I am retired military and received a competitive rate per night. This hotel is fairly new, the personnel are amazing; especially the supervisor Cian, the breakfast is fulfilling and adequate, and it is located in a convenient location (walking distance to commissary, convenience store, PX, bank, and Burger King). There is no better place to stay on the McChord side. I only gave this hotel a one-star because of one major issue that I had. Every room is pet-friendly and if I was made aware of this, I would have sought other accommodations. Every morning I woke up with puffy red eyes, headaches, itchy throat, etc. I had an allergic reaction to dog/cat hair and the feather pillows. I don't believe the rooms are vacuumed with HEPA filters because the housekeeping cart was equipped with a regular vacuum. When I went to the front desk to ask for an air purifier, they did not possess one. My recommendation is to have at least seven rooms that are not pet-friendly for guests with allergies. My entire stay was affected because of this issue.

Really good rooms, much better than the old property that was here. For the price you pay, you get a full hotel property that rivals what you would get on town, and maybe even better. It's a bit out of the way from the city, but for a good place to be, it isn't bad! But make sure to get the right size room for the amount of people!

Very nice hotel that really has their guests in mind when adding touches to the room! My wife, our dog, and I will being staying here for an extended period of time, and have been really pleased with our stay so far. The rooms are extremely neat and clean, and the kitchen is equipped with all equipment/necessities you need. The daily breakfast is nice too!

It's totally worth staying at this location. Super clean, quiet, comfortable beads. Breakfast in the morning is hot, yummy. The cleanliness of this place is beyond. The supermarket is within 5 min drive as well of the big shopping center with a delicious food court.

I never got the opportunity to stay here because the front desk clerk, Mike hung up on me when I called to make the reservation. When I called back, he was SO rude and made me feel like I inconvenienced him by making a reservation. I’ll never attempt to stay at this hotel based off this interaction with staff. His rude and short temper were definitely not something I was expecting and I don’t recommend that anyone stays in a place where staff are rude. I have no comments about the hotel itself because I chose to stay at another location.

Hotel staff was friendly upon check in and helping me accomodate a flight delay when I had to call and adjust my reservation. I appreciated as I called just in time. Booking and staff were so friendly and helpful. I had one cleaning issue which was resolved quickly by email and somewhat to my expectations. The manager was very responsive and quick to make it right which speaks highly of customer service and the standards/expectations. I do wish bathrooms were sanitized more-and by that I mean...mopped with a bucket containing a sanitizing solution/warm water vs just a quick spray and wipe. In my opinion, the floors need to be thoroughly sanitized (esp after a stay esp those with pets)at check out for future guests. There was debris noted on floors-and other matter on the tub wall. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast for visiting familiies and guests on base. It is so convenient. The thermostat was locked my first night, but that was quickly resolved as well when I mentioned it. The suites have everything you need and are quite spacious accomodations. The bed was very comfortable and room was otherwise was neat and tidy. I look forward to my 4-5 days here and I greatly appreciated the service and responsiveness. Of course, it felt very safe being on base which is why I chose to originally book here. Thank you again to the management and staff for being so willing to respond and make the stay as comfortable as possible for weary travelers.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. All of the staff I've talked to were very friendly, the accommodations were excellent, and the rooms were top notch. Definitely would recommend staying here.

I would like to say that everything was great but, to be honest, (1) some breakfast items ran out halfway through breakfast hours and the whole meal started shutting-down before the posted end of breakfast hours; and (2) housekeeping was nearly existent. Part of the reason was due to cancellation of service on Thanksgiving but even the supposed full service that was supposed to be provided on (only) one day a week. We stayed two full weeks and got one linen change. No doubt we could have gotten service if we had asked, but you shouldn't have to ask to get scheduled service.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel since the end of July to the middle of February. One of the kitchen employees that stands out, Marylou is a total sweetheart. She goes out of her way to speak to people, she encourages people to come eat breakfast and Wednesday dinner. Shes always so kind. I apologize as I dont know other workers names but there are other employess that made our stay enjoyable and made our family feel welcome from maintenance to housekeeping to the front desk. We're appreciative of that as pcsing isn't easy, especially with little ones. It's not only the hotel that makes the stay worth it, but the employess who run it. So thank you for your kindness!

The rooms are clean which they were a little bigger but it’s still ok. Aside from one of the kitchen workers (rude) and a nosey visitor I’m enjoying my time here. I was taught to respect my elders so I watch what I say and just put prayer on it. However the breakfast is really good 😌. The front desk workers are Amazing!!! 😬

Nice place to stay for a quick TDY. My only complaint which is competent out of their control is nobody really delivers to this hotel due to its location but still nice place to stay.

On the Joint Base on the McChord side. The rooms are big and clean. Our room had a kitchenette. Good price. I will come again if in the area.

My family and I arrived on February 24th from Fort Polk, LA. The hotel manager and front desk are always professional. We plan on staying for awhile until their is housing availability on base. Highly recommend!

The staff and the rooms are very nice. My issue is with the internet. I have been staying with this hotel since it was first built around 2 years ago. The internet has been absolutely horrible since the hotel opened. The speed is so low that during the evening hours I have trouble browsing web pages.

The room was nice enough, and clean. Internet connectivity was abysmal. Breakfast had few allergy friendly options.

Very clean, staff actively cleaning throughout the day. Front desk staff was polite and courteous. I got in early and needed to use bag check and they offered early check-in instead. The commissary and exchange with food court are within short walking distance and a shopette and Burger King are right next to the building.

We loved it here. The environment was so beautiful and the housekeeping staff was super friendly. Front desk staff weren’t helpful as much and this one girl was super snarky.

Service was absolutely amazing, had to change hotels last minute due to work and the receptionists were able to help me get everything situated. The rooms are very nice, and well kept. The common laundry room is also easily accessible and worked perfectly!

Checked the website and called before arriving for a reservation with nothing available. Upon arrival at about 1pm still nothing. After shift change they found a room. Good location near Exchange/Commissary, but a long walk, 2 miles to terminal. I think there is a shuttle, but not at 0330.

This hotel was amazing! Very clean in the rooms and lobby. The staff at breakfast was so nice every morning and were really sweet as well.

Noisy with dog’s barking and children yelling. Room is small but clean.

2 queen beds was nice. It isn't the largest room but for a family of 4 we are making it work. The front desk is usually friendly and helpful. Heck you even get a free breakfast.

Our stay was excellent! Very modern & clean hotel at McChord, a special thanks for Frank in the breakfast area. He kept everything well-stocked and cleaned, I was so impressed by his attentiveness and attention to detail. Thank you Frank and IHG!!!

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks and they only clean our room one time!! , sure thing there's a policy however management should consider the fact we have pet and kids And that should already included to the room we paid for! the fact they offered me a vacuum to do it on my own is a big joke!! And our dog sheds crazy and did mentioned to front desk employee and they're being rude about me asking Room service, one even rolled eyes on me like seriously?? RUDE!!!
