So,
after
I
got
covid,
I
lost
my
sense
of
smell
for
over
a
year.
When
it
came
back
I
noticed
food
all
tasted
the
same
to
me.
No
matter
what,
Indian
-
Mexican
-
sushi-
you
name
it,
all
tasted
the
same.
It
left
me
wondering,
Is
it
my
sense
of
smell
or
is
it
the
quality
of
food
they
sell?
Two
days
ago
my
full
sense
of
smell
started
to
come
back.
But
food
smells
and
quality
wasnβt
getting
any
better.
Today
I
tried
Petali
with
my
husband.
oh
my
words.
I
was
basically
crying
from
the
start
of
our
meal
to
the
end
with
how
wonderful
it
tasted.
We
got
the
bread
bowl
with
pesto
and
Alfredo!
Not
a
single
flavor
was
lost
to
me.
I
tasted
everything
for
the
first
time
in
months!
The
lightly
sweet
Alfredo
cream,
the
hint
of
garlic,
the
pesto
and
pine
nuts,
the
chicken
was
tender
and
cooked
just
right.
Every
bite
was
heaven
and
it
was
just
β¦.
Honestly
the
best
meal
I
have
had
since
I
moved
to
Sacramento.
I
know
my
issues
with
smell
make
this
more
of
an
emotional
response
but
my
husband
felt
the
exact
same
about
the
quality
and
flavor;
so
not
just
me!
Iβll
always
remember
this
meal.
For
sure.
I
recommend
this
place
as
it
is
affordable
&
high
quality
Italian
food.
You
donβt
feel
like
you
are
sitting
in
a
5
star
Michelin
restaurant
as
itβs
family
style
Italian,
but
the
food
is
of
5
star
βοΈ
high
quality.
The
bread
was
amazing,
I
was
a
baker
for
three
years,
at
an
Italian
bakery,
so
this
food
meets
my
standards
and
then
some
(as
a
baker).
Thank
you
for
the
wonderful
meal,
we
will
be
back
regularly
and
we
truly
appreciate
the
love
you
put
into
the
food.
It
shows
for
sure!
Such
Friendly
service
and
wonderful
food
