Several of the prongs on my engagement ring had worn down and become rough. I needed them retipped to guarantee the diamonds wouldn’t fall out. I brought it to the owners of Forge and they were so easy to work with and the pricing was reasonable. I am very happy with the result. I also had a Diamond earring that had lost its mate. Forge was able to find another diamond and create a new one so they matched! I am so pleased with the results! Highly recommend. Will use them from now on.

Most excellent experience! Forge is very professional and knowledgeable on their jewelry. You can see the jeweler working on your bling right there in the store. I had a completely custom ring designed and made. They incorporated some of my grandmas gold and Diamonds. Very affordable, considering. I’ll be going only to Forge for any future jewelry purchases.

Wow! 💍✨ The venue is small but FULL of magic. Everyone there wears their own custom jewelry and big smiles! The CAD program they use is very intuitive and is filled with options for ornamentation and customization. I brought in some pictures of what I wanted to reference, even some of my own sketches, and Victoria helped me bring those ideas to life to give my wife a perfect anniversary gift. I won't spoil what exactly we created (my wife might be reading this 👀), but it was unique and sentimental and DEFINITELY one of a kind. Half-jokingly they suggested I use an alloy most people never see, and it turned out to be the perfect material for the design! They let me bring my own stones and took an old band for "Gold Credit" which helped the price-- and they also gave me a 30% discount! They gave me the ring in a cute little wooden display box, and it came with cleaning solution. They tell you how you can get it insured online, and for the newly-engaged they give you referrals and discounts for wedding announcements! Great experience overall, wonderful product. Would recommend. Might go again...

i cannot recommend forge jewelers enough!! it was such an amazing experience from the first step. going in and trying on rings, go sitting down and designing it down to the very last detail!! i got my dream ring and it was the smoothest process!! love love love forge!! and they make it so you can get the best ring but keep it budget friendly!! they were so much cheaper than larger companies even small family ones but mine was custom!!! 10/10 love it here!

Forge is the best Jewelry in Utah County and I would say in Utah! They have a beautiful location, the most amazing owner and staff, and they make your custom jewelry right in house! The business model surpasses all other jewelry stores out there. This is not your typical jeweler and they give you the good stuff without you breaking your budget or bank! Me and my fiancé customized her ring and it came exactly as it was designed and is beautiful! They give discounts to those with a Starving Student Card and are able to cut the price of customized rings immensely because they make the ring in house! ♾️/♾️ would recommend!

My husband went to Forge to see if they could make my very unique demands for a ring, and boy did they deliver! Not only were they informative and super helpful in designing my very own ring, but they also were super economically priced! I LOVE LOVE LOVE FORGE. Jenny was the person who helped us and I got to make my dream ring! She listened to everything i asked for and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She was so patient with me…the first time I went in, I made my design and later on wanted to make changes (which were not easy to make) but she happily edited my design and totally understood the look I was going for. They also helped me find the perfect stone (emerald) that I wanted, and I was very specific about how I wanted it to look. We got my ring for such a good price and it came super fast! When my fiancé proposed to me and I saw the ring with the added bands, I could not believe how perfect it was. It was exactly how I wanted it and even better than I imagined it would turn out. After having several bad experiences at other Jewelry stores looking for engagement rings, we happened to drive by Forge and walked in to check things out. We were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff that helped answer all of the questions we had. Then we learned about their capabilities when it comes to making custom rings and jewelry! We sat down with Jennie and in no time we had the ring of our dreams sitting in front of us on the computer screen. The process was so fun! They were able to take our visions and assemble them together in a way that was even better than we could have hoped for. Absolutely worth the fantastic five-star rating. That's honestly how my SO and I found out about this place - its five stars... and that reputation is earned! From even simply looking around, they offered to help us with styling and finding designs we like, even when we were saying that we might not be buying anything. They were kind enough to still treat us well! From there, over the next few months as we would finalize things, they were very helpful with the process of designing the ring... and it turned out fantastic! I can't post any pictures of it, because I want the actual physical design to be a surprise for her... but the ring we designed was beautiful and so cool! It felt all the more special because this ring is unique to us - which made it absolutely fantastic!

I was surprised by the price of the engagement ring I bought! I originally thought I was going to have to spend at least $1,000 on one, but was able to find one for $750 for ring and diamond because if you buy the ring and diamond together, there's a 40% discount on the ring. Customer service was very nice and the ring came quickly. As well, if you don't have any idea how to go about selecting ring material, diamond grade, etc. they let you compare them so you can be 100% sure about your decision

Seriously this place is amazing. We were able to make a custom design with them and they created it on a computer program with us so that we could see it. My husband and got both of our wedding/engagement rings here and we love them. They have been great with the upkeep and warranty on them and I would recommend them to anyone.
