Billing department is unkind and rude. I work at a local university and one of my international students showed up traumatized to my office today. She is normally a happy and extroverted student so I was shocked to see her in such a state. I called the billing department with her and was horrified by the tone and attitude of the woman we talked with. She essentially implied that because my student was not from the US she expected her not to pay on time and mentioned collections and the student being penalized with bad credit. To be clear the student had an appointment yesterday and has not received a bill yet. International students face so many barriers to receive the health care they need in the US. I am horrified that someone would make one of my students feel this way.

I have been there three times and the average waiting time is 45+ minutes. If you couldn't see your patients on time, why are you requiring patients to be there 15min earlier? Also, I don't recommend the doctors here because I don't trust him. The doctor we have seen doesn't seem willing to explain things. He just wants us to quickly make the decision for surgery. I finally ended up with another doctor in Seattle Children's hospital, who explained things very well and gave us two surgery options with all the benefits and drawbacks well explained. This should be the way to earn a patient's trust. When I went to Bellevue ENT half a year ago, the Google rating was around 4.8, but now it is 4.2. If you are the owner of this clinic, you should think about what happened.

Dr Truong earned my trust on the first time we met, he stood out by giving me lots of information and numbers in lightening speed, and I could see high energy level through his body gesture and his eyes. Now I have met him many times and had one surgery with him, without any doubt he is one of my most trusted doctors. Every time I met him, I think of the days back in school - he is like an A++ student, a TA, a professor, deep and broad knowledge; all my tons of questions got answered, even the tricky ones; taking me step by step finding out the root cause. He is also very professional and transparent. Lucky to have such a top doctor in my area!

Dr. Vallari and his assistant Winny are so knowledgeable and so kind to me. I consider myself very blessed to have found them. My treatment plan means I visit every eight weeks, so I’ve gotten to know them and their style; and the same from them to me. I’m so thankful to be in Dr. Vallari’s care. I highly recommend him.

If I could put more stars on this visit today I certainly would! Excellent Office and caring, kind and efficient staff. Dr. Zundel was so great! He listened and understood my needs and gave me expert advice and care! Also I did not have to wait. The staff was so organized. I would highly recommend this doctor. Thank you!

Dr.Troung didnt give any specific reason or didnt tell whats going on. He just said your nose are fractured but he thinks it will be ok. I am never visiting. He was friendly though.

We were so glad to meet Dr Laury! She explained everything that we needed to know about getting a sleep apnea chip called inspire! We were so happy with her professionalism and can’t wait to work with her!

Administrative and medical support staff were wellcoming and efficient. Dr Laury throughly discussed the procedure, my patient candidacy, the overall time frame along with a candid discussion of outcome expectations. This was done with an interpersonal manner that left me with a feeling that I was and would be well cared for.

Dr. Jonathan Kopelovich took excellent care of my ear. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Lee does amazing work I have been extremely happy with all three surgeries he has done for me. We have even referred friends to see him. His staff is fantastic as well. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Villari is very compassionate and cares for his patient. He takes time to listen to you. You’ll feel you are in good hands after you visited him.

Not a great experience if I’m honest. After waiting months to finally see a Dr, it felt rushed and my appt wasn’t done thoroughly. My issue is still just as bad and he hardly examined me at all. I asked for a scan and no one followed up with me. I know they’re busy and our healthcare system is failing but patients still deserve time and care.

Hillary Perry was well prepared, she had excellent knowledge about hearing aid devices, she has a warm and friendly personality. I would definitely recommend her to others needing heard aid help.

Had no idea he was a top notch vocal specialist until the nurse told me (Winnie—who was sweet and friendly). He was down to earth, explained everything well and listened to my concerns. I tend to be nervous with doctors but felt more at ease. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and very caring. I even got a flash drive of my vocal cords in action which was really cool to see & show my fam! Highly recommend.

Dr. Knipe is one of my very favorite doctors. He is super smart, always kind, acts like he has all day to answer my million questions, very thorough, super duper knowledgeable, always on time and gives the time, great bedside manner.... Only amazing things to say about him. (and Tenile) I have and will continue to refer him to everyone.

Dr.Kapelovich is patient, knowledgeable and spends time addressing all your questions and concerns. He is not pushy but instead empathetic while also guiding you in the right direction. I always have to wait several months to get an appointment with him but it’s worth it .

Dr. Laury is absolutely wonderful! She took the time to listen to all of the issues my daughter has been having with her ears and came up with a solid game plan to get her feeling better. I found Dr. Laury through a google search and I am so glad that she is just as amazing as all of the reviews say about her! I was a little nervous about bringing my young daughter (she’s only 3.5 years old) to be seen here (versus going to a pediatric specialist) but everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. And a big bonus they even have a drawer with stickers and small prizes for the kids after their appointments are over.

He is the best ENT ever. He just could tell exactly the symptoms of what I am feeling why I am feeling stiffness in my ear. The day i followed his advice and it was so so helpful. I thought surgery would be needed. But he refused for the surgery. The the best doctor ever. i would give him 10 stars. Highly recommended.He is a god to me.

Dr Laury is wonderful. I refer all my friends, family, neighbors, and fellow healthcare providers to her for any ENT concerns, adult or pediatric. She is kind, engaging, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, open minded, and skilled.

Dr. Zundel is very thorough and meticulous. He listens carefully to your concerns, performs his examination, and explains and discusses recommended courses of action. His personal assistant(Lisa) is a gem, and it’s always a pleasant experience visiting their office.

Truly excellent. Dr. Samson Lee is extremely good at his job. You will not find anyone more skilled or more conscientious. He also works more efficiently than any medical provider I've ever visited! The office staff, medical assistants, nurses, and everybody else that I've interacted with at this clinic are cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful, and also amazingly efficient. If it were possible to give more than five stars in this review, I'd do it.

From start to finish I had an easy and pleasant experience. I received a text to update my information 3 days prior to my appointment; avoiding a long wait time prior to my appointment . The gal at check in was very kind, efficient and helpful. The nurse that brought me back listened to my concerns and relayed them accurately and efficiently. Dr. Knipe is very knowledgeable, has a calming demeanor and very present. He listened to my concerns, did a thorough evaluation, and not only diagnosed but gave me specific reasons why he gave the recommendations he did. Overall I felt welcome, at ease and taken care of well. Thank you for a great visit!

Dr. Knipe was one of the kindest most caring doctors I have ever met. His attention to the smallest detail and concern for my well being puts him heads and shoulders above any of my experiences with other doctors. He made my experience one of my best ever.

Really impressed with the care and thorough screening we received for my preschooler from Dr Zundel. We were following up on possible concerns presented by our son’s SLP and didn’t think much would come from the visit. We were shocked by the results, but they really make sense now and are waiting for his upcoming procedures. Cannot say enough great things about our experience.

Very thorough ear exam by Hillary and Dr. Knipe. both were incredibly professional and I left with all my questions answered. There was no sense of hurry or rush to get me out of the office, and both seemed interested in what I was reporting as my ear issue. I was so impressed I told my husband about the visit and he called to set up an appointment for himself!

Dr Zundel and his PA Lisa are the absolutely best. They have taken care of my family for over 13 years now. Dr. Knipe is amazing at what he does. Would highly recommend him for your ENT concerns. I didn’t believe that I could get better soon but he was so confident about how the surgery went in spite of me having the surgery at the same place twice before. He was sure about everything is going to be absolutely fine. He motivated me to stay positive and I am recovering so much better. Thank you so much Dr. Knipe!

Dr. Laury is treating me for an exceedingly rare condition with no known effective treatment, but rather than tell me that there isn't anything she can do, she's decided to help me try different therapies in hopes of a good outcome and a potential solution to people in my same boat. This is the kind of medicine I was really hoping for, creative and hopeful. Dr. Laury's attitude is excellent, very positive, and I think I'm in good hands with her.

Parking is a nightmare on top of overpriced. It should be free. You have to turn around several times because the garage turns into a dead end and doesn't loop around at the top to let you easily get back down. Also besides that nightmare, the doctor I saw was rude and uncaring and wasted my time. I left in tears and without a resolution to my pain and hearing issues.

It was a brief appt. Nothing stood out as excellent but also nothing as bad. The office was difficult to late on the hospital campus. Front staff and assistant were pleasant. Dr Laury did a cursory exam and she talks at lightning speed. But she was pleasant too
