I am a first time patient here and already love my new Doctor. Dr. Ho took his time and explained all my concerns that I had. Also the staff is very friendly as well. I also love that I can get my blood work done there and pick up my medication at the same time and place.

I visited the enterologist and everyone was very kind and I am getting some answers.

Cornerstone Laboratory is very efficient and helpful. The receptionist was pleasant and caring. The young woman who drew my blood was really good. It was nice to feel like she cared for me as a person and that I was not just part of her job. It was a positive experience - if a lab visit can be pleasant. It was much better than a lot of them have been recently.

Great staff and doctors! The only problem I have had is with one of the receptionists, Sandy. Twice now she has told me my appointment time over the phone and then when I show up to the clinic at the time Sandy has told and verified with me, it turns out my appointment was actually scheduled for a few hours prior, causing the clinic to mark me as a “no show”. She is always very cold on the phone and doesn’t seem to care much about what she’s doing on the other end. Everyone else that works here though has been absolutely exceptional and very kind.

Went to Gastroenterology. From the Check in, to seeing the Dr. Everyone was Professional. Really liked the Dr. I saw.

Karen drew my blood work and she was fantastic. I didn't feel a thing when she poked me took the blood samples.

The best medical staff in Yakima. Receptionists are quick and friendly, nurses are top notch, doctors very informative. A clean, calming atmosphere.

Like all medical personnel far too busy. Rwanda, Valerie are superb front desk guides in assisting their doctors and patients. Everyone is too short in staff numbers and far too many being newly trained. Be patient-If you are even politely rude in the least you will be removed from gaining services. Please, Don’t test theses waters. MCM is an outstanding Medical Clinic. Unfortunately it sounds like I am submitting to woke, NO our society is changing and please be prepared to adjust. Memorial Cornerstone are made up Of people only trying to do their best. Do your part and be respectful of others under these times. Even with those who are trying to help you ; BE NICE at Memorial Cornerstone Medicine. THEY ARE for you ! There are many who are respectful to patients- Do your part. Not only be a good patient, but be patient one as well. Your experience will be awesome. Mine was.

Staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.Encouraged me to call if I ever need anything. Nice building, comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Ho is thorough, and answers all my questions. Dr. made me feel comfortable.
