I dropped my car off at this location with my wife due to tire and wheel problems. At about 10am they called my wife and said, "The front passenger wheel is broken, we will replace it with a new wheel, and the tires can be replaced with all-season tires." Around 4pm we visited the center and found that the new wheel was different from the other three wheels. I asked the staff (Jeremey) if it was a different wheel and why it was changed without prior notice. Jeremy, the Assistant Manager, explained to me that I had to buy this wheel because there was no matching wheel in stock. When I told him I couldn't buy another wheel, the employee suddenly left during a conversation with me and went into the maintenance area. I told him my intentions again through the back door, and he suddenly took my car keys and ran to my car, saying, "I'm going to take the new wheel off and replace it with a spare tire." I followed him saying, "Don't touch my car," but he got into the driver's seat of my car without my consent. Even though I was standing behind the car, he backed it up. Unprofessional staff.

Refused to fix a slow leak because of tread wear. He called me a neglectful car owner. I went out and checked it myself. I was able to stick my fingertip into the tread. I walked back in and I told him the tread was fine. He mocked my technique. It was then he reached into his front pocket, smirked at me, and said, "I have a little tool." He did. He poked at my tire with his little tool. FYI ladies: The manager at Les Schwab has a little tool.

The least helpful location by far. Refused to even look at my tire that i have a warranty on. Because and I quote " we have enough work for today". I am generally a super fan of the company have recommended them to multiple friends and family. Well definitely take my money elsewhere for now on.

I called Les Schwab in Burien to set an appointment and it seemed my call got routed to a call center where they assisted me in booking my appointment. I showed up to my appointment on the date and time that was scheduled and associate in the store said that he didn’t see my Appointment in the system so I had him rebook me for a few days later. Now I called the store today to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and associate said I was not in the system. How can this happen twice!? I will be taking my business elsewhere or to another location

I arrived before this buried location of Les Schwab opened, to be the 1st in line, with a flat tire. I was on my way to work and had to put the spare tire on. Once the store opened, they man working said they were booked out for the next 2 weeks and couldn’t patch my flat. I had to drive to the Kent location to get it fixed. The Burien location is very unprofessional and will not have my business ever again.

I called Les Schwab in burien to set up an alignment appointment, it was close to 4 pm and the person on the phone said that, they were closing in about an hour, and just hung up on me. Lol. So yeah one star for being rude.

I brought my car for tire rotation and inspection. One of tires was slowly losing air. The shop stuff found a small nail and fixed the tire. It was very quick fix.

Had late night flat and had to get towed to a place with a key drop available. Service here was fine but they charge a heck of a markup for replacing a single tire. About a $150 markup on the tire compared competition. If we had a choice of drop locations during the unfortunate hour we got towed we would've gone elsewhere. Highly recommend discount tire. Go save yourselves some money.

PRETTY GOOD SERVICE. HAD MY TIRES ROTATED THERE, & THEY RE-INFLATED MY TIRES WAY TO MUCH, DIDN`T ASK JUST DID IT. I UNDER-INFLATE MY TIRES BECAUSE THE CAR NEEDS NEW SHOCKS(2002 HONDA) & FULLING INFLATED TIRES MAKES THE RIDE TOO ROUGH.

They do good job and give life time warranty or 50,000 miles which a dealers don’t.

Needed 2 tires replaced due to the horrible potholes in Seattle. Came to the Les Schwab in Burien. The GM Jared Koegel, and employee who installed the tires were more than helpful and kind. What a great location, more specifically and importantly, the GM and employees are what make this store so great. Would highly recommend anyone coming here. Great staff overall.

Went to this location for a simple tire rotation. The staff was super kind and helpful in the office, on the other hand. The service they performed was awful. All 4 of my wheels are marred up and the paint is scratched deep / peeling off. 2 wheels weren’t even torqued down tight enough, and the other two were torqued down over 120ft lbs!! The car only calls for 82ft lbs from the factory!?

Yeah I had a flat tire on my Smart car it's kind of a tough deal because they kind of you know their kind of dodoising the Smart car now. cuz you know there's an end-game to it now because I believe they stopped making them in 2018. so really they're kind of like a lame duck car you know it's really old technology to. I mean I'm cool with it cuz I've never had I have no issues with it cuz I'm used to having stuff 15 years behind the new technology. anyway so it's really not a big deal for me but yeah I think the problem is mostly the car. that's why I gave them three stars otherwise I give like two or one or two if. I thought that the service was lousy but you know you know tires aren't really a priority anymore. it's not like you know before the pandemic there there was probably still tires for smart cars. cuz you know they must hadd inventory leftover before. they nixed them so yeah so I thought the lady at the front desk wasn't very good. myself but you know I don't really know you know what the parameters are for that kind of job. anyway I'm going to let sleeping dogs lie and say well you know maybe she's just having a bad day. that day but I didn't think she knew a lot about I know there's labor shortages to. so it's not like you know you can get tire ready people available cuz tires are pretty specialized. you know it's not like you could just get some Joe smoo out from the street they're going to know everything about tires no.

Burien location is horrid. Refused to help my 65 yr old mother today “we don’t have enough time”. She has a screw in her tire and asked me what to do… told her Les Schwab. I won’t recommend them again.

With an appointment at 2:00pm, I left at 2:40pm as they had not touched my vehicle. Employees gathered together socializing in next room, while some worked, but customer is not first at this location. Many choices in Burien, WA which I selected on 1st Avenue and received caring, immediate service. Look around for service you deserve

Went in yesterday to ask if they would help with a nail in my tire. Was told they were to busy come back at 7:50am the next day and they would get me right in. Went there this morning and was rudely told to get in a long line of people and they had no idea when they could get to me. I left.

I have been to this shop numerous times in the past; purchased a set of tires and have received a couple of tire repairs. The latter were done on a timely basis and were free. I stopped in recently to get a tire fixed and was shocked by the response. The front gal told me they could get me in a week or so. Huh? One of their workers then appeared at the counter. She asked him. His response? Leave it some day at 8am for all day and we will try to get to it. Huh? I said all I need is a potential tire repair (had a large screw showing in the tread), around maybe a 15 minute fix. They both said nothing. Granted they were busy. I was prepared to wait until they could have someone do the fix which neither offered to do. I should have pursed this with a supervisor, but was so shocked and surprised, I just walked out and will never return to this place. There is another LS further away which I will try.

Great experience! I made an appointment to have a nail removed from my back tire and they completed it within the hour! Super nice and friendly staff!

told me to come on by to have a look at my tiny 12' boat trailer and get a quote for replacement leaf springs and possibly an axle. When I showed up, the manager came out and said I'd have to make an appointment for them to even look at it to take measurements and give a quote. Then he whined that he'd have to make a bunch of phone calls to even find the parts and there's just no way he could possibly get to that today. He said it'd probably be "thousands of dollars anyway" just to scare me off. it worked.

Wife had a flat. They fixed it for free. It had two screws in the tire. Prompt professional service. Thought they would try to make us buy a new tire. They didn't. Will definitely be back

Ran over some glass and started losing air, on Saturday. I was only a short way from LS, so I went there before it was completely flat. LS has (had?) a reputation of dropping what they were doing for flats, and typically fixing them for free. Not today. "We might be able to work you in on Monday..." I explain that I have a flat now, and if they can't fix it then I need to put on my spare. No, they can't help with that either. Well then I will do it. Is it OK to do it here in the parking lot since the tire is totally flat now? "Well, no, that's against our policy." So much for 'Red Hot and Running...' So I pull just out of the lot and change the tire on the side of the road. I leave them the flat, knowing full well what's coming next. Monday, it's "It can't be patched, you need a new tire." Now perhaps this is true, but it seems like they could have determined that on Saturday and saved us both some time. Les would never have allowed this.
