This store has such cute, unique pop culture and novelty items! They also donate a boxed lunch for every $10 spent.

It is fun to browse here but the space is too cramped and impassible when it's crowded. It would be better to remove some displays to make this better for customers. We have to leave or skip if there are more than a dozen or so people there. Otherwise you cannot pass other shoppers in the 'aisles'.

This store is super fun. They have all sorts of merch for your favorite shows, books, and franchises. They have great clothing items as well as many collectibles. The store is a bit cluttered but the upside to that is that it means there is a big selection. I’ll share a video in this review of one of the cute gudetama plushies that we found in the store.

Cute place for general pop culture gifts that are slightly less average. I never come out of here with anything big, but it's a nice spot to get a couple of little small Christmas gifts for folks.

Not their fault really, but they apparently sell not so good merchandise. I bought an $18 Inuyasha mug (just a regular mug with graphics on it) that sat in some water in my sink for a day and upon washing, all the graphics started rubbing off. Idk why you'd sell such a garbage product for $18 - that's over an hour of work for me! Ridiculous. Buy better stuff to sell to your customers, guys.

The “manager” of this store was very rude and condescending and made me feel like a child over something not that important. I wish he could have handled the situation differently and I hope he isn’t talking like this to any other customers.

Sometimes there is great staff who are very attentive and sometimes theres not. So its hit or miss. But they have an amazing selection of stuff depsite the size of the store.

Mikayla is the sweetest, she was so helpful and incredibly cheerful while helping answer my questions over the phone. Definently a wonderful girl to talk with. If you ever go here ask for Mikayla she goes above and beyond to be helpful with anything you need!

They have a lot of really fun clothing and accessories. They have Disney, Pokemon, Avatar, Legend of Zelda, and much more. Great place to stop and get a fun gift or get something for yourself. The store was well organized and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice merchandise although it is a bit pricey. The employees were really loud in the small store (the guy kept complaining about chapstick or something), and they kept checking in even though they just checked in. Great options to buy a gift.

Staff is rude, customer service is terrible, one staff member outright insulted me. I've told everyone I could not to shop here unless they're looking to be treated poorly. I'll certainly never go back.

BoxLunch is a niche store for memorabilia and clothing that could be put into the nerd category. It has various sections for the most popular of genres. Typically it has a Disney section, Marvel, Section, Anime section and currently Stranger Things. BoxLunch also has an okay Funky Pop section. (It used to be much larger.) Overall a fun store to stop by and browse.

If you create a account they donate money to help feed those in need, for every 10$ you spend, it donates so someone won't go hungry. I love this idea. The items they had weren't outrageously priced either. Staff was friendly, overall good experience.

Well its Friday, so the store was pretty busy but the associates were very attentive. And they had quite the spread of merchandise and easily navigable with how they set everything up. Though fair warning if your money is burning a he in your pocket this is the place to go. With how fine the quality is, I dont mind dropping a few $$ here. Especially on their pins! They're so well made and hold together pretty well considering I do heavy lifting at work and they stay on my vest.
