Those positive reviews from a few months ago that all popped up at the same time are because they bribed the tenants by saying “if you leave a good review you’ll get a free Easter basket.” The maintenance men have zero knowledge of how to fix anything. They are notorious for going into your apartment without permission. Like you can literally tell them you’re not home so to wait until you’re home and they’ll ignore you and go in any way. There is never a moment of silence, there’s dogs barking all night, there’s loud parties all night and “security” does nothing because they’re not working throughout the night. Only during the day. The office ignores emails from the tenants but has no problem sending them to tenants. They destroyed the park and grass area to renovate but went over a year with zero progress, just an empty dirt lot. The swimming pool and hot tub are always filthy. Parking is horrible. There’s homeless people lingering at all hours. Cars are constantly being broken into. The whole parking lot floods every few months. …

Over the course of the year we have been here, the place has gone downhill. None of the improvements that were said to be in progress have been finished, or even started. It took three months to get my heater in working order, during which time I was provided space heaters causing my power bill to go up hundreds of dollars. After complaining multiple times, I was given a $100 credit. Also during this time, without a working heater after months, I received a notice that I would be allowed to renew the lease, and that rent would be going up significantly. Not sure where the extra money is going because it’s not to maintenance. Now that I’ve given notice, the office has given me 24 hour notice to enter my apartment to do the move out inspection, A FULL MONTH before we are leaving. Before anything is even packed or cleared out. When I spoke to the office and stated that all my things are still here and I’m not comfortable having people in my home while I’m at work, the new guy stated, that’s all the law says we have to do. Suddenly they are very motivated. The people who live here are nice and the location is great. But whatever is going on in the office needs to be addressed.

I've lived here almost a year now and for the most part it's been a pretty nice place. Except for one problem: my ceiling leaks every time it rains or snows. I've reported it over and over, and it never quite seemed to get fixed. Finally, last week, a 4'x4' section came crashing down in the middle of the night. It took management two whole business days to respond to my inquiries. When they did, they informed me that they put some plastic over my new ceiling hole, and that was that. They didn't offer to put me up in a hotel, refund my rent, or even just get me moved into another unit. There's still dust and debris all over the place. The ceiling is still leaking, and looks like another section is getting ready to fall, but apparently that's not a problem. The plastic sheeting that's covering my new ceiling hole is filling up with brown water, but that's ok! This is what $1,400 a month gets you, apparently. So if you're thinking about living here just know that if your ceiling comes crashing down around you they're gonna slap up some plastic and call it a day.

We moved into the The Phoenix Reno in April 2023. We moved from out of state and weren't able to view the apartment before renting it so that made us a bit nervous. We were looking for a place that had immediate move-in, was centrally located near a shopping center, had a gym, and accepted pets. When I called for info Zack was so helpful and nice to work with. I also worked with Lili who was able to help me make a few last-minute modifications to my lease. Applying online was simple and was approved pretty quickly, the entire process was painless. On moving day they even called us during the 9-hour drive to Reno make sure everything would be smooth on arrival. When we arrived they explained a few details and amenities and we quickly got our keys. Our parking spot is nearby our building which made it easy to unpack - we have one car and haven't had any issues with parking. The unit itself is a two bedroom, two bath upstairs apartment. The master bedroom has a master bath with a small shower and the hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo - both bathrooms have detachable showerheads, vent fan, faux granite countertops, and the sink cabinet has plenty of storage space underneath and the mirrors have a built-in storage space as well. I will mention that if you are 6'4" or taller you'll need a shower head extender. Each bedroom has a large closet (not walk-in) and three outlets which is convenient. The master bedroom comfortably fits our giant Eastern King bed, furniture, and a desk. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, furniture, and an L-shaped desk. The living areas have beautiful vinyl planking throughout and the bedrooms have carpet. The kitchen comes with a large sink, fridge, dishwasher, and a good amount of counter and cabinet space. The small dining area off the kitchen has a ceiling fan/light combo as well as a window. The sliding door leads out to a decent sized balcony with an additional outdoor storage area which is perfect for storing seasonal/sports equipment. The unit also comes with a small washer and dryer. Overall the community is nice, we see a lot of dogs since it's pet friendly and there are plenty of pet waste disposal bins with bags. They have a gated dog park on property that I take my dog to daily but I rarely see others use. The property also has a half-sized basketball court, laundry rooms, pool and hot tub with a cabanas, seating, and fire pits. Next to the pool is a gym and yoga studio - the gym has two treadmills, two stationary bikes, stairmaster, rowing machine, two benches, free weights, cable machine, kettle balls, yoga mats. We tend to go to the gym in the late afternoon and it hasn't been too busy, usually there are 1-3 other people. There are also restrooms down the hall with a shower and a tanning bed which I plan on using soon. Pretty much this place can help you get hot girl ready for the summer. I also want to mention that our garbage disposal broke and the online resident portal made it easy to report the issue. No joke with about an hour the maintenance guy was at our door to fix it. He was really nice and explained what he was doing to remedy the problem. Nearby are a ton of restaurants, shopping, and literally a short walk away, next to the community, is a shopping center with Olive Garden, barber shop, Hawaiian BBQ, McDonalds, dry cleaner, learning center (tutoring), dojo, and a nail salon which helped me out when I broke two nails while moving. Overall, this place is solid and would recommend anyone considering living here to just go for it.

I moved into the Phoenix Apartments in April 2022 and I have been beyond pleased. This has been the first time I’ve lived in an apartment complex and they have created such a good experience for me. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, they are soo quick to respond and resolve any issue I’ve had. I locked myself out, after business hours, and maintenance had me back in my unit within 15-20 minutes. The maintenance staff is always friendly and present and the office staff are personable and professional. I’ve loved my unit, and the amenities are always clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend this complex.

Loving my apartment. Waited a few weeks to make sure that the first impression would last and it has! The application, lease, and move-in experience was all straight forward. I underestimated how convenient this community location is. Trader Joes, the mall, Spectrum (where I picked up my internet hardware), Lowes, Dutch Bros, and the list goes on - all around the corner 5 minutes away or less. You really cant beat the location. Okay, so the apartment. I have lots of storage/closet space. Im all unpacked and I still have a couple empty shelves (I feel good about that actually). I have stainless steel appliances and a nice semi private patio (storage off the patio too). The bedroom is a good size as well. Im able to take my pup to the dog park, the area feels safe, grounds look great, and I havent had any issues with noise or neighbors. Lastly, Kelly and Zach were the Phoenix staff that guided me through the process. They were responsive and well resourced. One thing to pay attention to - read through/ask about the insurance fees and ask questions if you need to. Renters insurance/ personal coverage, etc is automatically added, so if you have your own current policy - make sure to ask to opt out (I got that taken care of relatively easily too). Six out of five overall.

Lili was very helpful and courteous even though we walked in without any appointment. She accommodated us right away. After hearing what we are looking for apartment wise, she was able to promptly help us and showed us around including a model apartment. I have seen at least 10 different apartment complex and by far leasing staff at The Phoenix Reno was very professional and friendly at the same time. In the background Zach was also very helpful when we went back for additional information.

Had a great experience living here for over 18 months now. The office staff is friendly, professional, and honest. Ryleigh in particular has been so much nicer. Maintenance request was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Rent, maintenance and laundry can be managed over app, so efficient. The only down side is lack of garage. I would love to have have garage so I can charge my Tesla in it, and this will probably be the only reason for me to leave.

Hello, I will start working at Atlantis hotel in two months. They only showed you as an option. I was incredibly happy when I read the comments. When should I reserve my place for the job to start at the end of November?? Is there anyone who can help???
