro Pediatrics. In desperation, we sought assistance from a local Urgent Care facility, only to be directed back to a pediatrician. It is deeply concerning that Allegro Pediatrics places their policy above the well-being of sick children. In such cases, the primary focus should always be on providing prompt medical care and addressing urgent health concerns. By strictly enforcing their policy, Allegro Pediatrics fails to meet this fundamental expectation. I sincerely hope that Allegro Pediatrics reevaluates their policy and adjusts it to ensure that sick children receive the necessary care without unnecessary delays. The priority of any medical practice should be the well-being of their patients, especially when it comes to children.

Dr Han is absolutely fabulous! We’ve been seeing her with our girl since she was born in July 2020 and is fabulous. She’s very informative and answers all our questions. She’s also great with babies and I can imagine she’s great with older kids as well! Also their front office staff is always really great with scheduling and are so friendly! I feel safe being here and you can tell they take their covid protocols very seriously! Great staff and great doctors! Highly recommend!
