Oakley does it right. The in store service is phenomenal. Every time I end up there, it’s with a story about how lucky I was to be wearing my Holbrook XLs. This time they saved my left eye. My face has similar lines that match up with the scratched pair pictured.. Got my scratch replacements on the way!

I went in for prescription glasses and they had everything I was needing and the store manager Austin was fantastic. I will continue to come in anytime I need help with the glasses.

The store seems nice. One of their employees the short one had a attitude acted like I was a imposition asking questions. The ither tall guy was nice initially had been a proactive salesperson. But then acted like restocking was more important than me. If not for employees attitude I might’ve bought sunglasses. Went to Tortid and bought some instead.

The team at fashion place mall in Murray Utah is top notch. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in the valley. AJ, Parker, Diego, and Austin understand loyalty, and are representing the Oakley brand very well

I had a good experiance at the Oakley store today. The salesman was knowledgeable about the sunglasses I purchased and explained the discounts I received. However the store was quite busy and many customers had to wait to purchase thier items. The salesman did apologize for the inconvenience.

The only place I buy sunglasses. I’ve come here for years, bought many pairs, and the guys here remember me every time I come in, they know what I like, and they treat me like family! I’ll go no where else, nor should you.

I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses online during a Black Friday sale. When they arrived, I didn’t like the fit of those pairs as much as I thought I would. I brought them in and the staff was very helpful! I returned the other sunglasses and bought 2 different models that worked better for me with the same discounts I received before. I have gone to this location many times to acquire good quality glasses and even my Multi-Cam backpack that I used when I deployed. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the glasses I wanted and answered all my questions thoroughly. If you ever need sunglasses go to the Fashion Place Mall Oakley store and ask for Austin! He knows his sunglasses! After looking at the styles we were leaning towards he was able to show us some similar options that we liked even more. He is straightforward and honest.
