This place is nice if you like cockroaches and dirty floors. The staff was nice enough, but not nice enough to ignore the thought of little critters crawling all over you at night. We found dead roaches by my bed. Disgusting right.?!. we also killed a live one on the wall. There's also nothing better then walking into your hotel taking off your shoes and walking across the floor only to sit down and see how black your feet are... Obviously doesn't get cleaned at all. My recommendation? Find somewhere else or sleep in your car. I've attached a picture of some dead roaches. Stay away!

Woke at 2am to bedbugs in my bed. I immediately evacuated, and contacted the front desk. The lady kindly apologized and asked me to return in the morning to speak to the manager. I slept in my truck, and returned at 10:00 am, only to be told there were no bedbugs in the room, and the manager was not available. I had booked for 3 days, and was flatly told that I could not be refunded for the two unused days because I had initialed their check-in register, which states that "all charges are final." (This actually is listed only with extended stays, which I was not.) I was also told that I had paid a heavily discounted rate, and that also made my stay un-refundable. (So I looked up the going rate online, and found out that I had actually paid $10 MORE than the going rate. Not discounted.) Management refuses to reply to my calls and emails. DO NOT STAY, but more importantly, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

Complete Dive,Terrible experience, Book at your own risk. The room smelled and unacceptable sleeping conditions. They know this is a dive and post signs all over the building showing that no refunds are available, they know its a dump.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Avoid yourself a headache and a bad experience. Believe all the bad reviews this place is horrible. The blankets where stained, and had cigarette stains on the bed. the shower tub was black, everything and everything had dust on it. We complained and they gave us another room that smelled like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag I should rephrase that they both smelled. I don’t Understand how they can’t clean with a clean rag it’s not that hard I almost cleaned it my dam self we booked for a whole week they refuse to help. Sat on the bed and immediately became ITCHY. We had to leave. I really hope no one has to go through what I went through. They have no pride for this disgusting hotel STAY AWAY!!!!!

It is a budget hotel. But damn at least try to clean the rooms. They read you a riot act about not smoking in the rooms and threaten you with fines But the room absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke And is filthy. The lady working the front desk was nice and tried to accommodate with a can of glade. We will probably go sleep in our rental car.

If you have a pet, don't expect much of the rooms. It smells, and the room we had wasn't cleaned thoroughly. You could see hair and dirt on the floors. If you are not a smoker, well you may become one while staying here. The room smells like smoke the weeks we stayed here, and it was like someone was literally sitting in the bathroom smoking a cigarette. We had to leave the vent running just to help eliminate the smell. The housekeeping don't have the proper equipment to clean. They got 1 whimsy broom and with a swifter mop pole and use a towel to mop the floors. Then you got the homeless knocking on your doors or roaming the area. Random people parked in the parking lot at night. This place don't have no security just front desk and a camera.

We stayed for two nights in early October. My spouse made this reservation without reading the most recent reviews. We would have stayed elsewhere if we would have paid more attention because this was the absolute worst hotel/motel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. First, the room was incredibly dirty. I walked around barefoot for a few minutes and then noticed that my feet were incredibly dirty (see the picture). I ended up wearing socks, including to bed (but that made me worried because of the reviews that commented on extra charges for stains). Second, I asked the front desk to have housekeeping mop our floor. They stated this would be done but it did not happen. Housekeeping never once entered our room. When I brought this up to the same front desk worker, she was dismissive and rude. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Finally, there was no soap, shampoo, or anything else provided. Every hotel/motel I have stayed at has provided hand soap, at a minimum. The Wyndham and Days Inn brand should be embarrassed to be affiliated with this property.

Its a budget hotel. You wont suffer from the type of noise you generally hear in and around a budget facility. The parking area is very well lit to deter crime. That same lighting just so happens to not enter your room which is a plus. Ive stayed here a few times (non smokers rooms) and the rooms have always been properly stocked with towels and toiletries as you would expect. House keeping came by almost like clockwork for the few days I was there. Front desk staff are people. So they treat you with the courtesy you offer them. Ive noticed this place does see a good bit of traffic from transient persons. However considering the going rent rate for homes and apartments, I thought for sure it would be more packed and rooms would be less frequently available. Definitely a top pick for short stays. Its right off of i5 so when youre ready to continue your travels its not a pain to get back on the freeway

There wasn't anything we liked about this property. We were there for four nights and tried to cancel after the first because car alarms went off during the night, the people above us were very loud and when we went to get breakfast they said they were still under Covid rules and only had toast and oatmeal!!!! No one else in the area were under Covid rules. When we tried to cancel Expedia called them and they said they couldn't authorize it and they had to talk to a Manager, they didn't know when one would be in to work?? The second night there was a fire truck in the parking lot and woke us up. The last night it was so loud in the parking lot and outside the room we didn't sleep. The never gave us new soap, shampoo or body wash after the first day. The coffee pot in our room didn't work and they never brought a new one. I walked across the floor after my shower and my feet were so dirty I had to wash them to put on my socks. They have a list of the TV channels available but only half of them are really available. The toilet clogged and the handle in the shower fell off. This hotel shouldn't even be offered on Expedia, Booking, Priceline... nor should Wyndham be associated with it, very disappointed! #Wyndham #BADHOTEL

The rooms were clean, the bed was pretty comfortable, but breakfast was the most pathetic excuse for breakfast I have ever seen. White bread, a microwave, some packaged oatmeal, the juice machine was out of order, and coffee. That is not a full breakfast in my mind, and we are well past Covid. The staff was otherwise just fine.

Well, you can’t ask for much for the price. One thing though is that on the booking page they say they offer free breakfast, well is just coffee and one opción of snack bar. The rooms were clean but the floor smelled like dirty mop so that poor mop have been in use for the passed decade. I have to say a comfy bed though.

Dangerous! That was our experience when my husband and I reserved 2 nights here to visit my mom for Christmas. When we arrived we realized this was a dive but it was late for us and I understood the cancellation policy. Or so I thought as it says: Cancel 24 hrs prior to 4pm day of arrival to avoid 1 night charge plus tax. So we got our room and went to sleep to be awoken twice, once by finches, yes birds at 2am. I literally had to go out of my room and chase them down the corridor to go back to sleep, another time was by a gentleman in the room next to us having a phone conversation outside his door at 3:30am. The DANGEROUS part happened when my husband left our room shortly before 5am to walk our dog. A man knocked on my door so I looked through the window, he had a food container in his had like you would hold a pizza. I said we did not order anything and he just stared blankly so I opened the door and repeated myself, told him to try next door and quickly shut the door. When my husband came back I told him about the man. He looked scared for me and stated that the guy had been wandering around the parking lot in a creepy way. Needless to say my husband and I came down to check out by 7am as we did NOT FEEL SAFE. We were told we WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE SECOND NIGHT!!! What? We were even charged for our dog for that second night that we did not stay. Shame on you Wyndham for stealing from people. At least the desk lady was very very kind to us that was the only pleasant experience we had. I am not a paralegal or attorney but How does a refund policy that stats: Cancel 24 hours prior to 4pm day of arrival to avoid a 1 Night (yes 1 instead of one and a capital N for no real reason.. Geesh) charge plus tax, relate to you will be charged for 2 days automatically even if you feel unsafe here and refuse to subject yourself to another night of our poor and DANGEROUS conditions?

Very poor in customer service from the front desk staff maintenance guy and some Hispanic staff. They are rude and non customer skills what so ever. We stayed there for two weeks I can't take it anymore so we move to other place. I used to work at Marriott hotel and if the guest have a problem regarding the room we tried solving the problem as soon as possible. But this place they just ignore you like do not exist. They disgrace the name of Wyndham.

When you expect bar soap to be at the ready for washing your hands but the only thing available was shampoo and two bottles of conditioner. When I asked for hand soap I was told no by the staff. The room smelled of mildew & old cigarette smoke with the addition of popcorn ceiling that would break off randomly. Bathroom was dirty, light bulbs were burnt out, the area was sketchy and not quiet. The only positive at this motel were the beds, very comfortable to sleep on and clean, I also enjoyed the panoramic Mt. Rainier picture above the beds. I will NOT be back to stay here and for the price I paid, I expected more of a friendly experience.

The room I stayed in was clean for the most part.. The bedding was not changed from the previous guests who stayed. There was women's hair on the pillow and in throughout the rest of the bed. The towels looked as though they have been used then refolded. The bathroom. There were spots of urine on the seat and around the base of the toilet. When I had gone down to the office to ask for clean bedding, I was told to wait and housekeeping would help me. The young Indian woman walked out to the parking lot and drove off. An other Mexican woman said she would grab me clean linens then got into her ride and left. Overall, terrible service. Housekeeping did not stop by in the mornings to collect trash or used towels. Your better off living on the streets then paying for a room at this unfortunate mistake.

If I could give 0 stars i absolutely would. We were staying in room 229. There is an access port to the rat runs above the building in that room. When we left we set certain personal items on the night stand when we came back they were gone. That being said the rat run access port had dirty finger prints all over from being pushed open. There Is criminal activity openly conducted in their parking lot. It is a poorly maintained building with bad policies. Even with our stolen items they refused to refund the second night that we didn't even stay. We never made it through the first night after hearing noises above our head. Stay out of this place it's unsafe. Also when confronted about access in ceiling they denied its use... then why the finger prints. Photo posted as well. Edit: the purpose of access port is to provide access to upper section to maintenance. I could fit in it because I do for work. Staff are ridiculously ignorant.

Seems we got over charged at least $60 over the internet going rate. Kinda disappointing as they lack other amenities, like a hot tub & pool that the other hotels have @ a much lower price, which would have worked out better had they not over booked & had to turn us away. So, we ended up here. We got in the room & it reeked a very bad rag smell. Turned out to be the shower curtain. We also had to have the front office staff come & fix the tv remote. She was however, very nice about everything & switched out our shower curtain. The bathroom still had some strange smell about it. Maybe the mop they used on the floor needed to be disinfected more before using. They don't have dressers, neither does the night stand, but an open shelf type. The beds were comfortable enough but you could hear your neighbors outside noisily trying to get into their rooms. Then there's the heavy footsteps from the neighbors upstairs. The free breakfast is nothing more than a wrapped danish, juice & coffee. They need to do better. They do have a small fridge & microwave.

I reserved an accessible room. I showed up early with my friend who uses a chair. The room didn't work for her despite being advertised as wheelchair accessible. On top of that, the desk clerk then informed us that they were going to charge us $1000 instead of the $100 deposit because she used a chair and "someone with a chair" caused damage in the past. We informed them that is disability discrimination. We had arrived before check in to ensure that the hotel would work but they still charged my credit card for $100.00 for "holding the room and not canceling within 24 hours". When I tried to dispute it with the manager, I was told they never know when he will come in and I need to stop by to see if he is there randomly.

Very disappointed in the management of this place. I stayed here a month ago, didn't ask for early check-in but was check-in early. Then I saw I was charged for it. I called and asked to talked to the manager and was told she would call me back. I scheduled another stay here and AGAIN asked to speak to the manager about the fee I was charged last time. Again I was assured the manager would call me and never received any calls. I stay at this hotel once a month been doing so for the last 6 months and this is how they treat their customers. Next month I will be finding another place

Not sure why, but the floor in our room was the dirtiest we have ever encountered travelling. Maybe the vinyl floor was new and hadn’t been properly cleaned after install…? The door look wouldn’t work easily. First, you have to pull the door out hard, THEN use the key card…

Y'all.. Believe the reviews. Husband and I were from out of town and needed to book something last minute due to a family emergency. The room smelled weird, kinda like moth balls, or highly treated water. The floor was sticky. The AC and fan randomly stopped working (which you will need as you can hear the road distinctively from the rooms). "Breakfast" was white bread and water (and the plates were styrofoam... Please get paper. It's not that much more expensive!). There was mold on our shower curtain. We read a review that stated there were bedbugs, so I stripped the bed down to the bottom layer; which was very clearly unwashed (hair, stains, dirt). Another guest seemed to OD during our stay (ambulance, fire truck). Additionally, the "do not disturb" sign had been moved when we came back.. If you stay, take your valuables with you when you leave your room. They will not allow you to check out once you're here. The good stuff? It was affordable. The bed was comfortable, the room dark, and the shower and toilet worked properly. Not terrible- just not enjoyable, and not as it appears to be online.

Check in customer service rep at night was rude. Check out lady early in the morning was wonderful! Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Would consider staying again when in the area.

This is a nice little hotel in a decent location, the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice for the price you pay the rooms are well worth the money but remember it is a motel 6 so it’s not the Hilton by any means, only complaint is everything states it had a continental breakfast which it did not. So I deducted 2 stars for false advertising… and not getting everything I paid for, bring back the breakfast or stop advertising that you have one as it is very misleading… aside from that I was satisfied with my stay.

It was cheap so we didn't really expect much but we at literally like 8pm started hearing gunshots over and over down the street. My partner touched under the bed to grab something, and his hand was black when he looked at it caked in dirt. It saved money but I kind of felt like I had a 50/50 chance of being murdered

DO NOT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS A FILTHY DUMP Was forced to pay a 50$ early check-in fee because the max wait in the lobby was 30 minutes- otherwise would have had to stand out in the street with our luggage. Room was so dusty that I couldn’t breathe, bad smell, stained mattress protector with what looked to be urine and possibly a small blood stain. Mold in the air unit and a bad smell when turned on so couldn’t use it. TV was held together with tape. Maid said herself that she didn’t finish cleaning the room so not only were we forced to check in early but they couldn’t even finish cleaning the room. Hostile owner and staff. The owner berated me when I made complaints and was wearing fake Louis Vuitton lmao. Do not stay here if you can help it. We went to the Holiday Inn express in Lakewood after and it was amazing. Highly recommend that hotel. A little pricier but well worth it. Oh, and they kept our deposit and didn’t refund us for the second night. So we did a card chargeback.

Plastic covering a mattress?! Where people sleep? Are you kidding me? Sounded like I was on a shower curtain the whole night. Wyndham, come on. Do better. The mattress is already terrible. Why are you trying to protect it? Buy new ones.

Not bad. I was worried about about all the reveiws I started reading after checking in, however it was all good in the end. The location was decent and there was a great looking taco truck outside. I had no problems and everyone was super nice to us so that is definitely a plus. Free parking was nice too. I'd stay again for sure.

The floor in the room was filthy. Will throw away my socks. They are completely black. The breakfast was a farce. One small plastic wrapped pastry, and a pot of coffee. Staff when asked to put the chairs down so you could use the table, acted put out, didn't do it. Said it was "Grab and Go". Freezer in refrigerator almost completely full of ice. For the price, the location was OK. Convenient to main streets. Had some time with loud airport noise. Didn't seem to last long however.

Rude and nasty… it’s a shame that Wyndham shares their name with this hotel.. never again I book, don’t recommend this hotel big NO…And less than 7 miles to airport that’s why I chose but taxi charged him $60 one way!! Rip off

If you aren’t looking for anything fancy, this place does the trick. Coming off of camping and having a bed, shower and laundry were fantastic after being in the wilderness without such luxuries.

From my point of view the first time I stayed here I was assigned a nice king bed room, I had everything I needed (Towels,TP, Hand Soap) NOW the 2nd time I stayed here my experience was okay . First time was better . I did not have an extra tp with the room this second time and we weren’t given any bar soap this time . They advertised as 56$ a night but we paid a little over 100$ :/ we asked to check out an hour late and was declined only to have to extend our night that day . I asked for fresh towels right after extending but was asked to wait a few hours to get them :/ if housekeeping wasn’t gonna show up right away why couldn’t y’all let us check out an hour late . Kind of disappointing because this is our go to motel for the weekends . Night shift is nice though and House keeping of course was a great help when I ran into them . Besides those few problems It’s a decent motel to get by for a few nights.

This motel was so-so. No breakfast. Had to wipe up a piece of ice. The paper towel I used was black with dirt from the tile floor. A thorough cleaning with an appropriate cleanser would have yielded a totally black water...gross. Bed was comfortable. And the price was similar to better establishments.

I thought location was really easy to get to; check-in was good with no problems. My room was very clean and stocked with everything it should have been (oh yeah some Kleenex would’ve been good 😊). Bed was clean and comfortable and I never heard any outside noise or disturbances. I would definitely stay again. (Maybe upgrade to larger tv’s 😊😊😊)

Staff is absolutely wonderful! Love that they allow for early check In, if the room you want is ready, for a small fee when checking in. Can be a godsend when checking in at or after 3pm is just not possible. The property is well maintained and very well lit as well. They even have a few rooms that have a kitchen In them which includes: stove/oven, mid-size fridge along with kitchen cabinets/drawers, sink and then the standard microwave. Is great when want to be able to prepare real meals as opposed to only eating what you can either cold from a mini fridge or heated in a microwave. It is always great to stay somewhere where staff are friendly, not scowling and strive to give you the best experience possible during your stay. 😃

My husband and I stay here for the weekend to celebrate his birthday, and go to a concert at the Tacoma dome. I read some reviews before staying here. And was a bit worried. BUT the place was not like any of the reviews I read. We booked with Expedia and were suppose to be in a room with a kitchenette but a quick call, and they switched our room no problem. The front desk staff were nice and attentive. Working quickly to check us in, with no line to wait in, like we’ve had at other places we’ve stayed in. The lobby was clean, and offered various snack from vending machines. Our room was clean, and had a mini fridge, microwave, mini coffee maker with coffee and sugar and an iron with ironing board. It was a quiet area, with no issue with homeless people like in previous reviews. It is located close to the freeway, and has some good places to eat nearby. We were pretty happy with our stay. And will more then likely stay again in the future, if needed.

I caught the white lady that works there doing drugs off tin foil in the office. I believe it was fentanyl. I was so shocked. That place is a joke. They kept my deposit. They said I smoked in my room and I promise to God I didn't. They probably kept it so they can support there drug habit. Also I was told by a friend the place has bed bugs. So if you want bed bugs or your deposit taken then book a room the asap

IF YOU WANT DEPOSIT STOLEN STAY HERE. At this point you know they are just stealing peoples deposits for their own pockets to feed they family there is no way every single person who stays here gets their deposit took, I mean the whole place is dirty and towels come with stains so if you get your deposit took for stains on towels and stuff you'd think they'd use it to buy new towels no it's cause they use it for their own pockets. And then if you write a bad review they just respond saying to email them further but they still don't do nothing or try and justify things when we all know they just scamming they just wanna try and make they selves look good but go ahead and see for yourself and get your deposit taken
