Friendly and fast service. They seem to have quite a few healthy choices when it comes to food and drinks. I grabbed some Synergy raw kombucha drinks. Golden pineapple and Mystic mango. I chose to shake up the bottle not realizing that it is a carbonated drink so be careful. If you are anything like me, you are going to want to shake it up firstBe Careful it’s CARBONATED and will spray All over when you open it.

Just lost my business!! I don't understand how people think it's OK to bring in their "normal" dogs into a store that sells hot foods and open air meats. Service animals are one thing, but not the house pet!!

Marci and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable folks who worked in customer service area. Great Grocery store for all your shopping needs. Easy access off hwy. Large parking lot. Electronic door opening.

Pick up people can’t seem to find stuff. I go in and it’s all there. Really wish they were better. It was a great help for disabled people.

Fred Meyer stores have been my go-to for a very long time. I appreciate the ample self-checkout area and knowledgeable helpful staff. I don't like that they merged the health food area into the rest of the food it makes it harder to have to hunt around for it. Plus the elimination of bulk foods during covid was understandable but why not put it all back? I loved the bulk section and now it's gone. If we can pick and choose the produce why can't we pick and choose the amount of nutritional yeast, chia seeds, and other things that are very expensive in the packaged form. I would love to see that come back! At least they didn't get rid of the self-serve peanut and almond butter grinder.

Right off the Mountain Hwy 7. It's a great pit stop if you're on your way to Mt Rainier NP. You've got 42 miles south from this point to the Nisqually entrance. Fuel up in Elbe before entering the National Park. This Fred's excels in customer service. At the entrance, electric carts are parked and ready for the mobility challenged. A staff member is there to help if needed. There are deals and specials throughout the store. There is also a customer service station for money wires, lotto services, etc. Extensive selection on wine, beer and spirits! Organic foods are plentiful. Check around for the reduced tags around the store. You get great deals.

Even though they have been updating their cooler sections, they have been keeping their supply of merchandise available. Nice job. Employees are very pleasant to visit with. Thank you for being so nice.

Not as big as other fm stores but they really rock it it the bakery. Great place to go when you have the munchies, try the Cyrus banana cream pie it's the best

Great store and they treat people with r.e.s.p.e.c.t. and that's something that alot of places seem to have forgotten how to do.

Tried to get help with a coupon at the register and also at customer service. Customer Service (Lorie) didn’t even attempt the transaction correctly for me. Lorie stated “No one would know better than me;” when I asked if a manager might know. Neither Karoline who I originally cashed out with nor Lorie would even offer to call a manager to see if it could be figured out even after I asked.

Usually carry what I like and have a pretty good selection. Associates are always mixed but most are happy to meet Hobbs. Prices are decent considering. Hobbs and I usually go shopping once a month and usually have a good experience, not to many bums, theft or rude people

The store is clean and usually well stocked, but they never have enough employees working the registers. The lines to check out are too long. Until they start paying me, I am not doing it myself.

If anyone wants to know I found where they hid the milk. Can we fix the sign or put the milk in the dairy section on the other side of the store?

If you’re considering buying produce from this location I highly recommend you reconsider. Buying produce from a homeless person would be better. Bought this bag of Brussels Sprouts yesterday and it’s filled with mold. It’s one thing for a few pieces to be bad but this is mold inside the dang thing. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.

I found a some great sale items and was happy with my purchase. It was late before the store closed and pretty darn cold outside. Henry (who works at the store) was outside in the parking lot and he asked me if I needed help loading my car (.. I was struggling to walk with my cane) and he immediately started putting everything in the trunk for me which I greatly appreciated. Henry took the initiative to help me out - now, that's what I call outstanding customer service!

What is going on with there being no bags for bulk coffee beans?! I've spilled coffee beans all over my car multiple times now, this is ridiculous.

I would be happy if they ever could keep the turkey hill black cherry ice cream in stock. I watch for it daily and get what I can if it ever gets stocked. When they do get some it's gone in a day or two and you are lucky if it comes in again 5 to 7 days later. But hay they always have 20 of all the flavors no one ever buys but only get in a small amount of items that don't stay on the shelf for even a day.

Ordered curbside. Only got half the groceries, charged full price tho. Customer service has really gone down hill here.

Had me waiting 20 to 30 minutes. Did not call any checkers to help with checkout. I had my 3 year old and a bunch of groceries so the people in the express and self checkout grabbed people behind me twice to help them. Lots of workers surfacing items in the store elsewhere. The checker informed me it was company policy and was super nice. I was told I could speak to the manager and he was “in a meeting.” When I worked at Safeway it was not uncommon for a manager or assistant manager to drop what they were doing to go help get people out the door. My wife is deployed over seas so I can’t leave my kids at home to make self checkout easier. Time to drive a little further to get service. Only reason why it is not a zero is because it is not an option.

Great grocery with friendly staff. The store is usually neat and well stocked.

if you're going south, this is the last store for atleast 30 miles. yet, they close ridiculously early. y'all would have many more customers if you stayed open till midnight.

This is my favorite grocery store to shop from & I’ve never had any issues. Fred Meyers has awesome deals weekly and in my opinion they have some of the best prices for healthier/organic options. I usually do grocery pickup since I have 2 kiddos that drive me nuts lol, and that service is awesome too! The app is super convenient and I find that I save more money when I buy pickup because it shows you which digital coupons are available and I don’t buy as many “impulse” items.

The checker with the short red hair check stand 8, she had a very difficult person she was checking out that was ringing up and paying for everything separate so it slowed everyone down but instead of hustling she was talking and the guy with the person she was checking out was not helping her either, he just stood there and watched while she not only checked out the groceries she had to bag them as well. I stood in line for over 20min, then another checker opened up his lane but instead of taking the ppl that had been waiting 20 mins he just took ppl that just walked up. Finally I just gave up after watching everyone else that did self check out leave before me.

This Fred Meyer has the best selection, deals and employees. Anna brought my grocery order out to me today and she was kind & friendly. I love this store 😊
