👍👍 Absolutely delicious! My favorite is the musubi, I used to live in Hawaii and this is true musubi! Their teriyaki chicken, poke bowls, and the other fried chicken (I cannot for the life of me remember what it is called) these are all fantastic! They also sell popular Japanese drinks, green tea ice... People often mention chicken, poke, great, good, bowl, time, service,

My wife and I shared a lot of different things and it was all great. I would say that presentation was the only thing. We ordered to eat inside and everything was in plastic containers and plastic utensils. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars.

Delicious! First time eating Poke since moving to Reno. I had my favorite spot back home in Vegas. This topped it! Now my new favorite place!

They also sell popular Japanese drinks, green tea ice cream and other goodies. Definitely recommend! They have the option to order online, but if you drop in during your lunch break (or any time for that matter) they are very quick! Also the owners are wonderful people!

The girls working were so kind and lovely to interact with! Will definitely be going back again! The food was so good and fresh! Highly recommend!! I got the salmon poke bowl with spicy mayo and house sauce, green onions, cucumbers, crab salad, avocado, white rice, fried onion and garlic! So so good!

My wife and I visited this location by searching Teriyaki near me. I was hungry for a steaming bowl of rice and protein, they didn't disappoint us. My wife ordered poké bowl and I had a combination teri beef and short ribs. Both meals were amazing, pricing on spot, and awesome serving size. To top it off, Ace the gentleman that took our order and made the recommendation of food really went beyond great customer service. Thank you Ace! We will visit again before we leave town.

Best poke in Reno hands down. Fresh, well presented (I Doordash it) and in line with going prices for poke. I wouldnt buy it anywhere else. Authentic. Mahalo.

I ordered a loco moco which is the safest option because it’s not hard to make. The issue I have is I spent almost $20 on a loco moco and the hamburger patty wasn’t prepared it was just a regular patty from the freezer. If you pay close to that much and you can’t prepare a patty that’s ridiculous. As far as the atmosphere, the service is subpar, and the people that work there are just not friendly and are not inviting.

Finally found something we love to eat in Reno. Delicious poke bowl , fresh ingredients. It might be more of a take out place though , they serve in a plastic to go box and in a plastic bag but the bowls are delicious. We will definitely be back!

Got the mochiko fried chicken and kalbi beef. It was great. The chicken had a light and crispy breading, it should be eaten quickly as I could see it getting soft in a short time. The kalbi beef was well marinated and tasted great. Overall would highly recommend.

Whether it's poke or Hawaiian style fried chicken, you can't go wrong here. Delicious food, will be coming back again and again!

First time there, got a loco moco. It has to be the best one in town, by far. I can't wait to try something else off their menu!

Asked for a large Poke bowl when they said 5 proteins, I thought they meant 5 to choose from. Nope, 5 scoops of proteins. I am that guy that always worries if there is going to be enough food...no worries here! Very impressed with portions and quality of proteins and toppings. I went all sushi, but they also have great plates with pork and chicken that are great.

I recently had my gallbladder removed. I’ve been struggling to find easy on the go food that works for my condition their poke bowl was perfect for me! The serving were massive! Their service was quick and friendly. The location was CLEAN. Their restrooms were clean and smelt good. Thank you guys for a wonderful meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Ace is your guy! Lived in Hawaii for 5 years and this place brought me back - great food, great vibe and incredible service by Ace. I went with Ace’s recommendation of garlic chicken and Kalbi and the chicken was perfectly cooked and the presentation of the Kalbi amazing. Only suggestion to ownership is to get some Haupia coconut pudding as. Future option! Will definitely become a regular here and glad to find some ono grinds in Reno!

Great food & amazing Customer service! The Kalbi was good & Garlic Chicken, wish we had more room to try the Poke, a lot of people were ordering this when we were there. Thanks guys!

Food and service were great and staff were very polite. While it has tables indoors the atmosphere is more “office lunch stop” rather than “romantic date”. But again, the food was fresh and great and we’d eat there again.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Music is a little loud but not obnoxious. Large portions and lots of options. Garlic chicken is amazing!

I used to live in Hawaii and I love Hawaiian BBQ. Most are subpar or just okay. This was one of the best Hawaiian BBQ's I've been to off island. The Mochiko chicken was so good. I mean really good. And the pork was so tender. Mmmm. Highly recommend.

This place is always good, they are very consistent. Really fair pricing and large portions. My go to is the mochiko chicken and spam musubi.

Quite mediocre. Taste decent and a good selection of menu but the meats were a big dry and tough. The marinated poke was too salty and very soy sauce heavy. Curry was sweet, not spicy.

Loco Ono is the rebranded name for this establishment. This was my first time here, 2/3/2021. Place is very clean and inviting. Menu was easy to read. They have standard build your own poke, marinated poke sold by half pound/pound. Also a pretty broad hot food menu. We ordered marinated half pounds of their house ahi poke and kimchi tako. On the hot side we tried Keiki Garlic Chicken, regular Roast Pork, Garlic Shrimp, Mochiko Chicken and fries w/gravy.

I only dine out here, now. The place is clean but lacking in warmth. Staff is a hit or miss. Not overly friendly, some not friendly at all. Food is really good, and the portions are worth the money as it is pricey. Extras and sides super pricey. Ice cream is like $8.

I decided to try this place since I get my nails done in the same complex. I must say this is probably now my favorite Hawaiian/poke place! I ordered the garlic chicken Hawaiian plate. Portions are very generous, the rice is very yummy the Mac salad is awesome and plenty of chicken on my plate. I always lather my food in Sriracha . I highly recommend giving them a try! Next time I’m going to do a Poke bowl I’m sure it will be just as good.
