I
normally
don’t
write
reviews
but
I’m
going
to
in
hopes
that
there
will
be
some
training
or
conversation
about
problem
solving
in
the
pharmacy.
I
went
to
get
two
prescriptions
Wednesday
night
after
a
doctors
appt
at
10:30
AM
that
day.
My
doctor
sent
the
scripts
electronically.
That
should’ve
been
plenty
of
time
for
Walgreens
to
receive
it.
Almost
12
hours.
I
get
there
with
my
child
who’s
less
than
a
year
old
and
the
pharmacy
tells
me
they
don’t
have
it.
It’s
not
there.
I
call
the
24
hour
line
at
my
doctors
and
they
ensure
they
sent
it
but
they’ll
resend.
I
checked
with
the
pharmacy
again
maybe
40
minutes
later.
Nothing.
So
I
cut
my
losses
and
decide
I’ll
wait
until
the
morning
to
give
it
more
time.
The
next
morning
I
called
the
automated
line
that
clearly
states
the
Martin
and
Marvin
Walgreens.
The
automated
line
tells
me
I
have
two
prescriptions
and
they
are
ready
for
pickup.
Cool,
I’ll
go
through
the
drive
up
with
my
baby
so
I
don’t
have
to
drag
her
out
of
the
car.
Drive
up
states
they
don’t
have
it.
I
told
them
the
automated
system
clearly
stated
it
was
there
and
ready.
They
just
shrugged
and
said
well
there’s
nothing
in
the
system
for
you.
I
park,
unload
my
baby
and
come
inside
and
have
them
look
again.
Nothing.
Finally,
they
ask
if
there’s
another
name
it
could
be
under.
To
which
I
said
“maybe
my
maiden
but
my
doctor
doesn’t
even
have
that
name
so
it
shouldn’t
be
under
that”.
I
asked
to
have
them
search
by
my
phone
number.
My
maiden
name
has
two
prescriptions
under
it…
I
asked
if
the
doctor
sent
it
under
that
name
and
they
said
no.
It
was
sent
under
the
correct
name.
Clearly
there
needs
to
be
more
attention
paid
to
the
name
on
prescriptions
or
at
least
have
the
problem
solving
to
check
by
phone
number
when
a
name
isn’t
pulling
it
up
and
the
customer
swears
that
it’s
there
after
the
system
stated
so.
It
took
3
pharmacists
telling
me
they
didn’t
have
my
prescriptions
before
this.
The
solution
as
simple
as
checking
by
phone
number
or
asking
for
a
maiden
name
to
find
THEIR
original
error.
The
only
reason
this
is
two
stars
instead
of
one
is
because
the
pharmacist
did
apologize
profusely
and
say
they’d
merge
my
profiles
so
it
wouldn’t
ever
happen
again
and
I
do
appreciate
the
humility
to
apologize
after
locating
their
errors.
