I called to cancel my prime membership because I had not used it much this year. Customer service person was friendly and seemed to fix what I needed. I should have gotten a refund of just over $50.00. I was satisfied with that. One month later, I got a bill from synchrony bank for the amount of the refund I was supposed to get. I called Amazon customer service again. this time the agent was clueless, it was awful, their lack of knowledge was evident. This person told me it was ok and the bill from Synchrony Bank would go away and I will get my refund. I am not holding my breath on this. I really doubt that this will go well for me. Buyer beware. Amazon, Big & out of control, no idea how or desire to fix a customer's problem. Watch out for your self with them. I will go Wal-Mart from now on. Update: I finally got my money back from Amazon. They refunded my entire prime fee for the year. I am thankful for that! My budget is very limited, like most people. If you can afford the fee and use Prime shipping a lot it is worth it. Always remember to shop around!

They have hacked that place and they’re using people’s account based on that address with small amounts so it wouldn’t be noticed. My credit card has direct alerts and when i saw a purchase being on Amazon Seattle while I live in New Jersey, watching tv at 9:30 pm I realized that wasn’t my purchase. January 22, 2018 and and I called them right way and canceled the CC. Amazon is to big and should have a much better security system for their customers.

One of the saddest of Amazon's buildings. Not much that is amazing about this place. Couple old ping pong tables, lots of office workers and a nice deck on floor nine is about what you get. Rococo coffee on the first floor is pretty solid though

I was here for a summit. Even though it's not full fledged with employees in the office we had a very clean office, with coffee and other food items in the kitchen. Loved the reception, badging system and security system that we badged in and out of the office. It is situated in an uphill road and the view from the conference rooms were awesome as one can see the Seattle NASA needle tower.

Your deliveries are inconsistent. Ordered items on Tuesday and paid extra for the next day delivery, have not received the main item yet and today is Friday. Called the customer service and was told the next day delivery is not the same as getting the item on the next day. This seems deceiving and a bad business practice. Now i can't say that i have a favorable view of Amazon

There are a few good food trucks around! If you work in or near arizona, you can walk there everyday and build really good calf muscles and strong hamstrings!

My wife works here and I don't know much about it. There are good lunch spots nearby. The mailroom is run by Ricoh, providing access to USPS, UPS and DHL to Amazon employees. She says that the staff is a good bunch, friendly and supportive with of course, a couple of slackers. But the management sounds like they are really good and empathetic, very supportive of their crew members.

First building I entered when I started working at Amazon in Feb. 2016. Nice, clean, has a hipster coffee shop with a disco ball and music playing. Now I only go there for meetings but there is a reason orientation is conducted at Arizona :)

The cafe is really great! The barista are nice and they make great drink!

Amazing massage, 1st time getting a Thai massage will definitely come back. Great staff clean friendly place. Relaxing room. Always had a headache but it's gone. First time in years. Over all 100%. Thanks Nuna.

Their upper level employees like to rip off local contractors, after contracted work is complete, do NOT work for Amazon employees, ESPECIALLY anyone in their logistics department based in Seattle. Had multiple Amazon clients in massive Mansions try to screw our small family owned business out of money .... Disgusting and unacceptable. I know multiple general contractors who experienced similar issues. Avoid them like the plague.

Quiet and calm, busy still peaceful..surronded by Gigantic buildings, good places around to dine, a lake view at a small distance..Every thing is good about this place

I made an order of the wrong product and tried to cancel less than 2 minutes later. They said it was too late and I can’t return it.

As a long time customer Amazon is slipping. I just received the wrong item for the 4th time in the last couple of months of typical household orders. This almost never happened in the past. Raising membership prices while missing on your execution is not a good recipe for keeping long term customers. I'll be looking at other options going forward.
