Nice rooms pretty cheap. Lots of parking, the building is away from traffic. Nice view of Mt. Rainer from the parking lot. Commissary isn't far if you are planning on staying a week or two. Studio rooms have a safe, sink, microwave, mini fridge and dresser in the room. Shared shower isn't bad at all you can easily fit two adults. The rooms lock from the inside so you don't have to worry about your neighbor coming into the shower or your bedroom. Free WiFi and ESPN I am currently watching Monday night football.

The service was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. The hotel was the worst we've stayed in at a military base, and also cost the most. There was no elevator which is pretty important when you have two kids, a stroller and lots of luggage. The bathwater cannot brown so the in room water was basically useless. It never cleared up no matter how much water we used. Finally, these are old dorms. They're dressed up nice, but they share a bathroom. There's no top lock to keep kids from messing with the door. It's not great for families. Wish there was another option.

Cant beat the nightly rate for a good place to lay your head down for the night. Front desk customer service is great and always pleasing to interface with. My only reservation is the "shared bathroom" setup, but it works just fine.

All new facilities. Lots of options for breakfast, free to registered guests. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Chantal. Really comfortable beds. Room fairly big, has desk/dining table which is on roller, big refrig, 2 induction cook tops, fairly big size microwave/oven, sink with garbage disposable, dish washer, roomy bathroom. Great setup for long term stay. Only recommendation for improvement is more facility for laundry...current setup has 5 washers, and 6 dryers, free use, but not enough as this serves guests on 4 stories...many guests are soldier families with young children...requiring more washing.

Stayed in two adjoining studio rooms with a shared bathroom in between with my three kids. This worked well to have the older two in a separate room and the baby with me, with the bathroom doors slightly open so I could hear them, but they didn't disturb the sleeping little. Rooms seemed clean and in decent shape with minor issues due to age of the building (sticky toilet handle, loose grate on heater). Good free breakfast, albeit a walk down a few buildings. Unfortunately no elevator, which meant carrying all our suitcases up the flights of steps. Friendly, helpful, kind, and courteous staff. Free shuttle to places on base and pickup from the terminal nearby. Commissary and exchange only about a mile away. Thrift store nearby was helpful for forgotten or needed items for cheap. Thankful for a decent place to stay!

The staff is friendly, they clean the rooms everyday, they are pet friendly, and they serve breakfast every morning. The rooms are a good size as well, almost apartment like. The rooms are equiped with a full kitchen, a full bath, a decent sized loving room, decent sized master bedroom, and an okay sized 2nd room (if you opted for the family sized room, if not then you only get the 1 bedroom), a washer and dryer is included and a mattress sofa for guests and what not.

The building is very old and the bathroom setup is like no other hotel I've ever seen. The overall size of the bathroom is pretty big, but the sink is in the bedroom, the toilet is in one corner, and the tiny shower is in the other corner. The shower is controlled by a single handle which is lifted up to turn on and is extremely sensitive for temperature control. It is very easy to accidentally bump it while showering and get hit with freezing cold or scalding hot water. There was a fold-out sleeper sofa with the expected terrible wafer-thin mattress. The hotel forgot to make that bed or even provide sheets for it. When asked for sheets, they provided a top sheet, a thin blanket, a pillow, and a pillow case. We had to ask for a second blanket because it wasn't warm enough. On the plus side, the room was very clean.

The rooms look like repurposed dormitory rooms. Most likely it. They are bigger than a regular dorm room with a living area with a door leading to the bedroom and that to a sizable restroom. Spacious for what I paid. Services were prompt and done well. I enjoyed my stay.

Easy enough to find. If you're coming from the south you'll want to turn into the parking lot just before Google maps says you've arrived or you'll pass it. Rooms are clean, mini fridge and microwave, standard continental breakfast, coffee and tea always available. Coffee is not bad at all. There is a business center with computers and printers in every building. Workout rooms and laundry facilities. Shared bathrooms. No elevators. Buildings are three stories. Plan accordingly.

Always enjoy a round of golf here. The course never disappoints. Well the score tells another story. Keep up the good work.

This is a great hotel. Many rooms are big with a bedroom area and a separate living area. Small fridge and microwave in each room. Pet friendly rooms are available. Free continental breakfast and great customer service make this a pleasant hotel to stay at. I stay here once a month and don't have a car. The proximity to other areas on the base is a small issue. It is about a 1 mile walk to the base exchange and commissary.
