I tried for an apartment here after being told not to. I normally see things for myself and I applied after a showing . I called back to back everyday with no answer to see if I’m approved . Instead of answering they decide to email that I’m approved . I was told during my showing that apartments were ready to go now ,but come to find out later theirs a wait list . Long story short I withdrew my app and found a place way better and decent priced . Pleasant view wanted 2,600 to move into a 2bedroom . I found a 2 bedroom , great area and only was charged $1940. Please be aware of the rip off and save yourself the troubles !

This place sucks only been her for a few months management never answers the phone nor do they answer the door when u go to office I've been trying to get my apartment sprayed for weeks roaches are starting to take over they have been in my pets tank now getting into the refrigerator. The manager Andrea is unprofessional when u try to communicate with her there is always someone when u go to office. I wouldn't recommend no one to live here.

Not good management no repairs are done they get mad when u ask for repairs and say we disrespectful ,alot of shootings and sell of drugs in those apartments, and threaths to kick u out, and u can't have visitors at ure own home because they don't live here they try to find any violations to kick u out not worth moving here yes rent is cheap but it's gross ,roaches everywhere last week I cleaned up mold by the kitchen I'm just gonna let everyone know rent something for 1300 or more that's actually worth it this place is not take ure children somewhere healthier and safer there's cockroaches coming out the sink every where ,mold, no keys to mail box this the tempature inside the house with the air conditioner on they came sprayed got worse the handle of my shower was just put on like they had it when I first moved here know we back at it they never fixed it,I hope everyone that moves out get they deposit back cuz living in this place even cooking makes you sick just threw up today the smell the roaches climbing on u is disgusting

The absolute WORST place I’ve ever lived. When my lease is up I don’t care if I haven’t found a new to place to move to. I will sleep in my car before I renew a lease here… hate I had to give it a star to leave a review they don’t deserve a star at ALLLLL… I don’t even know how this place is still even standing it’s saddening

I have been a resident here at Pleasant View Gardens for almost two years now. After a few months, I started to see roaches and apartment would flood at least twice a month. I asked to be relocated and was informed that it wasn't a priority and it was a waiting list as well as a five hundred dollar transfer fee. Roaches started to take over my kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. They are in the shower, refrigerator, and bed. My son has been bullied due to roaches being in his book bag. Apartment flooded over the weekend and now instead of them relocating me they are evicting me.

I don't live in these apartments...I'm sorry y'all have to experience such poor living conditions like this. The housing authority, low income families or market rate rent, it doesn't matter... it's totally unacceptable. This is very unethical. The city of Ferguson should be held accountable as well. You all need to go to the city of Florissant and file a report against the apartment complex. PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! You should find information under public works! Take pictures, document EVERYTHING, keep receipts, and most importantly continue to PAY your rent. The management team should be ashamed of themselves. They are disqusting to me. I pray for each and everyone of you and hope you can get out of this situation.

Mold in apartments ,AC doesn't work , tub paint chipping, you have to wait for weeks to a month for maintenance to respond to repairs. People in office stealing payments !!!

I was approved for 90+ when they got tired of me calling and emailing them they had sent me my “move in” date for October 13th (Friday). When I got up to the city hall on Friday to obtain my occupancy permit they informed me that my unit hasn’t been inspected yet. I already had gotten insurance and gas cut on in my name for the unit. I had an appointment with Andrea the following hour. When I got there they told me that she wasn’t there today and was at a dentist appointment. They told me that they don’t even do move ins on Fridays They got mad because I’m not going anywhere at this point. I supposed to be getting my keys. They proceeded to call the cops. They kept my deposit and holding Dee and refused me to give me a refund. I signed my lease agreement and they “cancelled my application “.
