Main Exchange is excellent location for providing for the Armed Forces stationed in and around McChord Air Force Base. They have a food court, vendors, various shops, a Starbucks, and, as always, tax free for military personnel. Open to the military community; thank you for your service and support in Keeping America Great!

Always nice to stop by this PX every once in a while since they have things that the PX on Lewis has sold out of. It's just as impressive as its sister store, but seems to be understaffed at certain times of the day.

I usually go to the Main Exchange for the CoverFx makeup which I found out today they no longer carry. Boo! I wish I had more time to look around but I did find three pairs of sandals.

Any issues that I have had in the past with the exchange have been eliminated by numerous visits with the exact opposite outcome. Everything has seemingly turned customer focused and the employees are attentive and professional. Extremely friendly conversations are begun by them with the customers and it's just a pleasure shopping there anymore.

Store is neat, orderly and somewhat well stocked. If your paying with cash avoid this exchange. You can't use the self check out, the regular lanes are usually close which means you have to go to customer service. I stood in line and did not know you have to take a number. They weren't calling numbers. Then only one person was taking cash orders even though a line of 8 people were all paying with cash. Most clerks seem poorly trained. Some check out people were sort of rude. The Fort Lewis Exchange is much better.

Lots of clothing on sale .lots of cute summer dresses regular price. Nice silver jewelry and name brand purses. The girls were shopping for jeans though.

I am not happy that they have done away with the FINE collectibles. The fine crystal and porcelain figurines and certain QUALITY jewelry. Times have changed for this retailer, too. HUGE building with LESS products and employees on the floor to assist the customer that this customer had grown use to. . I do LOVE the savings and great deals on stuff they do offer, though.

Found a few last minute items for christmas and all was on sale too. The only thing is you have military ID to shop here.
