This review is strictly in regard to their estimate and bidding practices. I am in the process of remodeling a single bathroom in my home. I wanted to work with a local company and waited over a month to have At Your Service Plumbing come out for an estimate after getting bids from a couple of larger companies. Matt came out and was very thorough and professional. He took his time and I believe they would have provided quality work based on my interactions with him. After assessing my situation and writing out a bid I was handed a bill for nearly $500 after tax. I was told a good portion of this would go towards the job if I were to hire them. I really wanted to work with a smaller local company but their bid was a couple grand more than the other two bids I had received. This business practice seems intended to essentially strong arm the client into moving forward with them. In my case, I decided to cut my losses with a half a grand out of pocket.

Brett arrived in a timely manner, got right to work with evaluating the cost, which he presented to me. It seemed expensive, but when you have a leaky shower, it is worth it. He worked on repairing the faucet, had to leave to get parts, returned and had it finished within three hours. He was diligently, respected my home, and the shower faucet handle is fixed completely with no leaks. Excellent!

At Your Service Plumbing was terrific to deal with. This was our second interaction in three years and each time we have been very satisfied. Staff answering phones were easy to talk with and calls were returned in good time. Tyler Copeland was our plumbing expert on this job and he did a great job, explaining everything before hand as to what might be the problem and then confirming after inspection what was found to be the problem and how it would be handled. Spent a couple of hours going over everything with us and giving great service the day the work was performed. Would definitely recommend him and At Your Service.

Matt was beyond professional from the moment he arrived. He was kind, thorough, and informative. I have been a customer of At Your Service for at least 10 years with an old home, and they’ve never done me wrong. Phenomenal Service! Dan’s technical knowledge is incredible. He is meticulously focused in every inspection that he conducts in my home. No one comes close to the quality of work he delivers. Matt was at my home yesterday to clear a clogged kitchen sink. I also had an issue with my garbage disposal. He successfully cleared my kitchen sink, cleared my bathroom sink (which wasn't part of my service call, he just did it because he was at my home) and replaced my garbage disposal, which I had previously purchased on my own. He was very professional and explained to me what the charges were for the services he performed. I would highly recommend At Your Service and highly recommend Matt!!

This is a great company! I called around trying to get some help for my son and I was given some astronomical prices just to show-up. We're so happy we found At Your Service Plumbing. Being a newer homeowner and gone a lot due to being in the military he has been taken advantage of, more than once, with repair people. This company not only got to him well before his schedule appointment but they were honest and ethical. They went over everything with him and since he found the problem himself there was no charge for the diagnostic and it was fixed in 5 mins. Kyle arrived on time and determined we needed a new kitchen faucet. It was installed quickly and we were pleased. The next morning I discovered there was no water coming through the dishwasher and figured something hadn’t gotten turned on or reconnected. Kyle returned early on the next workday and fixed that issue in good time and at no charge as I’d requested. I called JR this morning at 7:30 because we had a plumbing emergency. We could not use our toilet. He sent Kyle to us asap. Boy! We could not be happier with the job. Very professional, friendly, and respectful. The cost was good and we will definitely be using them in the future!

They didn't end up doing the work I called about since it ended up being septic related, but they came out quick and helped diagnose the issue and explain some other things to keep an eye on. I felt really good about how professional and organized they were, so I would absolutely call them for future plumbing issues.

He was extremely thorough and professional in explaining my issue and had it repaired within a couple of hours on the same visit. Zach was very thorough in looking over the situation, explaining the process and costs. He was careful to keep the area clean and efficient in doing the work necessary to get our plumbing working properly. He took time to answer questions and make sure everything was done. Next day service to cap off a gas line. Straightforward per-job price ended up being slightly lower than other bids and I'm very happy with the work. Matt even found and fixed a loose/leaking gas fitting on my water heater. Will almost certainly use them again for future work.

We have used At Your Service Plumbing for few different reasons since buying our old (new to us) home in June. Each time, Zachary has been the plumber who comes out and each time he has been incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. This past experience ended up being a larger problem and required external sewer pipe experts to come out. Zachary provided a fantastic referral and we began the next step in our very costly Christmas surprise journey. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to us, Zachary was working behind the scene with Kathy, the owner of At Your Service Plumbing to show extra care and kindness. We had a significant recent life event just before the sewer issue and Zachary and Kathy went out of their way to take good care of us. As a Diamond Club member I get a free annual plumbing inspection. And it was quite the inspection! Dan even went into the crawl space to assess the condition of the pipes down there. He fixed a plumbing problem that I had been told by two people was unfixable. I can now use the left side of my kitchen sink normally. He also solved a problem that I didn't even know existed. Now the pressure is the same for both the hot and cold water in the kitchen. Both guys were professional, friendly, and very patient with my many questions. Couldn't be happier.

Had my yearly home inspection with Dan. He takes his job very serious and is professional to the bone! However. Dan is very friendly and explains everything as he goes through the house. He's been in this business a long time and there is no question he can't answer. His knowledge is very evident when asking questions. All costs are explained and no surprises for extra charging. We had a great experience (August 2022) when we called to get a leaking faucet fixed. JR got us on the schedule quickly, which was terrific. Zach did the diagnosis and repair work. They didn't leave until all of our questions were answered and offered a few pieces of advice on general maintenance to keep our pipes healthy. Highly recommend!

Matt was awesome and very knowledgeable. He tried to answer all my questions and explained how and what to do in regards to maintaining our equipment. We had one we could not figure out in my old home without going the expensive diagnostic. So we will save that for another time. But I will definitely use this company again and request Matt . I love that he took the time to locate and show me how to shut off the water Incase of an emergency. It was a great experience. I feel much more confident.

I had two leaking hose bibs replaced and a new water line installed for an ice maker. Tyler did a great job of explaining how he would take care of the issues and went right to work.
