My wife and I are African Americans and the manager (a white male) think his name was Rob….. We witnessed this man blatantly disrespect and make racist comments towards African American customers at the Grandview store in Florissant. I will never shop there again and suggest that any person of color not patronize this company. He is a very RACIST person and this should not go unpunished by corporate office.

Always have enjoyed this place. I had $1500. budget this year for some office decorating, that I was planning on spending there. However as I entered this year I was informed I had to wear a mask in order to shop by a teenager behind the counter who was not wearing his mask properly. I had no mask with me so I had to leave, so I've left. Train your staff on the proper way to mask if they are going to demand it of others.

This place is huge! They have sections of the store with 75%off which are awesome! Only complaint is that they have so much beach themed items and I wish those shelves could be filled with other items since we are no where near a beach- but that's just preference

There have been many different places I should've written a review on (good & bad), this will be my first because I'm so impressed & credit & a great review should be given to the ones who deserve it. Long story short ~ I started a diy project for a outdoor umbrella (will update with pix when complete). I wasn't happy with the standard ugly stands that you have to fill with sand ect ect... I found an idea on YouTube & got started. After going to my local big box, over priced (yes even Wally World) store in my area, i couldn't find a pot that i needed (size, color, style, something cute that no one else carried). Low & behold, I remembered OTP from my 'way back when/younger years' stomping ground in Florissant, MO. As soon as I walked in, it was like being in a commercial where the sun shines down on you & "ahhhh". Lol!!! This store is gorgeous!! Expansive, clean & very well organized (They have EVERYTHING for the home). First, the outdoor pots... you're simply NOT going to find this kind of selection anywhere else. Second, the selection of throw rugs (LOVE them), wall & home decor, home organization, kitchen, linens, bedroom, bath.... did I mention how clean & organized the store itself is? I couldn't believe I forgot about this store!! Lastly & most important ~ clearly most businesses these days are short staffed & OTP may have had enough, but I just didn't see anyone because the store is huge. In any case, the 2 ladies i delt with ~ 1st one via telephone was 6/13/22 evening (can't remember her name, but I asked her a couple of questions, she said she'd check and she actually called me back!!! She was so helpful and plesant (these days, thats unheard of)!! The 2nd Lady who rang me out today 6/14 (11:30am -12:30pmish), again very nice & wasn't annoyed with a quick couple of question I had. Both were exceptional & should be recognized. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store & I will be back. I only wish the store was closer to where I live. Way to go OTP!! You'll definitely be seeing me & my money there more often!!

Can I give the biggest “shout out” to Zoe! I shop at OTP an average of once a week, sometimes more, for years. Zoe is a “treasure” employee. Her smile is contagious and she is always coming your way to help. The service she delivers is above and beyond EVERY time. Her knowledge of the store including stocking, transporting inventory, getting big items delivered to your car, navigating you to a precise area for an item, cashiering, is impeccable. I was quite surprised to find out she was not a manager. I hope Zoe remains at OTP for the long term because it definitely is a huge reason I shop this store so frequently. Another “shout out” to her co-worker, Rob. Zoe and Rob are obviously very dedicated, hard working employees who make OTP shine! You will also find the kindest greeters when you enter the store that can turn your day around. OTP Florissant has set itself apart in my opinion from the majority of other stores in the vicinity. Gotta go, on my way to shop there again for the second time this weekend.

I can't help but love this store. It has a lot of things to offer to furnish your home, from bedroom, kitchen, living room, indoors, or outdoors, you name it. Huge area to roam around.

I purchased silk flowers for some baskets around my house. They r nice and economical.

A great place for home and yard decor. The prices are reasonable.

I have been shopping here for years at this super great store! My husband is a Veteran so he gets discounts! They stopped selling small appliances at the store location I shop.... they make great gifts for many occasions. However, that never deviated my pleasure in shopping there. I find other things to purchase for gifts and my home. Overall, I love this store and as long as we are both around, I will be there!

This place is awesome! Great deals and the staff, especially the front cashier, were so personable and helpful. The sales are great!

The cashier who was also playing part time door greeter, was amazing! She had a fabulous personality!

I read a lot of reviews on this store. None of them mentioned no refund or exchange on "clearance" merchandise. Buyer beware almost everything in the store is clearance. I purchased 1 bar stool marked half price. At the time of purchase i was speaking with the manager and said "if this doesn't work, i would like bring back or purchase more if it does." He never said this merchandise is non returnable. Unfortunately the stool did not work for me. I treid to return if only for exchange. No refunds. No exchanges. Will not shop there ever!!!
