Great fresh seafood spot, with a good cocktail list and small handful of beers on tap. The oysters are really flavorful and fresh and servers able to give great recommendations and detail on each. The mussels were also dynamite and generously portioned, and highly recommend ordering bread with this dish. Wish we had a Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar in Minneapolis, but will make sure to stop back when in Seattle.

Im not a huge fan of mulusk like food, but I really enjoyed them today. It's not like I've never had it made well before, but something about my selection just seemed a bit better than the usual good I'd get from other places. Maybe it's the quality. Each piece had a pleasant texture. The sauces and seasonings used were not over powering instead just right and very complimentary. I like the little toppings and sauce they give when you order the individuals. I was suprised to see how many customers where dining in even though it was only a Thursday evening. Well I was suprised until I tried the food. Lol. The interior is very cozy with a cool L-shapped wrap-around bar and table seating all around. They do offer outdoors eating as well. Regardless if you dine Indoors or outdoors they have floor to ceiling windows that let you enjoy the outside ambiance which is very lovely. Trees all around amd right across from the arena/science center amenities. The service at this place is on par. I don't think my visit would have been as good as it was had it mot been for the amazing servers and their ability to describe the menu and give recommendations based on what your looking for. Yes and the food comes out relatively quickly. Especially the uncooked dishes. Lol.

I visited them twice during my trip to Seattle. They have an amazing local oyster selection and I loved the food in general. The Chardonnay by the glass is excellent. However, they are a little on the pricey side, as expected.

I love their happy hour! It’s super fresh and huge oysters! They are a little smaller than my fist. Ceviche comes with nachos. I really like their lemon based ceviche style! Grilled oysters are so savory and cheese was super good. A menu called dynamite something has caviar on the top! All dishes are really really fresh!

Aesthetically pleasing. Food tastes clean, every bite was delicious. Got the platter with full size crab. They cut up all parts of the crab to make it easy to eat. Service was okay, not the most professional outlook. Parking was easy and a nice little walk in a safe neighborhood.

Great dungeness crab. We're not oyster fans so no one really enjoyed those - not sure why we chose to spend $36 on that 😜 The crab was $70+, salad $11+, bread $5 I think. Everyone loved the crab and the sauces that came with it

Fantastic! From the place I was sitting I could see the space needle. The pic speaks for itself. Geo duck was good my first time trying it. I will come back, service was great too.

I haven't been in this place for 4 years maybe we went back this week and tried two cocktails, Brazilian moqueca and baked oysters. Baked oysters were good and the moqueca was impressively good. I am Brazilian and I can say this is the closest moqueca you could try around. Maybe it's more a shrimp Brazilian stroganoff but tha fact they had palm heart on it was a nice touch of a cook who probably did some research! I enjoyed and it was delicious 🤤.

Ordered the sampler because I wanted to try a variety of things. I liked a lot of it but didn't realize it came with so many oysters lol. (It is an oyster bar, after all) Didn't even know if I liked them, I mentioned this was my first time even ordering them. She explained every sample with specific knowledge of each piece with enthusiasm and excitement. Loved the beer, crabs, lichen, clam, and some of the other stuff that was on there. Didn't care for the oysters, any of the varieties I could even try. Prawns were a bit rubbery and an "attempt" to de vein them was there. Their version of cocktail sauce is pretty spicy for the texture.. They crack the crabs for you and the sauce was absolutely hands down some of the best I've had in my travels. I am still unsure if I cared for the price vs my liking but I don't regret trying it. (It will be market price of course). If you love oysters tho, this is definitely the place for you. They are fresh, a wide variety, it was all high quality food and a knowledgeable staff in my experience.

Had a great time here and found it relatively fair priced, as Seattle is very expensive! I had three oysters, three different ones that the waitress helped me choose based on my preference for oysters. I had Geoduck chowder which was delicious, but if you want to actually try it for the first time maybe get the sashimi because it was hard to separate the Geoduck flavour from the other flavours going on. Know that if you're from abroad they won't serve you alcohol without your passport

Got the gooey duck sashimi and it was pretty good. Mac and cheese was average. Because we didn't order drinks they brought the check pretty fast. I understand that they do that as other orders can give them more business, but hey. Not fun.

Amazing local seafood. Some of the best clean crisp oysters I've ever had and I'm from Louisiana. Love the Dungeness crab and geoduck. A must try for seafood lovers for a great taste of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer. So good I had to go back to back while visiting.

Lovely little restaurant right by the Climate Pledge Arena, with the famous Taylor Shellfish available with minimal but tasty preparations. I loved the Caesar salad with crisp shards of croutons. The pesto steamers had a mix of mussels and clams and really did need the extra loaf of bread for the sauce. The selection of raw oysters was wonderful, especially since the kunamotos were back for the cooler weather. All the oysters were crisp, clean with a hint of fruit and all the liquor in the half shell they were served on. So very good and a salute to the oystermen who shucked them.

Loved this restaurant. Best place for seafood particularly shellfish. The oysters were awesome and got to eat geoduck too. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time during their happy hour. The oyster happy hour is a great deal ($20 cheaper than their dinner shucker’s dozen) and the dinner steamer bowl was precisely tangy and mellow. The area was quiet at 4pm on a Friday, and the staff were so personable.
