Pebble sand beach runs in front of the water. Each of the 3 pavilions cover multiple picnic tables. The walking path is great for scooters, walking and running. Water is calm enough for kids to learn to kayak, canoe, or paddle board. Fishing is easy access from the grassy sides. Live worms were the bait that worked best today. Great park for family fun in the sun!

Really fun little place. Some pavilions, grass, sand/beach, dock for boats, fishing, swimming and more. The fishing around the edges has a lot of seaweed so it’s not that fun for little kids. Parking is $15 per day unless you have a pass from the city. Has a track around that is fun to walk/run/ or ride around. There is a QR code that can be used to make payment for parking. QR code with when fish are restocked would be cool.

Very family friendly, lots of kids so your kids will have someone to play with. I do however highly recommend to keep your kids away from the grassy areas unless they have shoes, many people leave their dirty/used fishing hooks and don’t dispose properly. One of my kiddos luckily just got the fishing line wrapped around his foot and noticed before the hook went into his foot.

Over $15 for parking? Wasn’t it $6 last year? Also you have to pay for borrowed life jackets? We got here to play in the pond for an hour and there’s no other option except full day parking, but didn’t have time to go anywhere else, so I dropped my kid’s off and parked somewhere else and walked back, and then it was so dirty! So much trash in the water and in the shallow spots. I know that’s due to people being inconsiderate, but for $15 per car you would think you could keep it cleaner. The snack shack is nice but it seems like this is just in it for the $

Non-residents $15 to park (QR only) and it’s in a dead zone. (Unsure how that works?) Or hike in about 15 minutes parallel on Canyon Rd. Food shack wasn’t open so remember water/food as a must.

Parking cost $10 but I'm okay with that, BC look at this place!!! It's not gross like some other public rec ponds are and it has shady spots, flush bathrooms, and tons of great sand. Go before lunch time and you'll have plenty of space. We built sand castles and made huge rivers and canyons and carried buckets of water to the top to pour down through our creations, much to the delight of the three toddlers. We also went out paddle boarding somewhere between 8-10 times. The water is pretty cold, but honestly, you do get used to it and it's fine since it's over 80 degrees by 9:00 anyway. You need to check out this park!

Very nice little lake, small beach area with just a couple of Gazebos and grass all around the lake, day picnic, swimming, kayaking,Paddleling, fishing or just an evening walk around the lake. This is flat water, perfect for those wanting to learn paddle boarding or kayaking, the water is perfect temperature for the summer. This is a very small lake and very popular for the locals, expect crowdy times during summer weekends and holidays. This is a Day time use only, no overnight camping.

This is a fabulous water spot for families. We brought floats and paddle boards. There are plenty of shaded tables for eating. You can reserve them. The sand is deep and not too rough. There are nice bathrooms and a place to buy food. Parking is free for neighbors with a permit and $10 payable online for each non-permit car. Each fee covers 12 hours. The fine is $35 if you don't pay upon arrival. Cars are checked regularly. The pond is also stocked with trout for fishing. It's really nice.

Great stream-fed reservoir. Parking is $10 for non-resident. They have a snack shop that I've never seen open in the dozen times I've been here. Nice sand, covered picnic tables.

Been going for years. Never had a problem with parking and I've never gotten a pass or paid. The fishing is good most days. Good small little reservoir for a day of fun.

We live near the reservoir, as we call it, and we love it! We walk or ride our bikes over there regularly and enjoy paddle boarding in the summer. It's a beautiful park, generally peaceful except on hot, sunny days. A great addition to Springville!

This is a beautiful park with pavilions, a pond that you can swim & fish at & it has quite a bit of parking. The biggest dissapointment is that you have to pay $10.00 for parking if you're not a resident of Springville!

Enjoyed sitting on the beach while grandchildren played in the sand. Adult kids swam but noted some black leeches on their legs and feet so got out of the water. Otherwise was a lovely day. Snack bar was excellent for a quick lunch and a great variety of treats and sodas. Picnic tables and walking paths are great as well. Restrooms were clean. Would give 5 stars if the leeches could be removed!

What a great little park. Attractive with a nice pond that can be used for wadding, swimming, and paddle boarding. Clean smallish pavilions, changing rooms, and a snack shack (not sure of the hours). I was there for a festival, but I believe parking/use fee is charged for non-Springville residents. No dogs allowed signs, so no water play with fido.

Nicely situated park in the foothills that is a good size for small children making it easier to keep an eye on them while they play in the sand and watch the ducks.

Always a great place to visit when it's hot. It's super nice that it's nearby and well kept. Ever since it's gotten popular in the last few years it has gotten a little less well kept and parking down by the water is now paid. -Fishing available -BBQ grills and outlets available -Park up on top of the hill and walk down

This pond is very nice the area is very nice as well I talk to people that are fishing here and every time someone is catching fish I don't think the rest rooms are open But I'm not 100% sure either Please remember what trash you pack in please pack it out to the dumpsters that are on site If we all pitch in with the trash, it will remain a beautiful place to enjoy for decades I have taken quite a few pictures of this place, when it has been storming and at night time as you can see

Great park except for the 15 dollar per day parking pass.. Honestly had a ton of fun otherwise! The reservoir was cold and refreshing, the sand was warm. I enjoyed myself!

It's a fun place. The whole pay to park though... I get springville residents can get a free pass but it's hard to get one when they close before you get off work. I think they should make it so if they run your plates they can see you are a resident vs those who are not and should have to pay.

  • 5/5 Helen C. 9 months ago on Google
This park is well kept up with clean bathrooms, changing stalls, plenty of picnic benches and beautiful water. I didn't try the food stand but prices were very affordable. The sand is a little rough and the water is cold.

This place is awesome! Gotta love some "beach" time in Utah. I wish more communities set up lakes like this. Throw in the snack shack and your day is made!

  • 5/5 Katie Q. 3 years ago on Google
This is a great family place. The beach is so cute and the water is freezing. It gets pretty deep towards the center so if you've got little ones they will probably need floaties or life jackets. The sand is a little rough but it's good for sandcastles. There are ducks that you can feed although I'm pretty sure it's discouraged. Parking is $10 for a day pass and you can pay online. There are pavilions you can rent too. Everyone there was frendly.

Very clean and quit. My family and i was there fishing the last time but plan on going swimming the next time. Thank you for the place you have for those of us who are able to get out and about.

Parking is $10 if you don't have a resident permit. Seems a bit much for me. No option for pay by the hour. Water is cold from run off which is refreshing on hot days. Sand is not very soft, bring sandals to wear do you don't rip up your feet.

I love Bartholemew Park! It's kept up nicely and has plenty of space to spread out on the shore. It's gotten a bit busy lately, but it's still a great place to hang out.

Fun place to spend a hot summer day! Can get crowded at times. Sand is a bit coarse, but what else can you expect from a beach in Utah? The water is cold at first, but on a hot day, you get used to it and it feels good.

Rather large reservoir, with sand, cement, rocks and ducks. I think there are fishing spots too! A structure is also present with food amenities and restrooms and such. Paid Parking. Great location!

  • 5/5 Rachele E. 3 years ago on Google
Loved this little jewel of a spot! Water is very chilly and nice for a hot day, we rented a pavilion for a birthday party where we could BBQ. There's lots of grass around but grainy sand when you get closer to the water to setup shades. Payment over the phone and their cite was easy and hassle free. Will come again with family and friends!

Pretty nice reservoir. They have a snack shack that's not too pricey. You have to pay for parking unless you're a resident though.

  • 5/5 Mike H. 3 years ago on Google
Great place to paddle board, picnic, fish, and etc. Actually, I don't really know if the fishing is good, but I see fish in the water and lots of people fishing. Parking is free for Springville residents, $10 otherwise. Nice setting with views of the hills and mountains. Can get crowded (at the times you would expect, weekends, afternoons). Sand is a little coarse, so bring a towel to lay/sit on if you are planning on hanging out on the beach.

  • 5/5 Katy S. 3 years ago on Google
Totally a great time! We were able to rent a pavilion for a decent price (20.00 per table). That shade made all the difference! Our only disappointment was that there are no showers, or at least none that we could find. Overall, great experience! We are coming back!

Very wide open and inviting for parties or for the whole family. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's definitely worth the drive.

  • 5/5 Brenna W. 3 years ago on Google
Clean bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out. There are sandy sections near the water and plenty of grass surrounding the water to set up a blanket or umbrella. The water is COLD but it feels great on a hot day. Note: you have to pay $10 for parking. When we tried to call the number to pay it didn't work... There is some VERY limited parking on the street leading up to the parking lot, maybe room for 5-6 cars. The parking lot wasn't even close to full when we went on a Saturday afternoon.
