Always love the beach! Water was crystal clear. Beaches are beautiful white sand that doesn't scorch your feet, even on the hottest days.

As someone who lives in a landlocked state, this was amazing. Water was clear, sand was soft and not rocky or full of broken shells. We saw one jellyfish but noone got stung. We parked relatively close to the beach and didn't have to pay to park. The waves weren't as brutal as other places on the Gulf. Weather was perfect. Highly recommend this beach!

This is one of the best beaches I have ever visited. Beautiful sugary-white sand, crystal clear emerald water, ample parking, and restaurants and bars right on the beach make for a good time. No wonder so many people visit this area year and after!

This is one of the best beaches I've ever been to!! The water is so clear, gorgeous blues and greens. We saw dolphins, jellyfish, pelicans, seagulls and crabs. We loved the sunrises and sunsets!! Had a great time sitting, walking on the beach and hunting for seashells!! We will definitely want to go back some day!!!

We were very impressed by this beach. The sand is so white and soft and the beach is kept very clean. It was great to have public bathrooms easily available, parking was free and easy, and there is close access to the gulf side or the sound if the gulf is too windy. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

This was a great place. Beach was super clean white sands. Water was amazing a little seaweed but that's mother nature. Plenty to do beside swim. Can shop, eat some great food, relaxed. The public bath room were kept clean and the showers worked well. Definitely going back to relax and enjoy life

Very nice beach!! There is waves on one-side of the island & no waves on the opposite side. FREE parking available public restrooms, life guards on duty too. Have to pay by plate toll to get to the beach.

So great being back in Pensacola. The last time we were here, there was the air show happening. We enjoyed watching the sun set this evening. It was a relaxing afternoon on the beach.

While the pier was OK for for fishing, I was extremely disappointed in it's upkeep. We fished piers from Fort Morgan to Apalachicola and by far this was the worst maintained pier of them all. Worn out wood, posted signs warning of dangerous railings, unable to be open between dusk and dawn. Considering it had the highest fees to fish the pier along the coast, why has this not been maintained?? Worst part (for us) was I actually did better fishing from the free shore. Note this was mid November.

Nice blue water white sands. Very chill and relaxing. Busy but not overpopulation during the week it was absolutely great. Weekends may be different. Great photos that can be taken. Good quality time as well. Clean beach. Hotels food shops are everywhere within 20 mins walk. Would definitely come back here again.

This beach was a beautiful white sand beach! It was clean and had public showers and restrooms. The entrance has a handicap accessible path through the sand as well which makes strollers and wagons easier lug onto the beach too. We saw military helicopters and planes fly overhead during our visit and my son found 2 shark teeth with his goggles! The water is completely clear so you can see all the water creatures swimming around your feet too. There was also a stand that sold daiquiris and snow cones too which were delicious. You could also rent chairs and umbrellas too. This is a great day to spend the day at!

Beautiful beaches, clear water, and lots to do. We stayed over the 4th of July holiday. The beaches were great! We were able to see the blue angels practice one morning.

From Missouri and here on vacation. Do yourself a favor and skip all the other beaches and come to this one. I've been to several beaches and this one by far was the best. The waters are crystal clear. So beautiful. I will never forget this place.

There are life guards, showers, public restrooms, free parking, and restaurants. It's a pretty clean beach with lots of trash bins. There is a pier you can go walking on, but they do charge a fee. This beach doesn't allow pets. We're visiting 1st week of October. It's not busy at all. The weather and water are still very comfortable.

Cool place. Slightly emptied and rustic. But here is a magic beach and water. Wonderful atmosphere. Old or under ancient bars and restaurants. In general, Rchnya is a good place to relax and photograph. No fuss and do not need to go extra few hours before the Tampa to visit the Mexican Bay ....

Like this beach. We did have to go to the other side to swim but it was still nice. The water was calm enough that we could snorkel. One of the restaurants had great music playing and it was great that we could just walk to a restaurant or shop from the beach.

It was an amazing experience as always. There is so much to do up and down the strip, and we came for the dress rehearsal for the Blue Angels. We arrived at 6:30 am and the parking lots were full and closed by 7:30. The event was managed well and had many vendors and static displays available for many things. There were plenty of law enforcement and medical people there and the people, WOW, there were so many, and they were very friendly. Even though the beach was packed, everyone was friendly. This was a Great event!!! It took me 30 minutes to get there from my house, and it took me 30 minutes to get home. As many people who were there, the coordinators planned for a smooth exit as the show ended. They did a great job managing the event.

The pier is better than a walk on the beach any day! I have never gone and not see some sort of dolphin, shark, stingray, jellyfish, sea turtle. I come here multiple times a week throughout the year being a local and I’m never disappointed It is currently under construction, and I am beyond excited and counting the days for it to reopen Take your entire family up here!!! Wrist band lasts till sunset!!!!

We love visiting Pensacola Beach Florida! I've been visiting the beach since I was a kid and recently took my son on a visit while on vacation visiting our family in Alabama. It was hot but the ocean cooled us off and my son had a blast splashing in the water. Try to park near the restrooms if you can! Enjoy

This beach was absolutely gorgeous. Crystal clear blue waters, white sand and not too overcrowded. Plenty of public parking and also has a wheelchair ramp and mat that goes out to the beach, not too close to shore but helpful enough. I also like the lifeguards were nearby compared to many Destin area beaches we've visited where none are in sight. SUCH a gorgeous beach!

Quite possibly the nicest beach in the US. White sand, emerald seas. Easy access in Florida's panhandle. Toma of restaurants and shops and free parking. What more could you ask for? It's a great place to get your beach wiggles out.

Pensacola Beach is one of our must stop to enjoy sites in our visits here. Early afternoon the morning rain showers subsided and the clouds departed leaving a gorgeous day to spend at the beach relaxing. We stayed there until after sunset. Water temp was 81 degrees!! We thoroughly enjoyed the day at the beach!!!

Beautiful, white sand beaches, warm water. It was pretty crowded and hard to find parking. There was a good section of beach available for setting up to swim. There is a pier you can pay to walk on or fish from. Lots of shops/restaurants/casino. There are restrooms and a place to shower off.

  • 5/5 Ali A. 10 months ago on Google
Gorgeous beach. Way less crowded than Destin. Just as pretty. Huge public beaches. If you go down to right or left of the main public beach you get the beach almost to yourself. White sand. Clear water.

Wow. Pensacola Beach is everything I want in a beach. Shallow far into the water (near the fishing pier), nice easy waves, beautiful soft white sand, a decent amount of shells to collect, and that WATER! The clearest water I have ever seen at a beach including the Caribbean. This beach is amazing.

  • 4/5 Joakim G. 10 months ago on Google
It's a really nice beach. Beautiful white sand, really clear water - what more can you want? Maybe make a turtle in the sand.

Beautiful! Especially in the morning, and the showers to rinse off afterwards are a life saver! Thank you so very much❤ Only thing I didn't like are the metal toliets. Hover girls just hover.

Best Beach I’ve ever been too!!! Clear turquoise water white sand beach. I can’t wait to go back!!! If I even move to a beach town it’ll be Pensacola. It’s very slow pace there’s public transit there’s a lot to do here. You can find a spot under the pier here and set up your hammock!!! You don’t even need an umbrella to come here if you get there early you’ll get a spot under the pier and be good!!! Found some good shells here and the atmosphere is dope. I’m in love with Pensacola beach someone take me back!!!! Lolol

My sweet escape to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. I love the ocean and have been visiting Pensacola since I was 18. If people continue to take care of this beautiful beach location & pick up their trash on the beach after themselves, I am sure Pensacola Beach will continue to be a very enjoyable place to visit for many more years to come. I love Sidelines for quick, good food and drinks and also Crabs right on the beach which provides GREAT ocean view while dining.

I can not say enough nice things about this beach. It's clean and so beautiful. I am told that it's better than Destin simply because it is not as popular with the kids. As for me and my family we love it here and we have friends near by. The restaurants are really good. Plenty of things to do locally and not get bored.

We visited down from Virginia and loved the white sand. The beach itself was fairly clean. We picked here because of the large parking lot. We came in the morning and it was very quiet.

Beautiful beach with bright sand and clear water! Nice waves to enjoy with many responsible lifeguards on duty! Glad we were able to spend time with our siblings there!

The last time I visited this beach was 2007. I had forgotten how beautiful it is especially the white sand. It’s picture perfect and I plan to go back before it get too cold. We went on a Thursday evening and watched the sunset. The beach wasn’t crowded. There are souvenir stores and restaurants nearby. I remember eating at one in 2007. If you are near this beach, I highly recommend planning a trip to visit. Definitely a nice place to be especially when it’s not Keak season.

We had a walk in the evening and thought $2.25 /person was a bit of something. But we made a significant drive to Pensacola Beach, we paid and spent an hour on the pier. We saw a variety of marine lives—jelly fish, dolphin and shark! Worth the money spent. The light during sunset was beautiful. At a point the sky turned purple. Really pretty.

It was hot, but the water was nice. Very glad I went even with the crowd. I see mountains every day in CO, but it was nice to return to my roots of the beach. I usually go to Orange or Navarre Beach, but pcola Beach is just as great. Same great white sands and all after all. Definitely tread the water even just a little if you're able to

Love it! Beautiful 😍 there were dolphins 🐬 it was very well kept and clean. Free public parking, food right on the beach, blue green waters, white sands, bathrooms, lifeguards on duty, highly recommended! Only downside was how busy it was.

We just love this part of Florida. The Wife and I spend every Anniversary here. #11 yrs. Strong.

  • 5/5 Sina T. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to visit. Really packed but fun. Downside is parking and bathrooms. Restrooms have no inside shower/locker room only outside showers and then those ones weren't that many. And after about 7 the bathrooms are closed. Restaurants are great and the board walk and activities are some what reasonable priced. If you do go here plan with at least 5k in spending money.

  • 5/5 Courtney R. 2 years ago on Google
The beach was clean, we enjoyed the sand bars that are way out in the water! We walked along the boardwalk and seen many people catching fish! The water is beautiful!

  • 5/5 yochicks 2 years ago on Google
Great day, nice view! Not crowded. I did not get in the water today, but I enjoyed the waves. Weird, to say but it has been awhile and I do not recall fresh air being so good. I wear a mask in public, but many in FL do not so be prepared if you wish to.
