Love staying at this Hotel. It's our go-to place whenever we go to Lake Sammamish which is every summer for the last 4 years. The staff is extremely accommodating, helpful, and respectful. They have great breakfast (included) every morning that rivals some of the 4 star hotels we've stayed at. Last stay at had an issue with our bed (just a little stain on the corner). They came back with a brand new mattress, pillows, and sheets, then set it all up within minutes. Prices are good as well, especially with the military discount! Will definitely be coming back next summer šŸ¤™

The facilities are very nice. As others have mentioned the breakfast needs improvement. The hot items were not stocked. May be some of the worst I have seen. Shocked because Homewoods are typically the best. Front desk was very good. Even the Wednesday evening food was sad. Meat balls that looked good were cold.

Beautiful hotel located in an ideal location. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. The staff are very attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. I truly enjoyed staying here and had no issues. If I were to come back to the area, I would only ever stay here. They had free breakfast in the morning. Plenty of parking. They have a pool, a game/rec room, and a fitness center. Definitely recommend staying her if you are visiting the area.

Rude and unhelpful front of house staff. Nothing explained at checkin regarding food or checkout etc. Dog running around lobby, awake most of the night with fan in bathroom constantly on, tried everything to turn it off. Would never stay here again. Best part was leaving out the front door.

Nice rooms with great views. Free breakfast, pool, game room and gym. I had to check out 3.30 in the morning and the evening desk agent confirmed that there will be 24hr service at the desk but next day morning I couldn't find the agent to check out for almost half hour.

Can't say enough about the rooms, their size, and all the versatility of the kitchenette. The late breakfast start is disappointing as I have to be out the door by 6:30 to make the city by 7. I have 11 stays this year and 114 days in only Hilton brands, and this is the only late breakfast. For the extra distance from the city, the late breakfast, and limited walking distance dining, the larger room just doesn't make up for it. I would recommend Lynnwood for the best breakfast and Redmond for the closest variety of dining. If it were for vacation, conference rooms, or weekend stays, this is the place. If you're an early AM business traveler for MSFT or anything in the city, not so much. I put 4 stars for service only because the housekeepers do amazing work even when you didn't request it. I honestly can comprehend the amount they do in the limited time they have in an occupied or unoccupied room; they are different by 50% for those unaware. The other staff kind of reassemble zombies the way they mill around looking very disinterested. They will definitely help with any questions or concerns if you approach them directly, but there is a serious Mausoleum vibe in the lobby.

We were happy with is place. Clean, friendly, and quiet. We made a special request to have a room near our family members and they found us one.

We stayed here over the weekend of our sonā€™s wedding. The room was clean, well stocked; check-in was efficient and friendly; no hidden fees. What made me most appreciative was their response to my having left behind a small cosmetic case in the room. They suggested I set up a prepaid FedEx pickup, which I did. I had my left behind item in three days. I would definitely stay there again.

I was there with my family. Their room is surprisingly huge and have a lot of thing as a good size studio apt has. Full fridge microwave and more. There are 2 things that bother me that the hallway has an unpleasant smell (not horrible) while we were walking into our spacious room. 2nd, the front desk can be a little bit more friendlier. We were in their suite shop and asked the price of the items. The person didn't respond and ignored us. We decided not to buy there and get out to get some food instead. Overall, it is a great hotel. Just a few things need to be improved.

The room is of good size and the regular bed is comfortable. However, the sofabed makes a squeaking sound whenever one turns. There was no service for 4 days and someone came and vacuumed on the fifth. They did come pretty quickly when we requested extra towels.

Our room was spacious and clean. The game room was awesome for the kids. Great location near I-90. We also left our sonā€™s favorite stuffed animal in the bed covers and they saved it for us before we even realized it was missing - so thankful!

The first room they gave us had trash on the table. The second room had candy on the floor. The blanket for the pullout bed was made of...I am not sure, but it was kind of like a dry rotted foam brillo-pad. When we asked for something different, the front desk was very nice, but they didn't even know what kind of blankes they had. Everyone was very nice and seemed to be doing their best to help, but sometimes that isn't quite enough.

The Homewood suites in Issaquah is a really nice hotel set on gorgeous property with really nice landscaping all around. Issaquah as a city is just really pretty and I highly recommend staying anywhere here for a trip to Seattle or the area. But I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean all throughout. I got one of the corner suites and the room was very spacious and it had a full-size fridge and a small two-burner stove on the counter with a sink as well. The views were absolutely gorgeous. My end of the building was facing east away from the city. I had a great view of the mountains. The bedroom was very large and I felt like there was a missing opportunity for a small seating area next to the bed. There's a full-size mirror in the room on the wall. The TV was kind of small with a very annoying user interface. The bathroom was nice. The vanity was a good size and it was all clean. The shower was nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here. Very family friendly. Clean rooms. Breakfast was great, the hotel had a fun game room and the pool hours were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

Very central, clean and quiet location. Didnā€™t see anyone loitering near the hotel which made me more comfortable with leaving my bike on the rack in the parking lot and some things I didnā€™t need in my car. An abundance of amenities such as a decent size business center which made my stay a little easier.

On the outside, the room was the best we've stayed in. Insulated super well. Couldn't hear doors or people walking. Spacious and clean. Then bedtime happens. The light in the bathroom stopped working. We went for a concert so it was about 1 am when we were back in the hotel. The bed was HARD AS A ROCK. It was miserable. Every joint was on fire. Best Western Plus beds are so much better than these. Then icing on the cake. The AC started rattling. Like with the bathroom, this only happened after we got back there at 1 am. I was able to curtail it after a few times of pushing on specific parts of it. It was only until about 5 am that I was finally able to pass out from pure exhaustion. Unfortunately, I'll be sticking with Best Western.

Place was okay. The Breakfast was not good at all, and the tables and counters were dirty. They weren't refilling the breakfast as needed. Room was normal, clean. But other parts of the hotel weren't. The person at reception was not friendly and seems like she didn't care about the guests and answered the questions mumbling and while doing something else, even that I was the only one there with her. Not all the rooms have bathtub, which is not good when you have little kids. Overpriced for the experience we had. I was definitely expecting a better service.

Very good location, close to everything! Pool and hot tub very well maintained! Rooms very clean, and beds very comfortable! Hilton is our go to when traveling!

The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the room was great. Staff was friendly. For the price of the room though, the breakfast was super disappointing. They hardly put anything out. The bowl of bananas was so brown and rotten, not edible at all. There were hash browns out, but no ketchup or anything to put with it. Cereal options were all plain bland cereals.

I love this Homewood suites. It has a great location. If you are staying for a few days and using delivery apps it is super easy to get your food delivered to your door. I love the activity room, the workout room, and the pool/hot pool area. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere great. I always look forward to staying at this location when near this area. This is a dog friendly place so keep that in mind when booking.

People are awesome. Crystal was so good to us. Rooms need some remodeling. Clean, but tired.

We have yet to stay here but getting these clowns to answer the phone is impossible. Don't bother. Editing to add that we stayed two nights. The rooms were clean, although there was plenty of evidence vacuuming was cursory ( sunflower seeds...) And the beds were comfy. The front desk was always attended albeit by folks staring at their smartphones perhaps to the detriment of those who attempted to reach the desk by phone before their stay and who also experienced no answer shen the desk was called from our room phone. Customer service folks. It's not that hard.

Pricey, but for the Seattle market probably reasonable. Yet, the experience was worth every penny as the folks there taking care of you are stellar and made sure your experience there was as well. Kudos to the staff and Hilton!

Itā€™s seriously just the internet for me. I went down to the lobby so many times and Iā€™m just over it! It doesnā€™t work! Then they give you a number to call and you sit on hold for over 20 minutes! And they donā€™t know other than ā€œhave you restarted your device?ā€ šŸ˜”šŸ˜” Iā€™m paying over $200 per night for a room with NO internet access even tho itā€™s supposed to be and the best your team can do is simply say Iā€™m sorry! Thatā€™s 100% unacceptable! I donā€™t want a discount I want the internet to work bc Iā€™m staying here while my kitchen is remodeled!

The outside of the building , lobby , dining area and suite have a very nice appearance . The receptionist at check in was very efficient and pleasant. Our stay ws not good .The facility had many areas that were not clean. Our suite was on the 2nd floor and had what appeared to be a traveling basket piled high with dirty towels that were first noticed around the the corner from the elevator in hallway by a guest suite remained there until it made its way out front of our suite # 2016 where it stayed until past our check out . There was also a horrible odor on the 2nd floor that we noticed on the evening of our first night when stepping off the elevator , it was coming from the vending and ice machine area which also is where garbage and recycling is kept . Horrifying to see garbage piled high outside the containers which included bags of trash , cat litter box , dog food bags and weā€™re pretty sure animal waste . Very unsanitary and just gross! We notified the young lady at the front desk of our concerns immediately and she said she would have the matter taken care of. When returned later in the evening some of the garbage had been removed but on all of it , still a lot stuff on the floor piled up. There was also garbage piled in an overflowing receptor and piled high on the sidewalk near the parking lot entrance that stayed there for our entire stay . Dog feces in the sidewalk that was never cleaned up the entire time . Our room keys didnā€™t work so we again spoke the the young lady at the front desk who we thought reactivated the keys and advised to keep them away from our cell phones , computer and microwave, which we hadnā€™t done . The keys did not work when we return to the hotel after 11:00pm . We had to bang on the front door to alert the very nice security person who had to track down the night receptionist from another location in the hotel who gave us new keys . Our suite was nice and comfortable, however the intranet did not work . We attempted to eat breakfast but at 9:15am most of the food was gone and not replenished. There were no plates left to use . We went to the Issaquah Cafe and spent 50.00 dollars for a very good breakfast. Our stay cost for 2 nights was $645. We stayed 7/8 until 7/10. I posted this review when asked to rate our stay by the hotel but have not gotten a reply . We tried something new, it was a failure . We will stay at Springhill Suites for a next visit , itā€™s always a great . Lawanna Adkins

We checked in on 04/16 and we had a slight issue with the room but Bethany went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Rooms are well equipped, big, and clean! Would definitely stay there again.

Definitely could use more variety on their breakfast - same food option for the past couple of days that I've been here and I'll be here for couple of days. Same sausages, same eggs and same everything over and over, when there's a sign in the elevator that advertise variety and rotation of food on daily basis. Since I'll be here for a few more days - let see how they will make changes to the food per this review or not. Will update.

Hotel looks very new and the rooms are in great condition. Breakfast is not very well stocked. Itā€™s like they plan for the breakfast items to run out by 10am and donā€™t restock for latecomers. The staff was okay, some were great while others seemed like they didnā€™t really want to do their job which was unfortunate since the hotel and facilities were really nice.
