I hav frequented Hallmarks stores for many years. Always enjoy their products. Each time I visit their stores the customer service is the best. So very helpful and responsive. My experience at this location at University Plaza in Orem was the worst ever. We will never go to that store again until we hear that “Debbie” is no longer there. She states that she has been there 20 years. She acts offensive and lacks customer service skills. Assuming that she is burnt out and frustrated working there. The customer before us, an older grandmother, was offended by her experience too. She needs to be retrained or let go.

I actually worked at this store for years - when it was owned by the Baird's. I love Hallmark. This store used to be my happy place. I recently walked in and felt a totally different "spirit" in the store. When I asked if Michelle was there, I was told she no longer worked there. I have since learned they "let her go." Seriously? Michelle was the only reason I shopped at this store. She was a joy - she knew customer's names, what products they liked, and was always helpful. I am totally shocked. Since Coppin's bought the stores, the product selection has been very limited. But Michelle still made it fun to be there. That was m y last visit - I couldn't wait to leave the store. I think I'll be doing my shopping online or at DJ's in SLC from now on.

Honestly I love Hallmark. I would go and shop frequently great customer server aswell. I went in here with my kids. Most of the employees were nice and welcoming but one. She was very rude. When asking a question she could scoff. Acting like we could not afford the item. Very rude. I dont leave usally leave bad reviews but this is unacceptable. No one should make another person feel like they cant afford anything!

I went in to look at the Valentines selection and came out with Valentine, Christmas, Halloween, and stuffed animals. The employees were nice, walked us through the current promotions, and were interactive as we checked out. Hallmark continues to be a family favorite and we enjoyed our visit.

In University Place mall near Macy's. Wonderful card store and a bit more ..... like gifts. Very friendly staff always helpful finding that special card. HUGE selection of cards for every occasion.

Tried to buy a ornament today that wasn't on the shelf anymore but it was on display. Previously it has been offered to purchase from the display. But today I was told there was a "long wait list" for the specific ornament. I wasn't offered to be added to the list or any information beyond that.

They have the friendliest staff and always make us feel like family no matter who's working!! They have the biggest variety of greeting cards for every occasion (but they also are so much more than just a card store) They have holiday items, toys, (Ty's/Squishmellows/Fidgets/ext), do giveaways, and is a great place to visit!! 💕

My go to Hallmark store! Friendly people work here and have been very helpful when I was trying to find thy Haunted Mansion Christmas ornaments that were sold out (2023).
