    I've been here for about 7 years and ever since the new management took over they don't fix nothing, my bathroom is falling apart, and they lie to you and say they're going to fix something and never do. The hallways stay nasty the man barely comes around to clean them theses are the worst ever.

    I do not usually give reviews no matter whether they are good or bad. This time I really felt people should know before they think about moving into this property. My refrigerator has not worked for more than a month now. I had to throw out many food. Waste of money and gain of stress. My day starts with calling them and asking about when they will resolve this issue. Every time they say today they will fix the issue and this 'today' has not arrived till now. I am already thinking of moving out from here (it is only 4 months of my stay) and I strongly do not recommend anyone to come to this place. Took my mental peace and patience

    Worst Apartments ever. I’ve been living here for an about 4-5 years. and it’s horrible. I can’t even order packages to my own door without them getting stolen. And I can’t even sleep without my upstairs neighbors yelling and jumping around. My neighbors and so loud sometimes my daughter wakes up in the middle of the night. I hate this place and I dont recommend it. The maintenance does not even fix the bathroom problem. And the Apartment always kept bugs everywhere I see. HATE IT.

    Living here over 6 years has been the best. Management has always been attentive to my needs. Such as repairs and other issues that may come up. The managers are polite and professional. Just recently I was experiencing an issue and management addressed it after hours. That put an even bigger smile on my face. Thanks Nantucket!!!!!

    I been living here going on 4 years I moved from a two bedroom to a three bedroom last year… I’m having problems with my AC it’s extremely hot in my apartment I had to go out and by tower fans which I shouldn’t of had to as much rent I pay … so I pay my rent every month to live extremely uncomfortable. I have children who suffer from very bad case of ezcema and it flares up when it hot …. We cant even be upstairs due to the heat in my apartment. My thermostat is set at 68 and it keeps rising up to 80-85 .. I have put in work order and I thought I reached out to corporate but haven’t heard from them … August 21-25 2023 the heat index in St. Louis has been dangerous high(heat index ranging in the 100) and I don’t have a working AC can you image you and your family living like this … and all I’m is hearing we see and no one is really doing anything too help… I so want to contact the news…. The lead maintenance man lies about what he has done …. I’ll be heading back to the leasing office every day next week till it is fixed

    I’ve been residing here for 2 years now and I honestly wouldn’t recommend these apartment. The staff is pleasant however there are constant car break ins and after so many incidents and reports you would think cameras or more protection would be in place. Both my neighbors have already moved btw! Also My car happened to be in the middle of cross fire outside my building, which left my car with a bullet hole. Thank God my children weren’t outside playing. I also have over a dozen maintenance request regarding my ac that doesn’t work which is still yet to be fixed. Having children with asthma and eczema is definitely a deal breaker when considering a place with no working ac. I will say they keep the landscape neat and cut and they don’t have pest problems. But I guess you get what you pay for on chambers.

    Overall my experience been Great. No complaints. The entire staff is very polite and caring. Have the best office managements.They are very respectful and solve any issues you have. Treat you basically like family. Maintenance doesn’t waste no time on any request you have. Complete them in a timely manner. The property is well kept cleaned and quiet. Bernie keeps the hallways smelling good and cleaned at all times. He is a great and friendly maintenance guy. Neighbors are respectful. I love it here. I would definitely recommend this property.
