DO NOT GO HERE........ They will leave you with bone spurs, they don't finish what they start, I hope you enjoy mashed foods cause that's what you'll be eating when they are done with you. So today they let me leave with my teeth in my pocket, I've missed so many days at work because of the bone spurs and the drive to get to them. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU Businesses like this should be ashamed but they're not cause they have your money now. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME

They Demand Cash up front, even for service covered by insurance, ignored my protest, about paying for covered X rays! over charged for deep cleaning, and fillings, not happy so far! asking for explanation based on my insurance list of coverage and cost. I contacted Natalie Sieving about this problem many times with no results. It's been 6 months since this review, and I have not received any refund for over payments.

DON'T GO HERE!!! I have been waiting months for a refund after having my son's braces removed. I call regularly and am given a run around. I paid in full when getting braces for him. Due to my father passing away I unexpectedly had to move across country to settle estate matters. I let them know and tried to schedule removal before moving, they did not help facilitate that. We had to plan a cross country flight months later for removal after being told by a reputable orthodontist that absolute dental had done damage to my son's mouth and he would need removal and recovery time before getting new braces. It's now been months and still I cannot get a refund or even a return call from the local office. This has caused many issues for our family... I regretted using them almost immediately. Very unprofessional very rude, zero compassion. Please do not take your children here, they are absolutely terrible.

Can't get a hold of anyone in this office location after trying to contact them 4 different times. After waiting 30+ minutes on the automated system I had to hang up. I'd recommend going somewhere else, where you're not treated like a number.

Then they respond how they want to make it right and when you send the information, radio silence The absolute unprofessional way this office deals with patients and finance is borderline blackmail. They're dishonest, constantly adding on money you all of a sudden owe them when you are in a desperate situation. I'm on Medicare which pays nothing, and Access to Healthcare which gives a discount to disabled, poor people like me. They wait until you drive 40 minutes then tell me i can't be seen unless I hand over more money they just found. Despite the Dental staff being wonderful, the oral surgeon, I wouldn't really know as I barely met him, Dr. Hoak. He did not understand that just because you're in pain management does not mean that you have a pain management contract. I paid in full up front for my procedures, was told I'd need sedation twice and at least one, if not two,special procedures. This was all supposed to be in the estimate that I paid, IN FULL, up front. First sedation they informed me they needed another $600+ because something, and if I didn't pay it, I couldn't proceed. I asked if this was it, if everything was paid n full now. They said yes. I went in for a couple of insignificant appointments and everything was fine, no mention of any more money. Went in for my next procedure and now they needed another $600+-. No call or communication prior to the appointment or anything. They waited until I was there for the appointment and said I couldn't proceed without more money. Is this paid in full now?? Yes, today is the last procedure, you're all paid up. Today I went in because my mouth is in pain, my hardware is not fitting, cutting my mouth and I was told that I now owe another $80 from December that they didn't notice before and I can't be seen until I pay it. I make just over $1500/month. I'm fully disabled. I don't have any more money. This company has ruined my mouth, baked me dry and won't fix it because they've taken all my money and repeatedly lied to me. Do not use them. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I just love their dental staff.

The staff is very helpful and friendly I didn't wait but 10 minutes before I was called back to a room the Dental assistant was very informative and friendly and also the Destist was very kind and gentle 😀 I a. Very happy about all my appointments

Absolute Dental has been wonderful working with me and my schedule... their staff is amazing. From scheduling walk-in adjustments to having my entire plan worked out in advance, they have been very professional and supportive. I would recommend Absolute Dental and Dr Carpenter to anyone seeking dental care.

Bit of a wait time, but overall great patient service and translation help. Dental assistant provided a lot of helpful information to my grandfather and I. We greatly appreciated her help, time and patience during his appointment. The Dentist was also very kind and helpful.
