Our first visit here was nothing short of spectacular! The environment was clean, friendly and inviting. All of the staff made us feel like family. The kids LOVED the 2 story play area in the waiting room and they ask to go back regularly. We are glad we found this little secret of Salem!

I'm HAPPY with my Dentist at Swan Smiles! Dr. Matt and his whole staff is amazing! The technology they use is unbelievable. It is absolutely cutting edge technology and extremely efficient! I recommend them because of the wonderful bedside manner that they have with each patient. It literally is tailored to each person in their approach! Love this place!

We’ve had excellent experiences with Dr. Yates and Dr. Swan! They really listened to my concerns and worked hard to help my sons feel calm and safe during their procedures. My autistic son had deep sedation and the Cloud 9 sedation team was excellent as well. So grateful for these trustworthy and kind professionals. We will definitely be back!

I took my two boys here for their first ever dentist appointment. The whole office had such a good feeling and the staff and Dr were all so kind and personable! The office is clean and bright and has a play area for kids at the front while you wait to be taken back. DR Swan is so personable and did so well with my family. He asked us about any concerns we had or if we had any questions. He explained everything very clearly and made sure we felt good about it. I did not feel rushed or judged at all! They also have a separate back area for kids and they have TVs and other cute activities while you wait to be seen by the Dr. The assistant was so sweet and she even blew up balloon animals for my boys when they started getting antsy. They do go above and beyond for your comfort! I would recommend anyone to come here, especially for pediatric visits! Swan smiles is genuinely the best office I’ve been to. All the staff and doctors are phenomenal and professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist was Jan and she was very gentle, thorough and made my teeth feel brand new! I will continue to go here and recommend all my friends and family. They’re people you can trust.

Dr Davis and staff are very friendly and easy to work with. They used their new laser to remove scar tissue from my mouth. Fast and simple, and my heal time was less than a day!

I have had 2 teenagers get braces with Dr. Swan. My daughter had some major problems with her teeth and jaw. Dr. Swan knows his stuff and was able to correct the issue. Their teeth look great and Dr. Swan and his staff was always amazing to work with. We couldn’t be happier!

Dr Swan and his staff are great! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Swan is very personable and kind, along with doing outstanding dental work of course! He is also mindful of your concerns and takes the time to explain things well. The office is clean and welcoming. All around a great dental experience!

I don't recommend this place to anyone I took my son to this office of Swan Brothers, (he had no pain, just when he ate chocolates he felt something strange) during his cleaning and check-up the dentist said that he believed he needed a root canal and that his brother was a specialist in root canals, so he also I reviewed it, they both said the same thing, it seemed so strange to me since the old dentist never mentioned that I had cavities or something of a bigger problem, he always told us that I had a perfect smile, I looked for another opinion and it was only cavities, he saved me a lot of money some time ago. time and I have never felt anything, when I called to cancel the appointment to NOT do the root canal, I told them what they told me in another office and the one who treated me was a little rude, they also have more patients than they can handle, it makes for a long wait. It seems that they are in a hurry and there is not enough time to ask all the questions, I think they do work that is not really necessary, always consult another opinion.

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist! Dr. Yates made me feel so comfortable and explained the whole process of what was happening. He has great bedside manner the staff there are so friendly! Highly recommend going to them.

We were looking for a dentist with wisdom teeth experience (military experience gives dentists the experience of an oral surgeon). Dr. Davis is our guy! He even filled in for the Army’s oral surgeon for 6 months at his post. He has the experience we were looking for!
