No stars for this place. Worst motel I've ever stayed at. There was mold everywhere, the carpet and coming through the ceiling. As soon as you open the door it stinks of mold so bad it burns your eyes and nose. The only window was busted out and a piece of cardboard was in its place. Nothing had been wiped down and had a coating of grunge on all the walls, doors and furniture. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. The shower had layers of scum built up so much you can scrape it off. The manager came into our room at 8 am, knocking only lightly once and without announcing herself, even though check out isn't until 11 am. We asked to pay for another night but was refused for no reason. She came back at 10am and made us check out an hour early and stood in our room while we gathered our belongings. Not a very friendly woman. I was alone sleeping all night and my husband was gone at work til morning. I didn't even have the TV on and made no noise or any damages to the room. Zero stars and zero recommendayions for this motel. In fact, it needs to be closed and demolished with the extent of black mold there. Absolutely awful all the way around. Would have slept in our vehicle if I had any idea how bad it was.

This place was the same price just about as a motel 6 and it was freaking disgustingly nasty. SO GROSS. My friends feet were the color of black coffee on the bottoms after walking around barefoot in the room and the walls were so filthy it defies description. If i could rate it no stars , i would! Furthermore, there was a scary conglomeration of extension cords and extra power outlets im certain was dangerous as well as the breaker box for our room plus 2 others was in our wall.... All brown and burned and melted looking. This is not where u want to die and this place is a fire waiting to happen! Did i mention no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers anywhere to b seen?? Eeeeeek!

This motel is the worst most disgusting motel in the Tacoma spanaway area.. they have cockroaches yup u read right cockroaches and they smell old and bad the furniture is from 1978 I think .. who knows the last time they did an actual DEEP CLEAN in this place ... Crazy it ain't worth no 80 to100 or whatever the rates are it's far too much this one should be closed down if the city's gonna be closing em down check this one for sure ....

Not bad but there was a accident in front of the blue spruce hotel a man in the wheelchair motorized wheelchair got hit by a car I kept on going

Place was run down. There was powder under the bed and the shower didn't seem too clean. The people that work there seem very nice and helped out after I locked my keys in the car.

Great location but the rooms need upgraded to nicer and more modern furniture and appliances and a coat of paint wouldn't hurt either. Seldom have a vacancy as most rent by the week. It is quiet and clean and the owner puts up with no B's. I would recommend it to a friend.

Was told they had a room open upon pulling in place looked disgusting but my friend needed a place to stay so we went to office the lady in the office came to window looked like a crack head herself and said we have no rooms state really needs to pay a visit there

Kinda nice rooms, the management isn't very polite, she really should be more professional and treat each interaction she has as normal.

I've lived here for a few years now and the owner and onsite manager are good people who care about helping other people with a clean, dry, and warm place to sleep.

Their managment is completely unprofessional....They were constantly changing the weekly & daily rates.....There was little black ant's in the bedroom & basically laughed at me when I brought it to their attention. ..... And they will only give you 2 towels, 2 wash rags, & 2 hand towels.....PERIOD! !! We had 3 people staying in our room & a few rooms down there was a family of 5, but would only give them 2 towels, 2 wash rags, & 2 hand towels.......They are the cheapest around, but their also one of the worst ones to stay in.
