Update again: They refunded $150 of my money for their service. It took months to get, but they eventually came through! WAY too expensive. $220 for a minute of work to unlock my apartment. Edit / Update: Management contacted me and said that they would refund me part of the money of this outrageous bill, but two months have come and gone and no refund. Pathetic. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

After the initial call to their dispatcher I was told I would receive a call within 5-10 minutes (Check✅) Eric then called me & Told Me he would be arriving within 35-45 minutes(Check✅) . The job he completed for me entailed the following -2 Key Fob remotes programmed - 1 Spare key for doors/ trunk - 1 spare key for ignition column *Now I can unlock/ Start my car, have it warming up, & lock it up, walk away knowing I can get back in after it’s all nice & toasty without having to stress about someone stealing it. AMAZING. Eric went even as far as to help me regain access to the drivers side Keyhole entry. It had seized up from usage over time & he took the time to explain why & how this happened. Fantastic emergency locksmith services, came out on Christmas Eve to unlock the closet with all the presents in it after the key had gone missing. Super responsive, really nice, very professional, highly recommend.

I needed to replace the locks on my car, as they had jammed up. Eric was able to expertly install a replacement part, and now I'm all good to go! Was also able to explain the "split wafers" that were the reason why this car model can often get its locks jammed, due to the parts of the mechanism acting independently rather than in unison--so if a single one gets out of line, game over! But he was able to guarantee this lock will work for a long time. Thank you, Eric! Glad I can get into my car again.

I have had a nightmare of a time. This company ended that nightmare.I own a BMW 2004 325i. Was helping a friend move. Smashed my key, and the chip fell out. Didn't notice. When I did. I called around for 2 months, getting the run around. No one would help, let alone the BMW dealership. I receptionist tried and and all to help. The guy had to help me out once because I dropped my key fob in the Puget Sound and then again because I locked myself out of my friends truck while it was running…. In the same 24hours🫣 and I can tell you the only thing negative I could say is I’d bet the guy doesn’t get paid good enough. If his boss reads this I want you to know that he didn’t say anything. I just know because I’ve worked for people before too. He seemed like a great person, the kind of employee you want to keep. But again. He did not complain or say anything to me about pay. THEY BROKE MY TRUCK. Plain and simple. They came out while I was at work as planned, so I wasn't home. Somehow in the process of replacing a LOST KEY....they completely broke the emergency brake, and left the wheel head sitting head height. And then hung up on me while I called to explain the situation. Stole $200, and broke my truck. Better Business Bureau should be expecting a call.

Huge kudos to Eric! Quick and efficient and came very quickly when the batteries in our electronic deadbolt went dead. Word to the wise: hide a key where you remember the location. Eric was responsive, kept me updated on his ETA, and made quick work getting us back in our house. He even navigated to our back door through our neglected yard and overgrown bushes! Will call these guys again in a heartbeat - but hopefully won’t need to do so soon!

I am grateful for this mobile locksmith service. Unfortunately, I lost my fob and hid my spare top well for me to recall where I stashed it. Eric was very friendly, and professional and got the job done quickly, once he was able to obtain the necessary keys from the dealer. It was a bit of a wait, which was fine with me. He had to make a round trip across two bridges on a sunny Friday afternoon to get everything taken care of and he did it with a smile. The fobs were the priciest item on the invoice. Otherwise, I feel like the service was reasonably priced, given the complexity of my situation.
