The worse manager and really bad customer service. We came here around 9:20pm to play bowling, reserved for 7 people and asked for 2 lanes, the worker there told us wait is 1hr, but we waited for almost 2hrs, we got lane 11:10pm, one of our friend can’t stay late so he left. We hope we will get good time there so we paid for 2 hrs, but then the manager who refuse to give his name (picture below) put us (6 people) in one lane while so many lanes are opened because it’s so late. We asked if just one lane then we don’t want to pay for 2hrs, because we can’t finish 2 games. So we asked if he can change it or we can just pay for 2 games instead. He refused to do so and told us if we don’t want to play then just get out, no refund. So rude and really impolite. I understand that we has worker shortage everywhere but at least choosing the good manager. Give them 2 stars because the workers there are really nice, except this rude manager.

My family and I came to Round1 for an evening of arcade fun. They have a section do full of arcade and skills games, which you could earn tickets to exchange for gifts. The place was packed full of teens having fun. We had a lot of fun playing group games challenging each other or the games. Most games were a lot of fun, tho some games ended way too quick. You end up working up a sweat just playing video games, wish there was some better air circulation in the place. Overall it was a great family fun night.

I love Round1, this one had the widest varirty of games I'd seen yet, and it wasn't busy. While some may find their Covid-19 rules frusturating, I appreciated the extra safety. Alcohol was reasonably priced, but there was no food (there are places to eat nearby, so I didn't care about the food aspect).

We had a good time playing and bowling. The whole place was very clean 👍🏼👍🏼 It's a good place to spend time with friends or family. They have good customer service. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We only tried the pizza and was good. Next time we come back. We will het more food, over all is a good place.

This is a great place for the family. I had 4 kids with me. We did bowling and that was fun. The food was decent and decent prices. Then we went to the arcade and did the 60 mins unlimited play. That was great for the kids and I didn't have to wait longer than 60 mins for them to finish their credits. There were many games for 4 players which was great so they can play together ❤. It was a nice variety of small kids to adult games to play. I would definitely recommend. We will be coming back!

It's pretty fun, but the speakers are incredibly loud. While they do have a decent selection of games, there's nothing that makes it any different from most arcades aside from the bowling alley. Even with that, the food and drinks are incredibly overpriced and you're not allowed to bring your own sodas or snacks.

At the end of August, my husband and I had our wedding reception at Round1. We reserved a party of 100+ people back in February with Sam and she was the best. Totally accommodating and flexible within their limitations and honest about what was doable for our huge group. Just easy to talk to. The day of, everything went smoothly and we were able to just send our adults at it. With the party package we got the whole bowling alley, karaoke rooms and arcade cards. Just keep in mind the arcade cards last for an hour once they're activated, not after the first use. The pizza was better than we were expecting and pretty big so trust the amounts they recommend and don't buy 15 more. Otherwise we were left to ourselves to party, they even let us bring speakers and a microphone. Thank you so much Round1!

Super fun, great place for date night. Not the cheapest, but good games. Some of the claw machines aren't the most "fair" but some are good. The marble drop game is the best for tickets.

Very family friendly and lots of things to do. It can get expensive but the value in terms of cost for time is pretty good. One of the big reasons to come here is that Round1 is a Japanese company and they have access to the latest Japanese music games, many of which are only found at Round1.

We went on a week night for my nieces 16th birthday. Annette was amazing. She worked there bowling front desk. She went above and beyond. She personally came over to check on us multiple times. She ensure we had a great time! I look to hire people like her daily. They are gems and rare to find

Round1 is one of the Best Arcades there is in WA State. I first visited here in 2017. And each visit I have had a great experience. I really like their new arcade placements and how organized things are along with their Bowling Alley. I highly recommend this place for all Families. Thank you and God Bless Round1

This place changed a lot from a year ago. They have more crane games with great prizes. They also included a double-sided row of mini crane games as well. I thought it was a great addition.

It is great to still have access to arcades similar to ones that I went to as a kid. This one has even more to offer with bowling and karaoke rooms! There's a good selection of games to play as well. Whether you're a very casual gamer like me, or a seasoned gaming veteran, you're bound to find something that excites you. I went again for the first time in several years for a friend's birthday party. It was just as fun as I remembered! We spent a few hours jamming out together in a karaoke room before separating to go play games. I mostly stuck to shooter games and coin drop style carnival type games, as they've always been my weakness. I'm really not much of a gamer, but it doesn't matter here because you're gonna have fun even if you're not winning everything you try. I really like that.

We went to a few of the arcade machines but mainly came for bowling. The lane we were assigned to first wasn't working, but the staff was eager to help us and they switched us to a working lane immediately. Bowling was fun and the machines worked well (mostly [they didn't record a bowl once but that was about it]). Would recommend coming here if you're looking for a nice clean arcade and some good bowling.

This place is awesome! Like a kid going into a candy store! Had a lot of arcade games and DDR machines! Also lots and lots of coin operated machines for anime figures and plushies. CON: The manager needs a attitude check. It's like she doesn't want to work. I submitted all the required avengers card to collect 3000 points and she dragged her feet coming out to the machine to do her report so I can claim my points.

Some of the most fun you can have at the arcades for rhythm gamers. I mostly play rhythm games so I'm biased towards it but I think the rhythm game community and selection at the Southcenter Round1 Mall has to be the best in the pacific northwest. Great community. It also is the only arcade that has a DDR gold cab. The racing game community is also large and dedicated. The other games are hit or miss. Lots of crane games to play if you're into that. Bowling, karaoke, and pool are great options for a group of people to hangout and kill 2-3 hours. Food is fairly priced and is fine for what you are paying for. Staff members are nice and welcoming. The can be a but more strict on the weekends and Friday night since they have lots of people to manage. On weekday nights its a really chill atmosphere and feels great to hangout or grind highscores. Biggest drawback, they need to fix the AC. It doesn't drive me away since im okay with the heat. But for normal people it's unbearable heat.

wow wow wow! if i could leave a 6 star review, i would! Genuinely best arcade I’ve ever been to. Staff are great, game selection is mind blowing, and they carry products that are normally japan-exclusive. It is the most fun i’ve had in a very long time. highly recommend, especially if you’re into rhythm games.

This is full of fun, we get there on Friday night. There are a lot of choice of claw machines, we get two dolls. The only thing is the A/C was broken but the weather is cool so we are able to play without A/C.
